技术领域
本发明的一种高抗盐雾湿度大温差船舰用防锈极压重负荷涡轮机油组合物属于涡轮机油润滑剂领域。
背景技术
涡轮机油(透平油,lubricant oils for turbins),它主要用于润滑涡轮发电机组和大、中型水轮发电机组转子的滑动轴承或建齿机和调速装置。此外,广泛应用与大型远洋船舰和大中船舰的汽轮机中。涡轮机的动力是高压过热水蒸气,必须有锅炉配套才能使用,当锅炉产生的高压过热蒸汽经主汽阀和调节阀进入涡轮机后,气体以高速依次冲击一系列环形装置(或静叶栅)和动叶栅作功,气体的热能转化为动能,驱动转子旋转。膨胀作功后,推动转子旋转。膨胀作功后的蒸汽由排气部分排出机外。
由于海上航行工况恶劣,经常由于海域跨度大,环流气候多变,大型船舰经常需要长时间,高海况条件工作,涡轮机转速很高,润滑问题十分重要。涡轮机油主要是作为涡轮机的主机和辅机中主轴的润滑剂,这时涡轮机油在动力装置中起到主要作用,即润滑涡轮机组、冷却冲洗各滑动轴承、润滑调速系统、减振作用以及还起到液压传动作用,因此,必须具备适当的粘度,良好的抗氧化安定性,抗磨性、抗剪切性、抗乳化性、抗盐雾、极压抗磨性、重负荷承载能力、密封材料适应性、过滤性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高抗盐雾湿度大温差船舰用防锈极压重负荷涡轮机油组合物,该组合物具备适当的粘度,良好的抗氧化安定性,抗磨性、抗剪切性、抗乳化性、抗盐雾、极压抗磨性、重负荷承载能力、密封材料适应性、过滤性。
本发明采用如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种高抗盐雾湿度大温差船舰用防锈极压重负荷涡轮机油组合物,采用质量比70%的Ⅲ类基础油和30%的邻苯二甲酸酯EsterexTM复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成为:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的二壬基二苯胺和50%的1,4-二羟基蔥醌复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的苯三唑衍生物T551和50%的巯基噻唑复合。
抗乳化剂是环氧丙烷丙烷嵌段聚醚T1002;抗泡剂是2号复合抗泡剂T922。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747和50%合成石油碳酸钠T702A合成石油磺酸钠T702A复合;极压剂是硼化磷胺脂T3011。
抗磨剂是硫代磷酸铵盐T307;抗磨防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
气相缓蚀剂是质量比50%的癸酸和50%二乙基氨基乙醇复合。
本发明的优点:本发明组合物具备适当的粘度,良好的抗氧化安定性,抗磨性、抗剪切性、抗乳化性、抗盐雾、极压抗磨性、重负荷承载能力、密封材料适应性、过滤性,能起到良好地润滑海上船舰的汽轮机组、冷却冲洗各滑动轴承、润滑调速系统、减振作用以及还起到液压传动作用。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种高抗盐雾湿度大温差船舰用防锈极压重负荷涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747和50%合成石油磺酸钠T702A复合;极压剂是硼化磷胺脂T3011。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高抗盐雾湿度大温差船舰用防锈极压重负荷涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于抗磨剂是硫代磷酸铵盐T307;抗磨防腐剂是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种高抗盐雾湿度大温差船舰用防锈极压重负荷涡轮机油组合物,其特征在于气相缓蚀剂是质量比50%的癸酸和50%二乙基氨基乙醇复合。
