本发明公开了一种石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,包括两个对绞线组,每个对绞线组由两根绝缘线相互绞合成束后并于外侧扎紧层构成,两个对绞线组呈倒八字形偏置挤塑成型于高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层中构成缆芯,两个对绞线组之间的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层设有组合柔性非金属加强件,所述的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层外依次包覆有复合屏蔽层、低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃‑150内护套层、抗扭曲层、低烟无卤阻燃高强度耐磨弹性体外护套层,成缆后截面为椭圆形。本发明按照使用环境的需求合理设计了电缆结构,满足了石油平台的使用要求,柔性性能和抗扭曲性能卓越;此外还具有优良的抗电磁干扰性能。

一种石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆
技术领域:
本发明涉及石油平台电缆,尤其涉及一种石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆。
背景技术:
卷筒电缆应用于卷简机、运输机械及输送机,卷筒电缆同时亦可在拖链系统中用作卷简和拖曳电缆。卷筒电缆随拖轴或其它类似装置的导向进行收展运动。卷筒电缆可安装在干燥或潮湿的室内或潮湿的工业环境中,也可用于露天安装。此类电缆在使用中往往要求弯曲半径较小。
卷筒电缆弯曲半径取决于电缆结构和外径,电缆本身及其安装和使用方式。在大多数情况下,卷筒电缆可安装在高温和有化学腐蚀的环境中。卷筒电缆的黑色耐各种气候条件的氯丁橡胶外护套,则完全能满足这类使用条件。卷筒电缆结构多股细绞成束镀锡铜丝导体,天然或合成橡胶绝缘,芯线以小节距绞合成缆:卷筒电缆无纺织物编织层包覆:氯丁橡胶外护套,阻燃,黑色。
石油平台电缆导体为镀锡铜软导体,且大多都有低烟、无卤、阻燃、抗干扰、重量轻的特性,上述陆用卷筒电缆柔性和抗扭曲性能相对较差、还含有卤素,若用在船舶或石油平台上类似机械则不能满足其使用要求。
发明内容:
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,满足了石油平台的使用要求,柔性性能和抗扭曲性能卓越。
本发明的技术方案如下:
石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:包括两个对绞线组,每个对绞线组由两根绝缘线相互绞合成束后并于外侧扎紧层构成,两个对绞线组呈倒八字形偏置挤塑成型于高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层中构成缆芯,两个对绞线组之间的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层设有组合柔性非金属加强件,所述的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层外依次包覆有复合屏蔽层、低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150内护套层、抗扭曲层、低烟无卤阻燃高强度耐磨弹性体外护套层,成缆后截面为椭圆形。
所述的石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:所述的组合柔性非金属加强件采用一半锭子采用芳纶丝,一半锭子采用碳纤维丝经编织机混合编织构成。
所述的石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗扭曲层采用芳纶丝编织成网状构成。
所述的石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:所述的复合屏蔽层内层绕包铝塑复合薄膜,外层用镀锡软铜线编织;内层铝塑复合薄膜塑料面向里与芳纶丝编织层接触,铝面向外,覆盖率达100%,外层用镀锡软铜线相互交叉编织,编织角低于40°,覆盖率大于85%。
本发明的优点是:
本发明按照使用环境的需求合理设计了电缆结构,满足了石油平台的使用要求,柔性性能和抗扭曲性能卓越;此外还具有优良的抗电磁干扰性能。

石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,包括两个对绞线组,每个对绞线组由两根绝缘线1相互绞合成束后并于外侧扎紧层2构成,扎紧层2采用耐高温聚酯膜薄带绕包构成,提高耐高温性能,两个对绞线组呈倒八字形偏置挤塑成型于高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层3中构成缆芯,两个对绞线组之间的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层设有组合柔性非金属加强件4,高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层3外依次包覆有复合屏蔽层5、低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150内护套层6、抗扭曲层7、低烟无卤阻燃高强度耐磨弹性体外护套层8,成缆后截面为椭圆形。
组合柔性非金属加强件4采用一半锭子采用芳纶丝,一半锭子采用碳纤维丝经编织机混合编织构成,相比于金属加强件,降低了电缆成缆后的重量,也提高了电缆的柔韧性。
抗扭曲层7采用芳纶丝编织成网状构成,提高电缆的抗扭曲性能。
复合屏蔽层5内层5-1绕包铝塑复合薄膜,外层5-2用镀锡软铜线编织;内层铝塑复合薄膜塑料面向里与芳纶丝编织层接触,铝面向外,覆盖率达100%,外层用镀锡软铜线相互交叉编织,编织角低于40°,覆盖率大于85%。

1.一种石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:包括两个对绞线组,每个对绞线组由两根绝缘线相互绞合成束后并于外侧扎紧层构成,两个对绞线组呈倒八字形偏置挤塑成型于高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层中构成缆芯,两个对绞线组之间的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层设有组合柔性非金属加强件,所述的高抗撕硅橡胶内衬层外依次包覆有复合屏蔽层、低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃-150内护套层、抗扭曲层、低烟无卤阻燃高强度耐磨弹性体外护套层,成缆后截面为椭圆形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:所述的组合柔性非金属加强件采用一半锭子采用芳纶丝,一半锭子采用碳纤维丝经编织机混合编织构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的石油平台用柔性抗扭曲卷筒电缆,其特征在于:所述的抗扭曲层采用芳纶丝编织成网状构成。
