Abstract
本发明公开了一种保育猪的养殖方法,涉及猪养殖领域;所述养殖方法包括猪舍条件管理、分群与调教、喂料管理以及粪便处理;其中,喂料管理中,喂料时在料中添加肠道调节剂一同饲喂;粪便处理中,向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面撒放吸附改良剂,并在猪舍清扫结束后,用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板。本发明养殖方法通过营养途径减少硫化物和氨化物等异味物质的排泄、使用吸附改良剂降低猪粪中异味物质的挥发和改善猪舍空气质量等一系列综合养殖管理技术,使保育猪呼吸道疾病的发生率降低,同时还可提高饲料转化率,提高日增重。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及猪养殖领域,具体涉及一种保育猪的养殖方法。
【背景技术】
保育猪是指断奶仔猪,由于机体各部位尚未发育完善,抵抗力和消化吸收能力较弱,容易受外界不良环境的影响,导致腹泻,拒食,生长停滞,出现僵猪,甚至死亡,良好的生长环境是保育猪提高成活率和增加日增重的关键。当前保育猪规模养殖中猪粪尿的处理是养殖过程中最繁重的工作之一,猪粪尿不能及时处理不但会对环境造成污染,其释放的氨气、硫化氢等有害气体容易使保育猪发生呼吸道疾病,加上现在的猪舍因多采用漏缝或半漏缝地板,猪粪尿虽然从漏缝中落入粪沟,但是猪粪中的有害气体会通过漏缝进入猪舍,使空气质量差,猪长期吸入氨气,造成抵抗力下降,增重减慢,发病率上升,甚至诱发流行性猪萎缩性鼻炎,从而导致生产力下降,因此减少硫化物和氨化物等异味物质的排泄,并控制猪粪中异味物质的挥发,是控制疾病发生的关键。
【发明内容】
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种保育猪的养殖方法,该方法通过减少硫化物和氨化物等异味物质的排泄、降低猪粪中异味物质的挥发和改善猪舍空气质量等一系列综合养殖管理技术,降低了保育猪呼吸道疾病的发生率,提高了饲料转化率和日增重。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种保育猪的养殖方法,包括猪舍条件管理、分群与调教、喂料管理以及粪便处理;
所述猪舍条件管理为:在保育猪进入猪舍前,先用熏蒸剂对猪舍进行24-48小时的密封熏蒸消毒,再让猪舍通风7-9天,即可进猪,进猪后每隔5-7天交叉使用石灰乳液和火碱溶液对猪舍进行消毒一次;并根据日龄将猪舍温度进行调整,其中20~30日龄的温度设为28~30℃,31~40日龄的温度设为27~28℃,41~60日龄的温度设为26℃,61日龄以上的温度为24~26℃;猪舍的湿度为65%~75%;
所述分群与调教为:分群时将原窝同圈、体重偏差为1-2kg的保育猪分在同一猪舍,养殖密度为2-4头/m2;保育猪进猪舍后,前3-5天由饲养员调教区分采食区、睡卧区和排泄区,具体调教方法为:饲养员每次在清扫卫生时,及时清除睡卧区的粪便和脏物,并留一小部分粪便于排泄区,若有猪在睡卧区排泄,要及时把小猪赶到排泄区并把睡卧区的粪便清洗干净;
所述喂料管理为:保育猪进入猪舍后,前5-7天用代乳料饲喂,往后每隔2-4天用保育料替换20-25%的代乳料饲喂直至全部替换为保育料,喂料以自由采食为主,每次喂料均在料中添加0.8-1.5%的肠道调节剂一同饲喂,并提供充足饮水;所述代乳料由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:膨化玉米粉38-58份、炒熟大豆粉15-19份、鱼粉10-16份、乳清粉40-50份、多维1-3份、苏氨酸0.5-0.9份、赖氨酸0.3-0.5份和蛋氨酸0.7-0.9份;所述保育料由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:玉米粉40-60份、木薯粉20-25份、豆粕粉15-20份、花生油2-5份、鱼粉10-15份和青料45-58份;所述肠道调节剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:双歧杆菌3-8份、植物乳杆菌10-13份、嗜热链球菌6-10份、蜂胶9-13份、蒲公英3-7份和壳聚糖0.5-0.8份;
所述粪便处理为:猪舍每天上午清扫粪便一次,并向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面均匀撒放一层吸附改良剂,所述吸附改良剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:活性炭16-21份、茶渣粉10-16份、硫酸钾8-12份、氯化铝5-10份、磷酸钙11-15份和甘蔗渣22-30份;猪舍清扫结束后,用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板,所述除臭剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:松节油1-3份、液体光合细菌菌剂4-8份、液体枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂2-4份、醋酸菌菌剂3-6份和大豆卵磷脂3-7份。
进一步地,猪舍条件管理中,所述熏蒸剂是由重量比为2-4:1的福尔马林和高锰酸钾混制而成;所述石灰乳液是由重量比为1-2:15的生石灰与水混制而成;所述火碱溶液是由重量比为2-5:100的氢氧化钠与水混制而成。
进一步地,喂料管理中,所述青料为水葫芦、红薯叶、青贮玉米或三叶草的一种或多种。

本发明喂料管理中,肠道调节剂由双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、蜂胶、蒲公英和壳聚糖制成,其中双歧杆菌可通过调整肠道正常菌群,抑制肠道许多腐败菌生长;植物乳杆菌可维持肠道内菌群平衡,促进营养物质吸收,对致病菌有抑制作用;嗜热链球菌可降低肠道pH值,促进肠蠕动防止病原菌定植,分泌细菌素抑制病原菌的生长;蒲公英可抑制大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、宛氏拟青霉和黄曲霉;壳聚糖可抑制大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌;蜂胶对病毒、病菌、霉菌有较强的抑杀作用,可抑杀包括葡萄球菌、链球菌、链霉菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、黑曲霉、灰葡萄孢霉,以及疱疹、马铃薯病毒、流行性感冒等;双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌协同作用可调整猪肠道菌群,增加益生菌的群落优势,防止腹泻发生;蜂胶、蒲公英和壳聚糖协同增效,可抑杀猪消化道内大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌等多种可促使氨化物和硫化物排泄的腐败菌的生长,因此,双歧杆菌、植物乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、蜂胶、蒲公英和壳聚糖配合作用可促进肠道益生菌生长,抑制腐败菌生长,减少蛋白质向胺和氨的转化,进而减少猪排泄物中氨化物和硫化物的含量。
本发明粪便处理中,吸附改良剂由活性炭、茶渣粉、硫酸钾、氯化铝、磷酸钙和甘蔗渣制成,其中,活性炭具有很大的比表面积,对气体、溶液中的无机或有机物质及胶体颗粒等都有良好的吸附能力;茶渣粉具有很多可吸附恶臭气体的微孔,且颗粒小,覆盖在猪粪上可减小空气流速,减缓气体挥发;硫酸钾可促进氮素更多的以铵态氮形式存在;氯化铝可降低猪粪pH值,减少氨气和硫化氢的挥发;磷酸钙中的游离酸可与氨反应,是潜在的堆肥挥发氨气回收固定的吸附剂;甘蔗渣作为碳源可提高猪粪中的碳氮比,加速物质转化,防止粪便中氮素以氨气的形式散发。因此,活性炭、茶渣粉、硫酸钾、氯化铝、磷酸钙和甘蔗渣配合使用可吸附和转化氨气和硫化氢等气体,减少猪粪中有害气体的挥发。
本发明粪便处理中,除臭剂由松节油、液体光合细菌菌剂、液体枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂、醋酸菌菌剂和大豆卵磷脂制成,其中松节油具有芳香味,可促进血液循环,并兼有消毒和杀虫作用;液体光合细菌菌剂、液体枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂和醋酸菌菌剂可抑杀气载病原菌如沙门菌和大肠杆菌;大豆卵磷脂可作为表面活性剂增加除臭成分与空气接触面积。因此,松节油、液体光合细菌菌剂、液体枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂、醋酸菌菌剂和大豆卵磷脂共同作用可去除有害气体、粉尘及气载微生物,提高猪舍空气质量。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明养殖方法通过营养途径减少硫化物和氨化物等异味物质的排泄、使用吸附改良剂降低猪粪中异味物质的挥发和改善猪舍空气质量等一系列综合养殖管理技术,使保育猪呼吸道疾病的发生率降低,同时还可提高饲料转化率,降低料肉比,提高日增重。其中,猪舍条件管理、分群与调教给保育猪提供良好的初始环境,并形成良好的生活习惯,为进一步的健康养殖打下基础;喂料管理中,每次喂料均添加肠道调节剂一同饲喂,可促进肠道益生菌生长,抑制腐败菌生长,减少蛋白质向胺和氨的转化,进而减少猪排泄物中氨化物和硫化物的含量;粪便处理中,猪舍每天清扫粪便后,向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面均匀撒放一层吸附改良剂,用于吸附和转化氨气和硫化氢等气体,减少猪粪中有害气体的挥发;同时,猪舍清扫结束后,用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板,可去除有害气体、粉尘及气载微生物,提高猪舍空气质量。本发明养殖方法中,猪舍条件管理、分群与调教、喂料管理和粪便处理相配合,使保育猪患病率和死亡率都得到良好控制。

所述喂料管理为:保育猪进入猪舍后,前6天用代乳料饲喂,往后每隔3天用保育料替换22%的代乳料饲喂直至全部替换为保育料,喂料以自由采食为主,每次喂料均在料中添加1.3%的肠道调节剂一同饲喂,并提供充足饮水;所述代乳料由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:膨化玉米粉45份、炒熟大豆粉17份、鱼粉13份、乳清粉45份、多维2份、苏氨酸0.7份、赖氨酸0.4份和蛋氨酸0.8份;所述保育料由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:玉米粉50份、木薯粉22份、豆粕粉18份、花生油3份、鱼粉13份、水葫芦20份和青贮玉米30份;所述肠道调节剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:双歧杆菌6份、植物乳杆菌12份、嗜热链球菌8份、蜂胶11份、蒲公英5份和壳聚糖0.6份;
所述粪便处理为:猪舍每天上午清扫粪便一次,并向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面均匀撒放一层厚度为2-3cm的吸附改良剂,所述吸附改良剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:活性炭19份、茶渣粉15份、硫酸钾10份、氯化铝8份、磷酸钙13份和甘蔗渣27份,其中所述活性炭的粒径为3-5mm;猪舍清扫结束后,用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板,使用时向除臭剂中加1200重量倍的水稀释;所述除臭剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:松节油2份、液体光合细菌菌剂6份、液体枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂3份、醋酸菌菌剂5份和大豆卵磷脂6份。
本发明养殖效果分析:
为了说明本发明效果,申请人做了以下对比试验:试验是在巴马县某养猪场进行。选择同一批次、身体健康、管理环境和养殖方法均一致的保育猪180头,体重为5±0.8kg;将猪随机分为第1组、第2组、第3组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3共6个小组,每组分有30头,第1组、第2组、第3组分别使用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的养殖方法进行养殖,对照组1在喂料管理中,喂料时未在料中添加肠道调节剂一同饲喂,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;对照组2在粪便处理中,猪舍只是每天上午清扫粪便一次,但未向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面撒放吸附改良剂,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;对照组3在粪便处理中,猪舍清扫结束后,未用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板,其他步骤均与实施例3相同;6组的其他养殖条件均一致。养殖3个月,并统计猪的患病率、死亡率和日增重,其中,养殖过程中猪出现以下症状之一均视为患病:腹泻、咳嗽、食欲不振或拒食、呼吸困难;统计结果见表1:

从第1组、第2组、第3组可知,使用本发明的养殖方法使保育猪疾病的发生率降低,同时还可提高饲料转化率,提高日增重,养殖3个月期间平均日增重为122.9-186.6g/头,患病率降低至3.3-13.3%,死亡率为0;从第3组与对照组1的对比可知,本发明喂料管理中,喂料时在料中添加肠道调节剂一同饲喂,可增加肠道健康,提高日增重;从第3组与对照组2、对照组3对比可知,本发明粪便处理中,向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面撒放吸附改良剂,并在猪舍清扫结束后,用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板,可减少有害气体排放,降低患病率和死亡率。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种保育猪的养殖方法,其特征在于:包括猪舍条件管理、分群与调教、喂料管理以及粪便处理;
所述猪舍条件管理为:在保育猪进入猪舍前,先用熏蒸剂对猪舍进行24-48小时的密封熏蒸消毒,再让猪舍通风7-9天,即可进猪,进猪后每隔5-7天交叉使用石灰乳液和火碱溶液对猪舍进行消毒一次;并根据日龄将猪舍温度进行调整,其中20~30日龄的温度设为28~30℃,31~40日龄的温度设为27~28℃,41~60日龄的温度设为26℃,61日龄以上的温度为24~26℃;猪舍的湿度为65%~75%;
所述分群与调教为:分群时将原窝同圈、体重偏差为1-2kg的保育猪分在同一猪舍,养殖密度为2-4头/m2;保育猪进猪舍后,前3-5天由饲养员调教区分采食区、睡卧区和排泄区;
所述喂料管理为:保育猪进入猪舍后,前5-7天用代乳料饲喂,往后每隔2-4天用保育料替换20-25%的代乳料饲喂直至全部替换为保育料,喂料以自由采食为主,每次喂料均在料中添加0.8-1.5%的肠道调节剂一同饲喂,并提供充足饮水;所述代乳料由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:膨化玉米粉38-58份、炒熟大豆粉15-19份、鱼粉10-16份、乳清粉40-50份、多维1-3份、苏氨酸0.5-0.9份、赖氨酸0.3-0.5份和蛋氨酸0.7-0.9份;所述保育料由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:玉米粉40-60份、木薯粉20-25份、豆粕粉15-20份、花生油2-5份、鱼粉10-15份和青料45-58份;所述肠道调节剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:双歧杆菌3-8份、植物乳杆菌10-13份、嗜热链球菌6-10份、蜂胶9-13份、蒲公英3-7份和壳聚糖0.5-0.8份;
所述粪便处理为:猪舍每天上午清扫粪便一次,并向排粪沟和储粪池中粪便的表面均匀撒放一层吸附改良剂,所述吸附改良剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:活性炭16-21份、茶渣粉10-16份、硫酸钾8-12份、氯化铝5-10份、磷酸钙11-15份和甘蔗渣22-30份;猪舍清扫结束后,用除臭剂均匀喷洒猪舍地板,所述除臭剂由以下重量份数的原料混制而成:松节油1-3份、液体光合细菌菌剂4-8份、液体枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂2-4份、醋酸菌菌剂3-6份和大豆卵磷脂3-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保育猪的养殖方法,其特征在于:猪舍条件管理中,所述熏蒸剂是由重量比为2-4:1的福尔马林和高锰酸钾混制而成;所述石灰乳液是由重量比为1-2:15的生石灰与水混制而成;所述火碱溶液是由重量比为2-5:100的氢氧化钠与水混制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保育猪的养殖方法,其特征在于:喂料管理中,所述青料为水葫芦、红薯叶、青贮玉米或三叶草的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保育猪的养殖方法,其特征在于:粪便处理中,所述活性炭的粒径为3-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保育猪的养殖方法,其特征在于:粪便处理中,所述粪便表面吸附改良剂的撒放厚度为2-3cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种保育猪的养殖方法,其特征在于:粪便处理中,所述除臭剂使用时加1000-1500重量倍的水稀释。
