技术领域
本发明涉及的是主要是用于通信的防爆高强度线缆,属于通信电缆技术领域。
背景技术
随着通信和互联网技术的飞速发展,通信电缆的应用越来越广,需求量越来越大,随之对通信电缆在质量和品质上提出了更高的要求,如为了提高传输信号的质量,就需要采用屏蔽效果好的线缆;如为了传输特殊的、容易产生局部大电流信号等易爆场合,就需要高强度且具防爆效果的线缆等等;由于现有的线缆通常采用常规的电缆结构组成,以便能够降低制作成本,因而很少通过技术上的改进,使之具备防爆以及高强度的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用方便可靠,屏蔽效果好,且具防爆效果的防爆高强度线缆。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种防爆高强度线缆,它主要由中间一根信号线、外围包覆有至少5股钢绞线以及外围护套组成,所述的信号线外包覆有起到屏蔽作用的绝缘层,并在该绝缘层外面绞合有增加强度的、至少由五股钢绞线绞合而成的钢绞线层,并在钢绞线层外包覆有PVC护套。
作为优选:所述的钢绞线有6-8股相互绞合在一起构成钢绞线层,每股钢绞线又由7根细钢丝捻合而成;所述的绝缘层中含有阻燃剂并构成一绝缘阻燃复合层。
本发明属于对现有技术的改进,它具有结构简单,使用方便可靠,屏蔽效果好,且具防爆效果等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种防爆高强度线缆,它主要由中间一根信号线1、外围包覆有至少5股钢绞线2以及外围护套3组成,所述的信号线1外包覆有起到屏蔽作用的绝缘层4,并在该绝缘层4外面绞合有增加强度的、至少由五股钢绞线2绞合而成的钢绞线层,在钢绞线层外包覆有PVC护套3;所述的信号线1为软铜导线或镀铜铝线等现有导线组成。
图中所示,所述的钢绞线有6-8股相互绞合在一起构成钢绞线层,每股钢绞线又由7根细钢丝捻合而成;所述的绝缘层4中含有阻燃剂并构成一绝缘阻燃复合层。

1.一种防爆高强度线缆,它主要由中间一根信号线、外围包覆有至少5股钢绞线以及外围护套组成,其特征在于所述的信号线外层覆合有起到屏蔽作用的绝缘层,并在该绝缘层外面绞合有增加强度的、至少由五股钢绞线绞合而成的钢绞线层,并在钢绞线层外包覆有PVC护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆高强度线缆,其特征在于所述的钢绞线有6-8股相互绞合在一起构成钢绞线层,每股钢绞线又由7根细钢丝捻合而成;所述的绝缘层中含有阻燃剂并构成一绝缘阻燃复合层。
