本发明实施例公开了一种新型防冲击人防门,包括:两扇内密封门,分别与外部墙体通过铰链连接,内密封门一端设置有一个斜面;轨道,设置于内密封门靠外一侧,轨道包括一根横向轨道和四个纵向轨道,纵向轨道间隔设置,与横向轨道垂直连通,朝向内密封门设置;外防冲击门,有两扇,每个外防冲击门下底面设置有两个万向轮,万向轮设置于轨道内,两扇外防冲击门接触面设置成锯齿形,外防冲击门开外一侧设置成弧面;弹簧,一端与外部墙体连接,另一端连接有一个橡胶垫块,弹簧与纵向轨道平行设置。本发明的新型防冲击人防门在内密封门外设置有一个外防冲击门,用于承受冲击载荷,避免内密封门在受到冲击载荷后出现损坏,导致无法开启。

新型防冲击人防门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人防门,尤其涉及一种新型防冲击人防门。
背景技术
人防门是设置在人防出入口的具有战时防护功能的门。通常是采用钢筋混凝土或者钢结构制成,这种材质坚固耐用但是自身重量较重。人防门通常通过铰链连接在墙体上,人防门整体相比,连接部较为脆弱。当冲击来临时,人防门在短时间内获得了一个极大地载荷,铰链由于平时就处于高载荷状态,此时十分容易出现破碎断裂的情况。导致人防门无法重新打开,在人防工程内避险的人反而被困于其中,增加了后续救援的难度。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现在人防门在收到冲击时,与墙体连接的铰链容易破损,导致人防门无法开启的情况,提出了一种新型防冲击人防门。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种新型防冲击人防门,该新型防冲击人防门包括:内密封门,内密封门有两扇,分别与外部墙体通过铰链连接,内密封门一端设置有一个斜面;轨道,轨道设置于内密封门靠外一侧,轨道包括一根横向轨道和四个纵向轨道,纵向轨道间隔设置,与横向轨道垂直连通,朝向内密封门设置;外防冲击门,外防冲击门有两扇,每个外防冲击门下底面设置有两个万向轮,万向轮设置于轨道内,可以在轨道内自由滑动,两扇外防冲击门接触面设置成锯齿形,外防冲击门朝外一侧设置成弧面;弹簧,弹簧一端与外部墙体连接,另一端连接有一个橡胶垫块,弹簧与纵向轨道平行设置。
其中,纵向轨道中,左侧两根纵向轨道之间的距离与右侧两根纵向轨道之间的距离相同,并且都等于万向轮之间的距离。
其中,外防冲击门使用钢筋混凝土制成。
其中,内密封门采用钢材制成,外部包裹有密封橡胶。
其中,弹簧有多组,当外防冲击门关闭时,橡胶垫块与外防冲击门的左右两个侧面和上侧面接触连接。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明的新型防冲击人防门在内密封门外设置有一个外防冲击门,用于承受冲击载荷,避免内密封门在受到冲击载荷后出现损坏,导致无法开启。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参见图1、图2以及图3,图1是本发明提供的新型防冲击人防门开启时的结构示意图;图2是本发明提供的新型防冲击人防门关闭时的结构示意图;图3是图1中外防冲击门的正视图。
新型防冲击人防门包括:内密封门1、轨道(未标示)、外防冲击门3以及弹簧4。
内密封门1有两扇,分别与外部墙体5通过铰链11连接。内密封门1一端设置有一个斜面,关闭时两个内密封门1可以相互配合,组成一个矩形。内密封门1采用钢材制成,外部包裹有密封橡胶。密封橡胶用于提高内密封门1的密封性。
轨道设置于内密封门1靠外一侧,轨道包括一根横向轨道21和四个纵向轨道22。纵向轨道22间隔设置,与横向轨道21垂直连通,朝向内密封门1设置。左侧两根纵向轨道22之间的距离与右侧两根纵向轨道22之间的距离相同,并且都等于一个外防冲击门3上两个万向轮21之间的距离。
外防冲击门3有两扇,使用钢筋混凝土制成。每个外防冲击门3下底面设置有两个万向轮31,万向轮31设置于轨道内,可以在轨道内自由滑动。两扇外防冲击门3接触面设置成锯齿形,外防冲击门3朝外一侧设置成弧面。
弹簧4一端与外部墙体5连接,另一端连接有一个橡胶垫块41,弹簧4与纵向轨道22平行设置。弹簧4有多组,当外防冲击门3关闭时,橡胶垫块44与外防冲击门3的左右两个侧面和上侧面接触连接。
使用时,本发明提供的新型防冲击人防门处于图2的状态,当冲击来临时,外防冲击门3直接承受冲击载荷,受力向内侧移动,弹簧4被压缩,起到减震吸能的作用。外防冲击门3外侧的弧面起到进一步减少其受到的冲击的作用。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:本发明的新型防冲击人防门在内密封门外设置有一个外防冲击门,用于承受冲击载荷,避免内密封门在受到冲击载荷后出现损坏,导致无法开启。

1.一种新型防冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述新型防冲击人防门包括:
内密封门,所述内密封门有两扇,分别与外部墙体通过铰链连接,所述内密封门一端设置有一个斜面;
轨道,所述轨道设置于所述内密封门靠外一侧,所述轨道包括一根横向轨道和四个纵向轨道,所述纵向轨道间隔设置,与所述横向轨道垂直连通,朝向所述内密封门设置;
外防冲击门,所述外防冲击门有两扇,每个所述外防冲击门下底面设置有两个万向轮,所述万向轮设置于所述轨道内,可以在所述轨道内自由滑动,两扇所述外防冲击门接触面设置成锯齿形,所述外防冲击门朝外一侧设置成弧面;
弹簧,所述弹簧一端与外部墙体连接,另一端连接有一个橡胶垫块,所述弹簧与所述纵向轨道平行设置,所述弹簧有多组,当所述外防冲击门关闭时,所述橡胶垫块与所述外防冲击门的左右两个侧面和上侧面接触连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述纵向轨道中,左侧两根所述纵向轨道之间的距离与右侧两根所述纵向轨道之间的距离相同,并且都等于所述万向轮之间的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型防冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述外防冲击门使用钢筋混凝土制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型防冲击人防门,其特征在于,所述内密封门采用钢材制成,外部包裹有密封橡胶。
