本发明公开了一种船舶上冷却系统用闸阀,包括手柄(1),阀体(2),门闸(3),所述阀体(2)的进水管腔,出水管腔内壁形成有炮膛式螺旋凹陷(4),且经过所述进水管腔的水流旋转方向与经过所述出水管腔的水流旋转方向相反。水流以旋转的方式流入所述阀体(2)内腔,并且,由于经过所述进水管腔的水流旋转方向与经过所述出水管腔的水流旋转方向相反,使得密封面所在的所述阀体(2)中部有更剧烈的搅动,破坏了贝壳类生物着床所需的平静条件,阻止贝壳类生物在所述阀体(2)内腔着床,从而使闭阀顺畅。

本发明属于阀门,更具体地说涉及一种船舶上冷却系统用闸阀。
背景技术
位于船舶底层的,供轮机冷却系统用之阀门,其进水端与大海连通,由于船舶长久地浸泡在海上,尤其是在易繁衍贝壳类生物的近岸海域,因贝壳类生物特喜欢在光滑的平面着床,而船舶则需持续地让该阀门长久处于开启状态,以致阀体内腔的各密封面会叮布贝壳类生物,导致闭阀受阻,当检修与该阀门连通之相关设备时,海水必经该阀门漏入船内,这是令船舶业主们所一直困忧的问题,因此,提供一种船舶上冷却系统用闸阀,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种船舶上冷却系统用闸阀。
本发明一种船舶上冷却系统用闸阀,包括手柄,阀体,门闸,所述阀体的进水管腔,出水管腔内壁形成有炮膛式螺旋凹陷,且经过所述进水管腔的水流旋转方向与经过所述出水管腔的水流旋转方向相反。
本发明具如下有益效果:
水流以旋转的方式流入所述阀体内腔,并且,由于经过所述进水管腔的水流旋转方向与经过所述出水管腔的水流旋转方向相反,使得密封面所在的所述阀体中部有更剧烈的搅动,破坏了贝壳类生物着床所需的平静条件,阻止贝壳类生物在所述阀体内腔着床,从而使闭阀顺畅。

图1,图2所示,一种船舶上冷却系统用闸阀,包括手柄1,阀体2,门闸3,所述阀体2的进水管腔,出水管腔内壁形成有炮膛式螺旋凹陷4,且经过所述进水管腔的水流旋转方向与经过所述出水管腔的水流旋转方向相反,即两侧水管腔的所述凹陷4螺旋方向相反。
各所述凹陷4间距为0.8-1.2毫米,最好是1.0毫米,各所述凹陷4深度为1.0-1.5毫米,最好是1.5毫米,各所述凹陷4宽度为0.5-1.0毫米,最好是1.0毫米。
