Abstract
本发明公开了中药技术领域的一种用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液及其制备方法。所述中草药药液的原料由：钩藤、石斛、天花粉、知母、牛膝、甘草、桂枝、白芍、海桐皮、生石膏、桑枝和忍冬藤组成。所述中草药药液的制备方法为：步骤一、碎化各组分，并加入到煎药容器中；步骤二、向煎药容器中倒入白酒；步骤三、向煎药容器中加入矿物质水，煎煮；步骤四、过滤煎药容器中物料得到药渣和药液A；步骤五、用过滤布包裹并挤压药渣，得到药液B，混合药液A和药液B得到药液C。本发明中草药药液经水浴加热后即可服用，具有通经活血、温经散寒、活血化瘀，祛风除湿的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液及其制备方法。
背景技术
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoidarthritis，RA)是一种常见的以进行性关节软骨和骨毁损为特征的慢性炎症性的自身免疫性疾病，最终可导致关节畸形和功能丧失，致残率高。据最新调查显示，我国类风湿关节炎的发病率很高，患病人数约在3000万以上，在成年人中发病率可高达2％左右。类风湿关节炎在古代的中医药理论体系中为“痹症”的一种，中医药治疗痹症已有几千年的历史，早在《黄帝内经》及张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》、《金匮要略》中，就已对痹症的病因、病机、病位、证候、预后等方面进行了系统的论述。
类风湿性关节炎是一种主动脉炎累及关节滑膜(以后可波及到关节软骨、骨组织、关节韧带和肌键)，其次为浆膜、心、肺及眼等结缔组织的广泛性炎症性疾病。类风湿性关节炎的全身性表现除关节病变外，还有发热、疲乏无力、皮下结节、胸膜炎、动脉炎、周围神经病变等。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液及其制备方法，其疗效显著、治疗周期短、无毒副作用。
为了解决上述问题，本发明提供如下方案：用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液，其原料按重量份数由：钩藤10～14份、石斛10～14份、天花粉10～14份、知母10～14份、牛膝10～14份、甘草10～14份、桂枝10～14份、白芍10～14份、海桐皮10～14份、生石膏60～70份、桑枝30～36份和忍冬藤20～25份组成。
进一步，所述中草药药液的原料按重量份数由：钩藤10份、石斛10份、天花粉10份、知母10份、牛膝10份、甘草10份、桂枝10份、白芍10份、海桐皮10份、生石膏60份、桑枝30份和忍冬藤20份组成。
进一步，所述中草药药液的原料按重量份数由：钩藤12份、石斛12份、天花粉12份、知母12份、牛膝10～14份、甘草12份、桂枝12份、白芍12份、海桐皮12份、生石膏65份、桑枝33份和忍冬藤23份组成。
进一步，所述中草药药液的原料按重量份数由：钩藤14份、石斛14份、天花粉14份、知母14份、牛膝14份、甘草14份、桂枝14份、白芍14份、海桐皮14份、生石膏70份、桑枝36份和忍冬藤25份组成。
本发明还提供上述中草药药液的制备方法：包括以下步骤：步骤一、碎化各组分，并加入到煎药容器中；
步骤二、向煎药容器中倒入白酒，白酒与药材比例为1:0.5～0.8，搅拌均匀后静置3～4h；
步骤三、向煎药容器中加入矿物质水，先用武火加热至沸腾，再用文火煎煮40～60min；
步骤四、过滤煎药容器中物料得到药渣和药液A；
步骤五、用过滤布包裹并挤压药渣，得到药液B，混合药液A和药液B得到药液C，取出药液C并密封包装。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明中以甘草、白芍配合钩藤温经止痛益精血；牛膝、桂枝、海桐皮、桑枝褐忍冬藤祛风除湿通经络；生石膏、知母、天花粉和石斛清热生津，消肿排脓。本发明中草药药液经水浴加热后即可服用具有通经活血、温经散寒、活血化瘀，祛风除湿的功效，针对类风湿性关节炎引起的发热、疲乏无力、皮下结节、胸膜炎、动脉炎、周围神经病变等病状具有显著的治疗效果。按照一天2次，每次服用200ml，连续服用一个月后，患者症状基本消失。
根据中药大辞典记载，上述12味中药具有如下药理作用：钩藤为茜草科植物钩藤或华钩藤及其同属多种植物的带钩枝条；春、秋采收带钩的嫩枝，剪去无钩的藤茎，晒干，或置锅内蒸后再晒干；味甘，性凉；归经：归肝、心包经；功能主治：清热平肝，息风定惊。用于头痛眩晕，感冒夹惊，惊痫抽搐，妊娠子痫，高血压；药理作用主要为镇静作用和降压作用。
石斛为兰科植物环草石斛、马鞭石斛、黄草石斛、铁皮石斛或金钗石斛的新鲜或干燥茎；味甘，性微寒。归胃、肾经。功能与主治：益胃生津，滋阴清热。用于热病津伤，口干烦渴，胃阴不足，食少干呕，病后虚热不退，阴虚火旺，骨蒸劳热，目暗不明，筋骨痿软。
天花粉为葫芦科植物栝楼或双边栝楼的干燥根。秋、冬二季采挖，洗净，除去外皮，切段或纵剖成瓣，干燥。性味：甘、微苦，微寒。归经：归肺、胃经。功能主治：清热生津，消肿排脓。用于热病烦渴，肺热燥咳，内热消渴，疮疡肿毒。具有抗菌及抗病毒作用：天花粉煎剂在体外对溶血性链球菌、肺炎双球菌、白喉杆菌有一定的抑制作用。
知母为百合科植物知母的干燥根茎。春、秋二季采挖，除去须根及泥沙，晒干，习称“毛知母”；或除去外皮，晒干。性味：苦、甘，寒。归经：归肺、胃、肾经。功能主治：清热泻火，生津润燥。用于外感热病，高热烦渴，肺热燥咳，骨蒸潮热，内热消渴，肠燥便秘。
牛膝为苋科植物牛膝的根，味甘苦酸，性平，补肝肾，强筋骨，逐瘀通经，引血下行。用于腰膝酸痛，筋骨无力，经闭症瘕，肝阳眩晕。
甘草为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根。味甘，性平；归心、肺、脾、胃经。功能主治：补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱，倦怠乏力，心悸气短，咳嗽痰多，脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛，痈肿疮毒，缓解药物毒性、烈性。药理作用：解毒、抗炎及抗变态反应。
桂枝为樟科常绿乔木植物肉桂的干燥嫩枝，味辛、甘，性温。功能：发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，平冲降气。用于风寒感冒，脘腹冷痛，血寒经闭，关节痹痛，痰饮，水肿，心悸。药理作用：抗菌、抗病毒。
白芍为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根。味苦、酸，性微寒，功能主治：平肝止痛，养血调经，敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕，胁痛，腹痛，四肢挛痛，血虚萎黄，月经不调，自汗，盗汗。药理作用：镇痛、抗炎、抗菌。
海桐皮豆科乔木刺桐的树皮或根皮。性味：苦，平。功能主治：祛风湿，舒筋通络。用于风湿麻木，腰腿筋骨疼痛，跌打损伤；外用治各种顽癣。药理作用：抗菌。
生石膏即天然二水石膏(CaSO4·2H2O)，性味：辛、甘，微寒。功能主治：清热降火，利窍，消肿。
桑枝为桑科植物桑的干燥嫩枝。性味：微苦，平。功能主治：祛风湿，利关节。用于肩臂、关节酸痛麻木。
忍冬藤为忍冬科植物忍冬的干燥茎枝。性味：甘，寒。功能主治：清热解毒，疏风通络。用于温病发热，热毒血痢，痈肿疮疡，风湿热痹，关节红肿热痛。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式进一步详细的说明：
实施例1：用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液，其原料由：钩藤100g、石斛100g、天花粉100g、知母100g、牛膝100g、甘草100g、桂枝100g、白芍100g、海桐皮100g、生石膏600g、桑枝300g和忍冬藤200g组成。
上述中草药药液的制备方法为：包括以下步骤：步骤一、碎化各组分，并加入到煎药容器中；
步骤二、向煎药容器中倒入白酒，白酒与药材比例为1:0.5，搅拌均匀后静置4h；
步骤三、向煎药容器中加入矿物质水，先用武火加热至沸腾，再用文火煎煮40min；
步骤四、过滤煎药容器中物料得到药渣和药液A；
步骤五、用过滤布包裹并挤压药渣，得到药液B，混合药液A和药液B得到药液C，取出药液C并密封包装。
实施例2：用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液，其原料由：钩藤120g、石斛120g、天花粉120g、知母120g、牛膝120g、甘草120g、桂枝120g、白芍120g、海桐皮120g、生石膏650g、桑枝330g和忍冬藤230g组成。
上述中草药药液的制备方法为：包括以下步骤：步骤一、碎化各组分，并加入到煎药容器中；
步骤二、向煎药容器中倒入白酒，白酒与药材比例为1:0.7，搅拌均匀后静置3.6h；
步骤三、向煎药容器中加入矿物质水，先用武火加热至沸腾，再用文火煎煮50min；
步骤四、过滤煎药容器中物料得到药渣和药液A；
步骤五、用过滤布包裹并挤压药渣，得到药液B，混合药液A和药液B得到药液C，取出药液C并密封包装。
实施例3：用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液，其原料由：钩藤140g、石斛140g、天花粉140g、知母140g、牛膝140g、甘草140g、桂枝140g、白芍140g、海桐皮140g、生石膏700g、桑枝360g和忍冬藤250g组成。
上述中草药药液的制备方法为：包括以下步骤：步骤一、碎化各组分，并加入到煎药容器中；
步骤二、向煎药容器中倒入白酒，白酒与药材比例为1:0.8，搅拌均匀后静置3h；
步骤三、向煎药容器中加入矿物质水，先用武火加热至沸腾，再用文火煎煮60min；
步骤四、过滤煎药容器中物料得到药渣和药液A；
步骤五、用过滤布包裹并挤压药渣，得到药液B，混合药液A和药液B得到药液C，取出药液C并密封包装。
为检验本发明中草药药液的治疗效果，选取300例类风湿关节炎者分别服用本发明上述实施例1～3中制备方法得的中草药药液进行治疗。随机分为3组，每组100例。临床表现主要为关节疼痛、关节肿胀，伴随发热、疲乏无力等症状。服用方法为：一日两次，一次200ml，1个月为一疗程。
疗效评定标准：
(1)治愈：服用本发明中药组合物1个疗程后，关节疼痛、关节肿胀消失，发热、疲乏无力等症状明显好转；
(2)有效：服用本发明中药组合物1个疗程后，关节疼痛、关节肿胀减轻，发热、疲乏无力等症状逐步好转；
(3)无效：服用本发明中药组合物1个疗程后，关节疼痛、关节肿胀、发热、疲乏无力等症状。

从表1可以看出，3组类风湿关节炎者分别服用本发明中草药药液1个疗程后，3组类风湿关节炎者的有效率均在95％以上。
综上所述，本发明的中草药药液将多种中药成分进行合理搭配，给出的成分配比使得各原料起到了很好的协同增效作用，其在治疗类风湿关节炎方面效果显著；本发明的中草药药液安全性高，患者服用后无不良反应；本发明的中草药药液药性缓和，不易造成药物依赖性；其制备方法工艺简单，易于工业化生产。

1.用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的中草药药液，其特征在于：所述中草药药液的原料按重量份数由：钩藤10～14份、石斛10～14份、天花粉10～14份、知母10～14份、牛膝10～14份、甘草10～14份、桂枝10～14份、白芍10～14份、海桐皮10～14份、生石膏60～70份、桑枝30～36份和忍冬藤20～25份组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中草药药液，其特征在于：所述中草药药液的原料按重量份数由：钩藤10份、石斛10份、天花粉10份、知母10份、牛膝10份、甘草10份、桂枝10份、白芍10份、海桐皮10份、生石膏60份、桑枝30份和忍冬藤20份组成。

步骤一、碎化各组分，并加入到煎药容器中；
步骤二、向煎药容器中倒入白酒，白酒与药材比例为1:0.5～0.8，搅拌均匀后静置3～4h；
步骤三、向煎药容器中加入矿物质水，先用武火加热至沸腾，再用文火煎煮40～60min；
