伸筋草：性味：苦、辛、温。功能：祛风散寒、除湿消肿、舒筋活血。主治：风寒湿痹，关节酸痛，皮肤麻木水肿、跌打损伤。
羌活：性味：辛、苦、温。归经：膀胱、肝、肾经。功能：散风寒湿、止痛。主治：感冒风寒、头痛、身痛、风湿痹痛。
独活：性味：味苦；辛；性微温。归经：归肾经；膀胱经。功效：祛风胜湿；散寒止痛主治：风寒湿痹；腰膝疼痛；头痛齿痛
川乌：性味：辛、苦，热；有大毒。归经：归心、肝、肾、脾经。功能主治：祛风除湿，温经止痛。用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，寒疝作痛，麻醉止痛。
草乌：性味：辛、苦，热；有毒。归经：归心、肝、肾、脾经。功效：祛风除湿，温经止痛。主治：用于风寒湿痹，关节疼痛，心腹冷痛，寒疝作痛，麻醉止痛。
何首乌：性味：苦；甘；涩；性微温。归经：肝经；肾经。功效：养血滋阴；润肠通便；截疟；祛风；解毒。主治：血虚头昏目眩；心悸；失眠；肝肾阴虚之腰膝酸软；须发早白；耳鸣；遗精；肠燥便秘；久疟体虚；风疹瘙痒；疮痈；瘰疬；痔疮。
白芷： 性味：味辛；性温。归经：归肺经；脾经；胃经。功效：解表散寒，祛风止痛，通鼻窍，燥湿止带，消肿排脓。
杜仲： 性味：甘、辛、温。归经：入肾、肝经。功能：补肝肾、强筋骨，安胎。主治：筋骨痿软、腰脊四肢酸痛，肾虚尿频，胎漏，胎动不安，高血压病，头晕目眩等症。
红花：性味：辛，温。归经：归心、肝经。功能主治：活血通经，散瘀止痛。用于经闭，痛经，恶露不行，癥瘕痞块，跌扑损伤，疮疡肿痛。
蒲黄：性味与归经：甘，平。归肝、心包经。功能主治：止血，化瘀，通淋。用于吐血，衄血，咯血，崩漏，外伤出血，经闭痛经，胸腹刺痛，跌扑肿痛，血淋涩痛。
香附：性味：辛、微苦、平。归经：入肝、三焦经。功能：理气解郁，调经，止痛。主治：肝胃不和，气郁不舒，胸腹胀满，月经不调，痛经等症。
当归：性味：甘辛，温。归经：入心、肝、脾经。功能主治：补血和血，调经止痛，润燥滑肠。治月经不调，经闭腹痛，百瘕结聚，崩漏；血虚头痛，眩晕，痿痹；肠燥便难，赤痢后重；痈疽疮窃，跌扑损伤。
益母草：性味：味辛；苦；性微凉。归经：归肝经；肾经；心包经功效：活血调经；利尿消肿；清热解毒。主治：月经不调；经闭；胎漏难产；胞衣不下；产后血晕；瘀血腹痛；跌打损伤；小便不利；水肿；头肿疮疡。
泽兰：性味：苦，微温。归经：入脾、肝经。功能：活血通经，行水。主治：月经不调，瘀血腹痛，水肿。
乌药： 性味：性微温，味辛，气香。功能：袪风，散寒，行气止痛，清肿散瘀。主治：气痛、腹痛、疝痛、跌打瘀肿。
制备方法：
将上述组方中药打成细粉，放在不锈钢锅或盆内，加入2000毫升凉水，大火熬开后，再换小火熬30分钟，用勺子捞起药粉，查看一下药粉末已经变软，说明中药已经煮好。将煮好的中药倒入木桶中，先用中药的热汽熏蒸患者双脚，待药液温度适宜，用药液浸泡双脚直到药液变凉为止。
本发明的服用方法及用量禁忌：
行经前7天开始熏蒸、泡脚，每天一次，行经开始即停，7天为一个月经周期的疗程。忌辛辣、生冷、不易消化的食物。
