技术领域
本发明属于塑胶阻燃材料领域,尤其涉及一种具有金属质感的免喷涂材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们环保意识的不断增强,免喷涂特效质感树脂材料越来越受到人们的重视,为了使树脂材料具有金属质感,在对普通的树脂原料进行改性时,加入金属铝粉是目前较为通用的做法,铝粉实际上是微小的铝片,其分散到基体树脂中,与底材平行,众多的铝粉互相连接,大小粒子相互填补形成连续的金属膜,遮盖了底材,材料呈现出金属质感,如果同时加入珠光颜料能够使树脂表面的金属质感更加明显,这是因为珠光颜料具有特殊的物理结构,在受到光线照射时,会通过多重反射和干涉体现出珠光效果,使得材料表面的反射光更接近金属质感。目前,常见的免喷涂材料是以聚酯材料为基材,在聚酯材料上包覆金属铝粉、珠光颜料,使得材料表面具有良好的金属质感。
授权公告号CN 103073829 B的发明专利公开了一种免喷涂金属质感PMMA改性材料及其制备方法,本发明以PMMA为基体树脂原料,以MBS、MABS、ACR为增韧剂,以MS为加工改性助剂,加入能使材料产生金属质感的包覆金属铝粉、珠光颜料,并辅以一定量的分散剂,少量的抗氧剂、润滑剂、颜料等,按照一定比例混合均匀后,经平行双螺杆挤出机混炼,得到免喷涂金属质感PMMA改性材料,采用该材料与PVC共混挤出,所得制品表面具有良好的金属质感,由于聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)是一种非结晶型聚酯,而PETG全称聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯-1,4-环己烷二甲醇酯,它是由对苯二甲酸(TPA)、乙二醇(EG)和1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)三种单体用酯交换法缩聚的产物,也是一种非结晶型聚酯,因此考虑将PETG作为一种免喷涂材料,但是由于PETG结晶速率慢且容易造成结晶不完整和不均匀,导致其表面粗糙无光泽,将PETG单独作为一种免喷涂材料时,其金属质感不强,严重限制了PETG的进一步推广应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是针对上述现有技术中的不足而提出了一种具有金属质感的免喷涂材料及其制备方法。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其原料包括:塑胶原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂和分散剂,各原料重量分数如下:
塑胶原料 81~92;
珠光母粒 3~10;
增韧剂 1~3;
相容剂 1~3;
分散剂 1~3。
所述塑胶原料为ABS、PC、PMMA和PP的两种或以上。
所述珠光母粒由珠光粉、PP料、耐高温色粉、分散剂组成,珠光粉为珠光金粉或珠光银粉。
所述珠光母粒中珠光粉、PP料、耐高温色粉、分散剂的重量份数为:珠光粉30-60%、塑料原料30-50%、耐高温色粉1-5%、分散剂5-10%。
所述耐高温色粉为炭黑粉、氧化铁红粉、钴蓝粉、氧化络绿中的一种或几种。
珠光母粒的制备方法为:先按组分称取好后,在高速混合机中混合2-5分钟后,在单螺杆挤出机中进行熔融挤出造粒而成。
所述的增韧剂是苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)的两种或两种以上。
所述相容剂为自制复配,组份配比按重量百分比为:马来酸酐接枝PS 56%;马来酸酐接枝PP 14%;马来酸酐接枝SBS 12%;马来酸酐接枝SEBS 18%。
分散剂为自制复配,其组份由耐高温PE WAX30~60%、PETS 40~70%组成。
一种具有金属质感的免喷涂材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称取上述塑料原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂、分散剂;
(2)将所述组分投入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到均一的混合物;
(3)将所述混合物通过同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒,得到颗粒状的本发明所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明制备的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料具有优异的机械性能、尺寸稳定性和高表面光泽,且具有金属质感、免于喷涂。
2.本发明先使用单螺杆将珠光粉成耐高温色粉进行混合,制成珠光母粒,有效解决了珠光粉分散不均的现象,使得最终产品表面高光、无流痕、无气纹,稳定显著。

实施例1
1)珠光母粒的制备:称取珠光金粉400g、塑料原料450g、耐高温色粉50g、分散剂100g;在高速混合机中混合2-5分钟后,在单螺杆挤出机中进行熔融挤出造粒而成。
2)相容剂制备:马来酸酐接枝PS 600g;马来酸酐接枝PP 150g;马来酸酐接枝SBS100g;马来酸酐接枝SEBS 150g。
3)分散剂制备:耐高温PE WAX 400g、PETS 600g。
4)具有金属质感的免喷涂材料的制备包括如下步骤:
(1) 分别称取ABS、PC、PMMA和PP各500g混合均匀得到塑胶原料;
(2)按配比称取上述塑料原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂、分散剂;

4)具有金属质感的免喷涂材料的制备包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称取上述塑料原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂、分散剂;
(2)将所述组分投入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到均一的混合物;
(3)将所述混合物通过同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒,得到颗粒状的对比例2的材料。
对比例3
1)珠光粉的称取:称取珠光金粉200g。
2)相容剂制备:马来酸酐接枝PS 600g;马来酸酐接枝PP 150g;马来酸酐接枝SBS100g;马来酸酐接枝SEBS 150g。
3)分散剂制备:耐高温PE WAX 600g。
4)具有金属质感的免喷涂材料的制备包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称取上述塑料原料、珠光金粉、增韧剂、相容剂、分散剂;
(2)将所述组分投入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到均一的混合物;
(3)将所述混合物通过同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒,得到颗粒状的对比例3的材料。
对比例4
1)珠光粉的称取:称取珠光银粉300g。
2)分散剂制备:耐高温PE WAX 600g。
3)具有金属质感的免喷涂材料的制备包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称取上述塑料原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂、分散剂;
(2)将所述组分投入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到均一的混合物;
(3)将所述混合物通过同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒,得到颗粒状的对比例4的材料。
将以上实施例1-4制备的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料和对比例1-4制备的材料深加工成制件,对其外观进行比对,发现实施例1-4的表面高光、无流痕、无气纹,稳定显著,分散均匀,并且金属质感较强,达到喷涂的效果。
而对比例1-4外观远不如实施例1-4。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其原料包括:塑胶原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂和分散剂,各原料重量分数如下:
塑胶原料 81~92;
珠光母粒 3~10;
增韧剂 1~3;
相容剂 1~3;
分散剂 1~3。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述塑胶原料为ABS、PC、PMMA和PP的两种或以上。
3.如权利要求3所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述珠光母粒由珠光粉、PP料、耐高温色粉、分散剂组成。
4.如权利要求3所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述珠光母粒中珠光粉、PP料、耐高温色粉、分散剂的重量份数为:珠光粉30-60%、塑料原料30-50%、耐高温色粉1-5%、分散剂5-10%。
5.如权利要求3所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述耐高温色粉为炭黑粉、氧化铁红粉、钴蓝粉、氧化络绿中的一种或几种。
6.如权利要求3所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:为先按组分称取好后,在高速混合机中混合2-5分钟后,在单螺杆挤出机中进行熔融挤出造粒而成。
7.如权利要求1所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述的增韧剂是苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)的两种或两种以上。
8.如权利要求1所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:所述相容剂为自制复配,组份配比按重量百分比为:马来酸酐接枝PS 56%;马来酸酐接枝PP 14%;马来酸酐接枝SBS 12%;马来酸酐接枝SEBS 18%。
9.如权利要求1所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料,其特征在于:分散剂为自制复配,其组份由耐高温PE WAX30~60%、PETS 40~70%组成。
10.一种具有金属质感的免喷涂材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按配比称取上述塑料原料、珠光母粒、增韧剂、相容剂、分散剂;
(2)将所述组分投入高速混合机中混合5~15min,得到均一的混合物;
(3)将所述混合物通过同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出造粒,得到颗粒状的本发明所述的具有金属质感的免喷涂材料。
