Abstract
本发明所述的一种直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由充电连接确认通信线、直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水油膏,在缆芯外绕包半导电双面阻水带,在半导电双面阻水带外挤包聚氨酯泡沫塑料管,在聚氨酯泡沫塑料管外涂覆防鼠防蚁涂料。本发明具有阻水性好、耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、防紫外线、防碾压、踩踏、防开裂、防鼠防蚁啃咬等特性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,具体是一种直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆。
背景技术
当今世界各地能源紧缺、环境污染愈发严重,各国大力倡导节能减排,借此电动汽车得到了快速发展。电动汽车充电电缆是电动汽车重要的传输线,吸引了各大电缆生产厂家的关注,纷纷着手研发。本公司在研制该电缆时,主要根据电动汽车充电电缆的工作要求以及使用环境,并结合GB /T 18487、UL 62、UL 62 CRD、TV 2Pfg /1908. 02. 11 等相关的标准进行的[1-3]。电动汽车充电电缆主要用于公路服务区、停车场、购物中心等一些公共场合的充电站,在使用过程中长期经受恶劣环境的侵蚀,因此电缆应具有机械性能高、信号和电能传输稳定、耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、防紫外线等性能。电动汽车充电连接装置有交流充电接口和直流充电接口,因此电缆应具有直流电动汽车充电和交流电动汽车充电两种规格,以满足实际需求。
现有技术中,使用以下结构,此结构在消费者使用过程中拖拽、摇晃、碾压、踩踏时,因电缆身自重较重,每条电缆芯均受力,易造成0.75平方控制电缆和开关电缆断裂,失去保护装置,造成重大事故。另外,因该电缆属于柔性电缆,外被均比较柔软,外被抗拉强度均为10Mpa左右(软材料无法提高),消费者拖拽过程中,外被因抗拉强度较小,电缆外被受伤处易发生撕裂状况,造成事故;另外,此种电缆要具有很强的阻水性能,因为一旦发生漏电,后果不堪设想;还有,目前的电缆在防鼠防蚁啃咬这块做的还不够,一旦此电缆本破坏,电缆就容易漏电,导致人员伤亡的风险。
发明内容
本发明电缆解决的技术问题是提供一种直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,具有阻水性好、耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、防紫外线、防碾压、踩踏、防开裂、防鼠防蚁啃咬等特性。
本发明所述的一种直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由充电连接确认通信线、直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水油膏,在缆芯外绕包半导电双面阻水带,在半导电双面阻水带外挤包聚氨酯泡沫塑料管,在聚氨酯泡沫塑料管外涂覆防虫防蚁涂料。
进一步改进,所述的充电连接确认通信线由充电通信正极导体、充电通信负极导体、充电连接确认导体一、充电连接确认导体二,挤包在四根导体外的阻水带、挤包在阻水带外的绝缘层以及编织在绝缘层外的铝屏蔽层构成。
进一步改进,所述的直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线的结构相同,均由导体以及挤包在导体外的绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘层为茂金属EPM 聚合物与含EPDM 聚合物的二烯的共混物混合而成的胶料绝缘层。
进一步改进,所述直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线的横截面大小之比为6:6:3:3:4。
本发明的有益效果:
1、为使电缆具有优良的弯曲性能、耐腐蚀性以及传输性能,导体采用了退火绞合镀锡软铜线,其性能符合GB /T3956 的5 类导体。
2、为使电缆具有耐高低温、耐酸碱腐蚀、防紫外线等性能,绝缘层为茂金属EPM 聚合物与含EPDM 聚合物的二烯的共混物混合而成的胶料绝缘层,具有优良的电气绝缘性、耐臭氧、耐低温、耐化学腐蚀等性能。
3、为了使得电缆具有强大的阻水性能,电缆从内到外设有三层阻水结构,不会因为通电时有水导致漏电,给人带来生命危险。
4、电缆的最外层设有聚氨酯泡沫塑料管,为充电电缆解决了:1)电缆在受外力拖拽过程中,电缆外被受伤,易发生撕裂状况的问题;2)电缆在长期使用中发生弯折、摇晃,外被疲劳度不够,变形开裂问题;3)充电枪电缆易受到汽车碾压、踩踏等,在一定限度上易发生外被破裂状况。
5、在电缆的外层涂有防鼠防蚁涂料,解决了电缆被鼠蚁啃咬的问题,更好的保护了电缆的使用寿命,增加了电缆的安全性能。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由充电连接确认通信线、直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水油膏9,在缆芯外绕包半导电双面阻水带10,在半导电双面阻水带外挤包聚氨酯泡沫塑料管11,在聚氨酯泡沫塑料管外涂覆防鼠防蚁涂料12。
所述的充电连接确认通信线由充电通信正极镀锡软铜导体1、充电通信负极镀锡软铜导体2、充电连接确认镀锡软铜导体一3、充电连接确认镀锡软铜导体二4,挤包在四根导体外的阻水带5、挤包在阻水带外的绝缘层6以及编织在绝缘层外的铝屏蔽层7构成。
所述的直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线的结构相同,均由镀锡软铜导体8以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体外的绝缘层6构成。
所述的绝缘层为茂金属EPM 聚合物与含EPDM 聚合物的二烯的共混物混合而成的胶料绝缘层。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,其特征在于:包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由充电连接确认通信线、直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水油膏,在缆芯外绕包半导电双面阻水带,在半导电双面阻水带外挤包聚氨酯泡沫塑料管,在聚氨酯泡沫塑料管外涂覆防鼠防蚁涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述充电连接确认通信线由充电通信正极镀锡软铜导体、充电通信负极镀锡软铜导体、充电连接确认镀锡软铜导体一、充电连接确认镀锡软铜导体二,挤包在四根导体外的阻水带、挤包在阻水带外的绝缘层以及编织在绝缘层外的铝屏蔽层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线的结构相同,均由镀锡软铜导体以及挤包在镀锡软铜导体外的绝缘层构成。
4.根据权利要求2-3所述的直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述绝缘层为茂金属EPM 聚合物与含EPDM 聚合物的二烯的共混物混合而成的胶料绝缘层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直流电动汽车充电阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述直流正极电源线、直流负极电源线、低压辅助正极电源线、低压辅助负极电源线以及接地保护线的横截面大小之比为6:6:3:3:4。
