一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材
技术领域
本发明涉及防水卷材技术领域,尤其涉及一种无毒无味、安全环保、抗拉强度高、抗撕裂性能好、施工便捷的环保型高分子自粘防水卷材。
背景技术
防水卷材主要用于建筑墙体,屋面,隧道,公路,垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水,地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起到至关重要的作用。
随着经济的快速发展,环境雾霾天气越来越严重,环保问题越来越受到大家的关注与重视。目前,在建筑防水施工中一般使用SBS沥青防水卷材,由聚酯毡、玻纤毡或玻纤增强聚酯毡等材料构成的胎基,浸涂于胎基表面的沥青层,以及上下表面的隔离材料层构成。沥青防水卷材成本低,但拉伸强度和延伸率低,温度稳定性差,高温易流淌,低温易脆裂,耐老化性差,使用年限短;且生产过程中极易产生有害气体,给环境造成了污染。另外,其制作使用过程繁琐,工序复杂,有较高的劳动力成本;除此之外,现有技术中沥青卷材在使用时需以明火施工烘烤卷材使其融化后与基础粘结,在烘烤过程中烘烤温度及时间都需要严格控制,如烘烤过度,对卷材造成伤害使沥青碳化,造成老化漏水现象,如烘烤温度不够或时间太短,表面PE膜不熔化,造成粘结不牢固导致后期漏水。
综上,现有含沥青防水卷材需要耗费大量人力物力,且材料性能低,不环保不节能,施工中产生有害气体造成环境污染,甚至容易发生火灾,对人身及财物造成危害,因此,目前需要一种节能环保的新型防水卷材。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种无毒无味、安全环保、抗拉强度高、抗撕裂性能好、施工便捷的环保型高分子自粘防水卷材。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,包括高分子防水基层,依次设于高分子防水基层一侧的上加强层、上自粘胶层和上隔离层,依次设于高分子防水基层另一侧的下加强层、下自粘胶层和下隔离层。所述高分子防水基层为高密度聚乙烯交叉层压膜,所述高分子防水基层内包含有助粘剂,所述助粘剂为硅烷偶联剂Si-550,所述高分子防水基层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm;所述上加强层和下加强层均为聚丙烯无纺布加强层;所述上自粘胶层和下自粘胶层均为高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层;所述上隔离层为光催化薄膜隔离层,所述上隔离层的厚度为50~80nm,所述下隔离层为硅油膜隔离层。
优选的方案,所述上自粘胶层和下自粘胶层的厚度均为0.2~0.4mm。
进一步优选的方案,所述高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层的组成为:SIS热塑性橡胶20~35份;环烷基白油15~25份;石油树脂35~45份;聚异丁烯15~30份;抗氧剂 0.6~2份;光稳定剂0.5~1.8份;偶联剂0~1.8份;改性剂0~4份 。
其中,所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以任意比复配使用。所述光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂,所述偶联剂为硅烷类偶联剂,所述改性剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物。
更进一步优选的方案,所述下隔离层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
再进一步优选的方案,所述上隔离层为二氧化钛光催化薄膜保护层。
通过采用以上技术方案,本发明一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1、本发明在卷材的一侧表面涂覆一层厚度为50~80nm的纳米二氧化钛光催化材料,形成光催化薄膜层,光催化薄膜层可以利用其光催化活性分解转化大气中的有害气体,其吸收面积大,除太阳能外无需专供能源,还可以除臭、防污和杀菌,净化效果好,节能环保。
2、采用高密度聚乙烯交叉层压膜作为防水基层,防水效果好,无毒无味,与以往的沥青防水层相比,安全环保。
3、增加了上加强层和下加强层,使本发明防水卷材抗拉强度和抗撕裂性能大大增强。
4、上自粘胶层和下自粘胶层中增加抗氧剂、光稳定剂、偶联剂和改性剂,使卷材各功能层粘结效果更好,抗老化性能好,且能使之较好的复合成为一体,使卷材的防水效果更好。
5、一侧设有硅油膜隔离层,使用方便,无需以明火烘烤,避免了火灾的发生和产生环境污染,且使施工更便捷。

如图1所示,一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,包括高分子防水基层1,依次设于高分子防水基层一侧的上加强层2、上自粘胶层3和上隔离层4,依次设于高分子防水基层另一侧的下加强层5、下自粘胶层6和下隔离层7。所述高分子防水基层1为高密度聚乙烯交叉层压膜,所述高分子防水基层1内包含有助粘剂,所述助粘剂为硅烷偶联剂Si-550,所述高分子防水基层1的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。所述上加强层2和下加强层5均为聚丙烯无纺布加强层。所述上自粘胶层3和下自粘胶层6均为高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层,所述高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层的组成为:SIS热塑性橡胶20~35份;环烷基白油15~25份;石油树脂35~45份;聚异丁烯15~30份;抗氧剂 0.6~2份;光稳定剂0.5~1.8份;偶联剂0~1.8份;改性剂0~4份,其中,所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168以任意比复配使用,所述光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂,所述偶联剂为硅烷类偶联剂,所述改性剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物;所述上自粘胶层3和下自粘胶层6的厚度均为0.2~0.4mm。所述上隔离层4为二氧化钛光催化薄膜隔离层,所述上隔离层4的厚度为50~80nm,所述下隔离层7为厚度为0.1~0.2mm的硅油膜隔离层。
其中,高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层可通过以下配比获得:
1、SIS热塑性橡胶20g、环烷基白油15g、石油树脂35g、聚异丁烯15g、抗氧剂 0.6g、光稳定剂0.5g制得高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层。
2、SIS热塑性橡胶35g、环烷基白油25g、石油树脂45g、聚异丁烯30g、抗氧剂2g、光稳定剂1.8g、偶联剂1.8g、改性剂4g制得高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层。
3、SIS热塑性橡胶27.5g、环烷基白油30g、石油树脂40g、聚异丁烯22.5g、抗氧剂1.3g、光稳定剂1.15g、偶联剂0.9g、改性剂2g制得高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层。
上述制得的防水卷材,具体施工工艺包括以下步骤:a.基层清理,用扫帚、铁铲工具将基层表面的灰尘、杂物清理干净,并对凹凸部位进行修补;b.涂刷基层处理剂;c.节点加强处理;d.大量铺贴自粘卷材,揭开自粘卷材下表面的隔离膜,将自粘卷材铺贴在处理后的基层上,卷材采用自粘搭接的方式进行搭接;e.碾压排气,用木抹子或橡胶板拍打,碾压卷材表面,排出卷材下表面的空气,使卷材与水泥表面紧密贴合。

4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述高分子SIS热熔压敏胶层的组成为:SIS热塑性橡胶20~35份;环烷基白油15~25份;石油树脂35~45份;聚异丁烯15~30份;抗氧剂 0.6~2份;光稳定剂0.5~1.8份;偶联剂0~1.8份;改性剂0~4份 。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂由抗氧剂1010和抗氧剂168复配而得。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为紫外线吸收剂。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷类偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述改性剂为丙烯酸酯聚合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述下隔离层的厚度为0.1~0.2mm。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高分子自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述上隔离层为二氧化钛光催化薄膜保护层。
