Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,所述地埋线为双芯,线芯由内到外依次包括导体、内绝缘层、外绝缘层、铝塑复合带和外护套,铝塑复合带外设有一层粘结的聚乙烯护套,聚乙烯护套采用环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯。本发明防水、防白蚁双芯可分离型结构的设计,可满足用户在接线部位将电缆线芯无损分离而且便于敷设,双层绝缘结构的设计使得电缆具有优异的绝缘性能和防水性能,外绝缘层保证了电缆的气密性和防水性,铝塑复合带外挤包环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯护套后,能够形成铝塑综合护套层,使得电缆径向阻水效果、防潮效果得到极大的提升,避免电缆绝缘因雨水的侵蚀而发生击穿。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆,具体说一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,适用于额定电压450/750V及以下固定配电线路用。
背景技术
目前,我国农村采用的低压供电线路,分为架空线路和地埋线路两种。地埋线路和架空线路相比,有许多突出的优点,地埋线路在敷设时因不采用电杆、瓷绝缘子、横担、拉线等材料,可节约大量的钢材、水泥,且地埋线路埋在地下,不承受电线自重等所产生的拉力,电线截面可以仅按用电负荷的大小选择,更加经济。由于线路长期埋在地下,不易受狂风暴雨,大雪结冰等自然灾害的侵袭,且不易被人破坏,不存在架空线路常见的倒杆、断线等事故;同时消除了电力线路与电话线、电视闭路线、广播线交叉跨越的矛盾,也不易发生人身触电伤亡事故,大大改善了农村供电的管理工作。
目前国内使用的农用地埋线一般都是单芯,为了满足负载端两相分离及完整回路要求,敷设时需要将两根电缆并排敷设,过于繁琐。电缆在使用时还需考虑敷设地区是否会受到白蚁或老鼠的啃噬,土壤受雨水侵蚀出现的不同干湿状态及电缆防水性能,上述条件若考虑不足,电缆敷设后易发生击穿、破损及进水现象,造成用户换线重新敷设,维护成本较高。为解决上述缺陷,满足用户需求,我公司提出一种防水、防鼠蚁、耐老化双芯可分离型农用地埋线。满足电缆两根平行敷设、绝缘层防水隔离、在不增加铠装层结构的同时需要满足防鼠防白蚁性能要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,所述地埋线为双芯,两根绝缘线芯平行设置;纤芯由内到外依次包括导体、内绝缘层、外绝缘层、铝塑复合带和外护套,采用双面铝塑复合带在绝缘线芯上纵向包覆,铝塑复合带外设有一层粘结的聚乙烯护套,聚乙烯护套采用环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯;双芯的外护套之间通过横向连接筋连接。
优选地,所述导体采用GB/T 3956-2008要求的第2类铜导体,多股铜导体绞合紧压而成。
优选地,所述内绝缘层选用150℃耐候型低烟无卤辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘料,绝缘偏心度≤8%,绝缘层最薄点不小于标称值×90%-0.1mm。
优选地,所述外绝缘层选用低密度聚乙烯绝缘料。
优选地,铝带标称厚度为0.32mm。
优选地,所述环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯,添加有钙锌稳定剂及不含辣素的防蚁防鼠剂,使得材料性能环保安全,在聚乙烯材料中内均匀添加有N660碳黑,增加了材料的光老化性即耐候性。
优选地,两根绝缘线芯之间留有一定的间隙,线芯通过平行集束模具将外护套与连接筋一次性挤出,护层最薄点不小于标称值×85%-0.1mm。采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明公开了一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线。
1、材料选用
(1)导体1:采用GB/T 3956-2008要求的第2类铜导体,多股铜导体绞合紧压而成,导体表面光洁无毛刺。
(2)绝缘:绝缘采用无卤低烟辐照交联聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯绝缘料双层结构。
无卤低烟辐照交联聚乙烯通过辐照交联,电缆长期工作温度可达150℃,短路温度最高可达到250℃,并且具有优良的绝缘性能和电气性能。辐照后电缆耐老化性、化学稳定性高,耐环境应力开裂性能强,机械强度高,安全性好。
低密度聚乙烯绝缘料,具有优良的防水性和气密性。在低温条件下使用,不脆裂、不硬化,化学稳定性好,耐水性、耐老化性优良,可耐酸、碱及盐类水溶液的腐蚀作用。
(3)铝塑防水护套层:采用双面铝塑复合带在绝缘线芯上纵向包覆,铝带标称厚度为0.32mm,铝塑复合带外紧密挤包一层粘结的聚乙烯护套。聚乙烯护套采用环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯,该护套料在配方中不含铅盐、二噁英等有毒有害物质,加入钙锌稳定剂及不含辣素的防蚁防鼠剂,使得材料性能环保安全,在聚乙烯材料中内均匀加入N660碳黑,增加了材料的光老化性即耐候性。
铝塑复合带外挤包环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯护套后,能够形成铝塑综合护套层,使得电缆径向阻水效果、防潮效果得到极大的提升,避免电缆绝缘因雨水的侵蚀而发生击穿。
用环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯护套料,能够极大改善电缆长期在土壤中敷设受到白蚁或老鼠啃咬,避免电缆发生短路。
2、工艺方案
(1)导体1:采用GB/T 3956-2008要求的第2类绞合圆形紧压铜导体,绞合的导体不应有缺股、松股和断股的现象,导体绞合均匀、紧密,表面应光洁,不得有油污、毛刺、锐边、划伤和凸起等缺陷。
(2)绝缘挤出:绝缘采用无卤低烟辐照交联聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯绝缘料双层分次挤出。
(2.1)内绝缘层2挤出选用150℃耐候型低烟无卤辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘料,绝缘偏心度≤8%。,绝缘标称厚度为工艺要求值,绝缘层最薄点不小于标称值×90%-0.1mm,要求表面光滑、无老胶、刮伤等缺陷。
(2.2)挤出后在高频高压电子加速器上完成绝缘层辐照交联工序。采用AB-2.5MeV高频高压电子加速器上完成内绝缘层辐照交联工序,高压2.9MV,横扫电流3.4A,纵扫电流1.2A,采用大束下排线,对应速度为23m/min时,辐照后要求热延伸及老化后性能可满足技术要求。
(2.3)外绝缘层3选用低密度聚乙烯绝缘料,绝缘偏心度≤8%。,绝缘层最薄点不小于标称值×90%-0.1mm。绝缘横断面上无目力可见气泡和砂眼等缺陷。线芯表面应光滑,无明显绞线凸纹,不应有尖角、颗粒、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹。
(3)线芯标识:采用红、蓝高温分色带标识。
(4)铝塑复合带纵包:采用双面铝塑复合带4在线芯上重叠纵向包覆,铝塑复合带标称厚度为0.32mm,搭盖宽度控制在带宽的20%~30%,并采用热风焊接牢固。
(5)护套平行挤出:采用环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯护套料,挤出时两根绝缘线芯平行放置,并留有一定的间隙。线芯通过平行集束模具将外护套5与连接筋6一次性挤出。护层最薄点不小于标称值×85%-0.1mm,护套表面应光滑、平整,不应有尖角、麻点、烧焦或擦伤的痕迹,横断面上无目力可见的气泡和砂眼等缺陷。

1.一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,其特征在于,所述地埋线为双芯,两根绝缘线芯平行设置;线芯由内到外依次包括导体、内绝缘层、外绝缘层、铝塑复合带和外护套,采用双面铝塑复合带在绝缘线芯上纵向包覆,铝塑复合带外设有一层粘结的聚乙烯护套,聚乙烯护套采用环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯;双芯的外护套之间通过横向连接筋连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,其特征在于,所述导体采用GB/T 3956-2008要求的第2类铜导体,多股铜导体绞合紧压而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,其特征在于,所述内绝缘层选用150℃耐候型低烟无卤辐照交联聚乙烯绝缘料,绝缘偏心度≤8%,绝缘层最薄点不小于标称值×90%-0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,其特征在于,所述外绝缘层选用低密度聚乙烯绝缘料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,其特征在于,铝带标称厚度为0.32mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水、防鼠蚁、双芯可分离型农用地埋线,其特征在于,所述环保型防鼠防白蚁黑色线性低密度聚乙烯,添加有钙锌稳定剂及不含辣素的防蚁防鼠剂,使得材料性能环保安全,在聚乙烯材料中内均匀添加有N660碳黑,增加了材料的光老化性即耐候性。
