本发明的主题涉及用于机动车辆的传动系统,并且更具体地涉及一种预载滚轮轴承组件。
背景技术
车辆传动系统通常利用由安装在例如各种壳体开口内的润滑的轴承组件支撑的一个或多个可旋转轴,可旋转轴延伸穿过该壳体开口。有时候需要轴承组件的预载。此预载在由经历由于操作期间的热膨胀/收缩的尺寸变化的材料(例如,铝)构成的壳体中特别重要。
预载可能需要增加偏压构件至轴承组件,从而可增加其总体轴向尺寸。轴承组件的轴向长度的增加可能并非需要的或可能的;尤其当此预载特征必须增加至预先存在的设计时。具有用于施用轴向预载的偏压构件的轴承组件是必需的,其中现有轴承安装架构的变化并非所需的。
发明内容
在示例性实施例中,轴承组件包括锥形构件,该锥形构件配置成容纳与其滚动接合的滚筒。轴承外圈配置成在其中容纳锥形构件并且与滚筒滚动接触地接合。轴承外圈袋围绕轴承外圈的面圆周地延伸并且配置成在其中容纳偏压构件。
在另一个示例性实施例中,用于将可旋转轴支撑在壳体中的轴承组件包括具有带滚筒轨道的锥形构件的锥形组件,该滚筒轨道配置成在其中容纳滚筒。保持架构件配置成将滚筒保持在滚筒轨道中。轴承外圈包括配置成容纳锥形组件并且与滚筒建立滚动接触的内滚筒表面,和具有促进将轴承组件插入至壳体的轴承开口中的直径“D”的外圆周表面。轴承外圈的面包括可与保持构件接合以将组件维持在壳体的轴承开口中的轴承组件的外侧面,且轴承外圈袋围绕轴承外圈的外侧面圆周地延伸并且配置成容纳偏压构件,该偏压构件操作以在保持构件与轴承外圈之间施加偏压力“F”。
在又一示例性实施例中,具有差速器组件的车辆包括具有差速器齿轮组的差速器壳体,该差速器齿轮组设置在内部部分内,且由固定于壳体中轴承开口内的轴承组件支撑以便在差速器壳体内旋转。轴承组件包括具有锥形构件的锥形组件,该锥形构件具有正面、背面、基座和配置成在其中容纳滚筒的滚筒轨道。保持架构件将滚筒保持在滚筒轨道中。轴承外圈具有正面、背面、用于在其中容纳锥形组件并且与上面的滚筒滚动接触的内滚筒表面,以及具有促进将轴承组件插入至差速器壳体的轴承开口中的直径“D”的外圆周表面。轴承外圈的背面包括轴承组件的外侧面,其可与保持构件接合以将组件维持在壳体的轴承开口中。轴承外圈袋围绕轴承外圈的背面圆周地延伸以限定内凹肩部,其配置成容纳可操作以在保持构件与轴承外圈之间施加偏压力“F”的偏压构件;其中偏压力“F”推动轴承外圈进入轴承开口中的固定位置中,从而造成对准轴承组件。

根据本发明的实施例,图1说明具有差速器组件12的车辆10。车辆10可以包括发动机14,诸如例如汽油或柴油燃料供给内燃机。发动机14可以进一步为组合内燃机与电动机的混合动力型发动机。发动机14和差速器组件12安装至框架或另一种底盘结构16。发动机14通过变速器18和传动轴20耦合至差速器组件12。变速器配置成降低转速并且增加发动机14的转矩输出。差速器组件12经由车轴组件24通过差速器齿轮组26将转矩输出从传动轴20传输至从动轮22。
现在参考图2且继续参考图1,差速器齿轮组26设置在差速器组件12的差速器壳体30的内部部分28内。差速器齿轮组26经由将转矩传输至环形齿轮32的小齿轮31从传动轴20接收输出。差速器齿轮组26是由固定在轴承壳体34内且在差速器齿轮组的相对侧上的一对轴承组件40支撑以便在差速器壳体30内旋转。差速器齿轮组26耦合至车轴组件24的内端36并且支撑该内端。诸如扣环的保持构件42靠着每个轴承组件40的外侧面44定位,并且将组件维持在差速器壳体30的轴承开口34内的适当位置中。
现在参考图2至5,轴承组件40包括具有锥形构件46的锥形组件45,该锥形构件具有正面48、背面50和基座52。锥形构件包括配置成在其中容纳滚筒56的滚筒轨道54。滚筒56可以包括球形轴承、滚筒轴承、滚针轴承或任何其它合适轴承。保持架构件58可以将滚筒56保持在滚筒轨道54中。锥形组件45可插入至轴承外圈60中。轴承外圈包括正面62、背面64和与滚筒56滚筒接触的内滚筒表面65。外圆周表面66具有促进将轴承组件40插入至差速器壳体30的轴承开口34中的直径“D”。轴承外圈60的背面64包括轴承组件40的外侧面44,保持构件42抵着该外侧面接合以将组件维持在差速器壳体30的开口34内的适当位置中。
轴承外圈袋70围绕轴承外圈60的背面64圆周地延伸以限定配置成在其中容纳偏压构件76的内凹肩部72。在示例性实施例中,偏压构件76是贝氏垫圈,其操作以在保持构件42与轴承外圈60之间施加偏压力“F”。在差速器组件12的操作期间,温漂可以导致改变差速器壳体30的温度;造成其热膨胀和收缩。差速器壳体30的热膨胀的结果可以是轴承开口34中的轴承组件40松动。偏压力“F”将轴承外圈60维持在轴承开口34中的固定位置中,而无关于差速器壳体30的尺寸变化。本发明的轴承外圈袋70的应用在轴承组件40中提供偏压构件76的附加,而不改变差速器壳体中将轴向预载施用于轴承组件40所需要的轴向长度。

Claims (8)

1.一种轴承组件,包括:
锥形构件,其配置成容纳与其滚动接合的滚筒;
轴承外圈,其配置成在其中容纳所述锥形构件并且用于与所述滚筒滚动接触,以及;
轴承外圈袋,其围绕所述轴承外圈的面圆周地延伸并且配置成在其中容纳偏压构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中所述轴承外圈的所述面包括所述轴承组件的外侧面,保持构件抵着所述外侧面放置以将所述轴承组件维持在理想位置中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的轴承组件,其中所述偏压构件操作以在所述保持构件与所述轴承外圈袋的内凹肩部之间施加偏压力“F”。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中所述偏压构件包括贝氏垫圈。
5.一种用于将可旋转轴支撑在壳体中的轴承组件,包括:
锥形组件,包括具有滚筒轨道的锥形构件,所述滚筒轨道配置成在其中容纳滚筒;
保持架构件,其配置成将所述滚筒保持在滚筒轨道中;
轴承外圈,包括:
内滚筒表面,其配置成用于在其中容纳所述锥形组件并且与所述滚筒建立滚动接触,以及
外圆周表面,具有促进将所述轴承组件插入至所述壳体的轴承开口中的直径“D”,其中所述轴承外圈的面包括所述轴承组件的外侧面,所述外侧面可与保持构件接合以将所述组件维持在所述壳体的所述轴承开口中;以及
轴承外圈袋,其围绕所述轴承外圈的所述外侧面圆周地延伸并且配置成容纳偏压构件,所述偏压构件操作以在所述保持构件与所述轴承外圈之间施加偏压力“F”。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轴承组件,其中所述偏压构件包括贝氏垫圈。
7.一种具有差速器组件的车辆,包括:
具有差速器齿轮组的差速器壳体,所述差速器齿轮组设置在所述差速器壳体的内部部分内并且由固定在所述壳体中的轴承开口中的轴承组件支撑以便在所述差速器壳体内旋转,所述轴承组件包括:
包括锥形构件的锥形组件,所述锥形构件具有正面、背面、基座和配置成在其中容纳滚筒的滚筒轨道;
保持架构件,其将所述滚筒保持在滚筒轨道中;
轴承外圈,其具有正面、背面、用于在其中容纳所述锥形组件并且用于与其上的所述滚筒滚动接触的内滚筒表面,以及具有促进将所述轴承组件插入至所述差速器壳体的所述轴承开口中的直径“D”的外圆周表面,其中所述轴承外圈的所述背面包括所述轴承组件的外侧面,所述外侧面可与保持构件接合以将所述组件维持在所述壳体的所述轴承开口中;以及
轴承外圈袋,其围绕所述轴承外圈的所述背面圆周地延伸以限定配置成容纳偏压构件的内凹肩部,所述偏压构件操作以在所述保持构件与所述轴承外圈之间施加偏压力“F”,其中所述偏压力“F”推动所述轴承外圈进入所述轴承开口中的固定位置,从而造成对准所述轴承组件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其中所述偏压构件包括贝氏垫圈。
