Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a tour task generating method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
step S101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a first power transmission line to be maintained and a patrol strategy of the first power transmission line.
The patrol strategy comprises the following steps: and inspecting the object, wherein the inspecting object comprises a target base tower to be maintained in the first power transmission line.
The patrol task generating method can be applied to a server, and a patrol task issuing person (called a user in the application) can access the server through a web page, input or select the name of the first power transmission line in a window displayed on a web interface, and input or select a patrol strategy.
The patrol strategy can be stored in the server in advance, and the patrol strategy can comprise a patrol object, wherein the patrol object comprises a target base tower to be maintained in the first power transmission line. The patrol object may be: maintenance of the whole line or maintenance of a part of the base tower; wherein, the whole line maintenance means that all the base towers in the first transmission line need to be checked and maintained; and maintaining the part of the base mast tower, namely, the part of the base mast tower in the first power transmission line needs to be checked and maintained by a line protection worker. If the inspection object is part of the base tower maintenance, the user is required to select or input the number of the base tower to be maintained or the range of the power transmission line to be maintained, for example, the base towers with the numbers from 3# to 40# belong to the 20 th meter to the 1200 th meter of the power transmission line, and the range of the power transmission line to be maintained can be 20 meters to 1200 meters. The number of the base tower to be maintained can be obtained according to the range of the power transmission line to be maintained.
In a preferred embodiment, the patrol policy may further include: patrol period and/or patrol type; wherein, the patrol period refers to the period of patrolling the target base tower; the patrol type refers to the patrol degree of the patrol target base tower.
The patrol period can be 1 time per day or 1 time per week or 1 time per month and the like, and can be set according to actual requirements.
The patrol type may include: the patrol type can be set according to actual requirements, such as general patrol, special patrol, power-saving patrol and the like.
The special patrol means that a user may know that a power failure accident and the like frequently occur in a certain area range at present, and the power failure accident frequently occurs because the device 1 is frequently damaged, so that the base mast tower belonging to the area range can be set as a special patrol type for mainly patrolling the device 1.
The power maintenance inspection refers to that during an important meeting or an activity execution period, a base tower needs to be kept in a normal power supply state all the time, and at the time, a line protection worker possibly needs to be stationed near the base tower to ensure that the base tower can normally supply power all the time.
In general, the patrol is compared with other patrol types, namely, a line protection worker does not need to pay attention to patrol a certain device or pay attention to patrol, and only needs to perform simple routine inspection.
Step S102: and determining target line protection operator information of the target base tower contained in the first power transmission line from pre-stored line protection operator information corresponding to each base tower contained in each power transmission line, wherein the target line protection operator information comprises communication information of the target line protection operator.
The information of the line protection personnel corresponding to each base tower contained in each power transmission line can be stored in the patrol authority relationship.
Step S103: and generating a patrol task according to the first power transmission line and the patrol strategy of the first power transmission line.
Step S104: and sending the patrol task to the target line protection staff according to the communication information of the target line protection staff.
In the inspection task generation method provided by the embodiment of the application, a first power transmission line to be maintained and an inspection strategy of the first power transmission line are obtained; determining target line protector information of a target base tower contained in a first power transmission line from pre-stored line protector information corresponding to each base tower contained in each power transmission line; generating a patrol task according to the first power transmission line and a patrol strategy of the first power transmission line; and sending the patrol task to the target line protection personnel according to the communication information of the target line protection personnel. In the process that the whole patrol task is sent to the corresponding target line protection personnel, only the patrol task issuing personnel are required to determine the first power transmission line to be maintained and the patrol strategy of the first power transmission line, the patrol task is automatically generated and directly sent to the corresponding target line protection personnel, the patrol task does not need to be manually transmitted, and therefore the phenomena of untimely notification and inaccurate patrol task transmission can be avoided.
Various implementations of "sending the patrol task to the target line guard according to the communication information of the target line guard" are provided in the embodiments of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention provide, but are not limited to, the following:
first, after the patrol task is generated, the patrol task is directly issued to the line protection personnel.
Before the patrol task generation method provided by the embodiment of the application is executed, preparation needs to be performed in advance, that is, a patrol authority relationship is obtained in advance, and the patrol authority relationship may include: the name (or identification) of each power transmission line and the number of the base tower corresponding to the name (or identification) of each power transmission line; and the number of each base tower corresponds to the information of the wire guard.
The patrol authority relationship may be stored in a form of a table, a structure tree, a text, or the like, and the patrol authority relationship will be described below in a form of a table.
TABLE 1 patrol authority relationship table

Figure BDA0001336908120000071
Li IV is simultaneously responsible for the mass patrol work of a part of base towers in two power transmission lines.
The patrol task may include only the name (or identification) of the first power transmission line and the patrol policy of the first power transmission line.
Secondly, after the patrol task is generated, the corresponding operation and maintenance unit and/or the corresponding location unit is required to confirm that the patrol task has the capability of completing the patrol task, and then the patrol task is issued to the line maintainer.
It is understood that the current patrol organizational structure layer is divided into three layers, namely an operation and maintenance unit, an attribution unit and a line maintenance worker.
The operation and maintenance unit refers to a main responsibility unit of the power transmission line and is responsible for operation, maintenance, overhaul and the like of the power transmission line.
When the power transmission line is put into operation formally, the higher-level department of the operation and maintenance unit distributes operation and maintenance authority to each operation and maintenance unit according to the voltage grade, the line importance degree and the path through regions.
For example, an operation and maintenance unit a, an operation and maintenance unit B, and an operation and maintenance unit C are currently available, where the operation and maintenance unit a may be responsible for a 500kV transmission line, the operation and maintenance unit B may be responsible for all 220kV transmission lines and some 110kV transmission lines, and the operation and maintenance unit C may be responsible for some 110kV transmission lines and 35kV transmission lines in a county area. Preferably, each transmission line only belongs to one operation and maintenance unit.
The affiliated location unit refers to a power transmission operation and inspection room, a customer service branch center and each county company of a power transmission line passing region, for example, a 500kV power transmission line operation and maintenance unit is an A operation and maintenance unit, and the 500kV power transmission line passes through A1 county, A2 county, A3 district and A4 county. The attribute unit corresponding to the 500kV power transmission line comprises: 4 units such as a power supply company in prefecture a1, a power supply company in prefecture a2, a customer service branch center in region A3, and a power supply company in prefecture a 4. Each transmission line can have a plurality of attribution units.
The line protection personnel are local common people in villages, villages and towns where all attribution units passing through the power transmission line are located and close to the base pole towers, each base pole tower of each power transmission line is divided into groups to be assigned to individuals, and the groups are responsible for the protection and patrol work of the power facilities on weekdays. Preferably, each base tower of each power transmission line only corresponds to one wire protector; each of the line protection personnel may correspond to a plurality of base towers of a plurality of transmission lines.
Therefore, one power transmission line corresponds to one operation and maintenance unit; one operation and maintenance unit corresponds to one or more attribution units; one property unit corresponds to one or more line protectors.
If the inspection task in step S103 is issued by the higher level of the operation and maintenance unit, the same operation and maintenance unit may have already received other inspection tasks or has already issued the inspection task by itself before receiving the inspection task in step S103, and therefore, after receiving the inspection task in step S103, the operation and maintenance unit may determine whether it is capable of completing the inspection task in step S103 based on the inspection task that has been received before and/or the inspection task that has been issued; if the task is able to be completed, a first feedback message for indicating that the server has the ability to complete the inspection task in step S103 is fed back to the server.
If the inspection task in step S103 is issued by the operation and maintenance unit or the operation and maintenance unit has fed back a first feedback message that the operation and maintenance unit itself has completed the inspection task in step S103, the inspection task is sent to the home unit.
Because the home location unit may also issue the patrol task by itself, and may have received a plurality of patrol tasks before, after receiving the patrol task in step S103, the home location unit may determine whether it is capable of completing the patrol task in step S103 based on the patrol task that has been received before and/or the patrol task that has been issued; if the task is able to be completed, a second feedback message for indicating that the server has the function of completing the inspection task in step S103 is fed back to the server.
If the patrol task in step S103 is issued by the home unit or the home unit has fed back a second feedback message that the patrol task in step S103 is completed, the patrol task is sent to the corresponding line guardian.
To sum up, if the patrol task in step S103 is issued by the higher-level department of the first operation and maintenance unit, the flow of "sending the patrol task to the target line protection operator according to the communication information of the target line protection operator" includes:
sending the patrol task to the first operation and maintenance unit;
when a first feedback message which is fed back by the first operation and maintenance unit and used for representing that the first operation and maintenance unit has the function of completing the inspection task is received, the inspection task is sent to a target location unit;
and when a second feedback message which is fed back by the target location unit and is used for representing that the target location unit has the second feedback message for completing the patrol task is received, the patrol task is sent to the target line guard.
If the inspection task in step S103 is issued by the first operation and maintenance unit, the process of "sending the inspection task to the target line maintainer according to the communication information of the target line maintainer" includes:
sending the patrol task to a target attribution unit; and when a second feedback message which is fed back by the target location unit and is used for representing that the target location unit has the second feedback message for completing the patrol task is received, the patrol task is sent to the target line guard.
Or;
sending the patrol task to a superior department of the first operation and maintenance unit; when an examination and evaluation passing message of a superior department of the first operation and maintenance unit is received, the patrol task is sent to a target attribution unit; and when a second feedback message which is fed back by the target location unit and is used for representing that the target location unit has the second feedback message for completing the patrol task is received, the patrol task is sent to the target line guard.
If the patrol task in step S103 is issued by the target location unit, the process of "sending the patrol task to the target line guardian according to the communication information of the target line guardian" includes:
and sending the patrol task to the target line protection personnel.
Or the like, or, alternatively,
sending the patrol task to the first operation and maintenance unit; and when the first operation and maintenance unit examination and evaluation passing message is received, the patrol task is sent to the target line protection personnel.
The patrol authority relationship may be stored in a form of a table, a structure tree, a text, or the like, and the patrol authority relationship will be described below in a form of a table.
TABLE 2 patrol authority relationship table

Due to the fact that the territories of the counties A2 and B1 are close, the counties A2 and the counties B1 are responsible for the crowd patrol work of a part of base towers in two power transmission lines.
As shown in table 2, the patrol authority relationship may further include a voltage level of the transmission line, a total number of the base towers included in the transmission line, and the like.
If the patrol authority relationship includes the content shown in table 2, the process of "determining the target line guard information of the target base tower included in the first power transmission line from the pre-stored line guard information corresponding to each base tower included in each power transmission line respectively" may include:
