Background
The internal lumbar fixing operation is widely suitable for treating diseases such as lumbar fracture, unstable lumbar, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis and the like, and because the internal fixing object is deeply positioned, the injury caused by operation taking is large, so the internal fixing object is not taken out after the patient is cured. The internal fixed object is placed in the body of a patient for years and decades, no obvious symptoms exist, but some patients always feel foreign body sensation in the body and influence the waist movement, so that the patient is anxious and insomnia, and even cannot normally work and live.
The mechanism of the appearance of the waist foreign body sensation after the internal lumbar fixation is not completely clear at present, and the mechanism can be possibly related to the injury of blood vessels and innervation of tissues such as local muscles, bones, ligaments and the like in the lumbar operation, the local stability is changed, the normal physiological curvature of the lumbar after the internal fixation of the adjacent segments is influenced, and the rejection reaction of internal fixation objects exists in some patients to a greater or lesser extent;
modern medicine cannot find a good treatment method for the phenomenon, only can repeatedly comfort patients, and even if internal fixtures are removed, the symptoms of the patients are not improved and the patients pay the cost of reoperation. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: patients feel the retention of foreign matters in the waist because the patients suffer from external injury, the blood stasis blocks the channels and collaterals, or the factors of liver and kidney deficiency, muscle and bone deficiency, the blood stasis is retained after the operation, the channels and collaterals are blocked and blocked, and in addition, the patients lie in bed for a long time, the muscles and bones are not nourished, so that the waist is not flexible and the movement is not good.
