本实用新型属于电线电缆技术领域，尤其涉及一种抗压矿用电缆。
背景技术
矿用电缆由于其特殊的使用场合：工作环境复杂、工作条件恶劣以及需要经常频繁的碰撞和拉扯等，将普通电缆作为矿用电缆时达不到使用要求且使用寿命不长，容易造成浪费，增加经济成本。所以需选用专门的矿用电缆，对矿用电缆的抗拉伸、抗压缩、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐老化等性能要求较高，特别是抗压和抗拉性能，但是，传统的矿用电缆抗压强度与抗拉强度不能很好地满足需求，所以，急需研制一种矿用电缆，以满足使用需求。

为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗压矿用电缆，在缆芯内增加支撑架，以增强电缆的抗压性能，同时增强抗拉性能。

为减轻矿用电缆的重量，又不降低其抗压性能，所述支撑架为中空的刚结构支撑架。
进一步的，所述动力线芯由动力线芯导体以及动力线芯导体外包覆的绝缘层二组合而成，所述动力线芯导体由多根裸软铜丝绞合而成。
进一步的，所述控制线芯包括有控制导体，在所述控制导体的外侧包覆的绝缘层一,将多个控制导体呈扇形状并列设置并在其外侧包覆有绕包层。
本实用新型一种抗压矿用电缆，与现有技术相比，其有益效果在于：本实用新型在缆芯内设置了支撑架，增强了矿用电缆的抗压性能，且本实用新型所以支撑架为中空结构，减少矿用电缆重量的同时，增强了矿用电缆的抗压性能和抗拉性能；本实用新型抗压性能好、强度高、阻燃性能好、抗干扰能力强，具有设计合理、结构紧凑等优点。

如图1所示，一种抗压矿用电缆，包括缆芯，所述缆芯内设置有支撑架1，所述支撑架1上设置有三个均匀分布的叶片，所述支撑架1通过三个叶片将缆芯均分为三部分，其中两个部分为动力线芯2，另一个部分为控制线芯3；所述缆芯的外侧依次包覆有铠装层4、屏蔽层5和外护套6；在所述缆芯与所述铠装层4之间填充有矿物岩棉绳7。
为减轻矿用电缆的重量，又不降低其抗压性能，所述支撑架1为中空的刚结构支撑架。
进一步的，所述动力线芯2由动力线芯导体11以及动力线芯导体外包覆的绝缘层二12组合而成，所述动力线芯导体11由多根裸软铜丝绞合而成。
进一步的，所述控制线芯3包括有控制导体8，在所述控制导体8的外侧包覆的绝缘层一9,将多个控制导体呈扇形状并列设置并在其外侧包覆有绕包层10。

3.如权利要求1所述的抗压矿用电缆，其特征在于：所述动力线芯（2）由动力线芯导体（11）以及动力线芯导体外包覆的绝缘层二（12）组合而成，所述动力线芯导体（11）由多根裸软铜丝绞合而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗压矿用电缆，其特征在于：所述控制线芯（3）包括有控制导体（8），在所述控制导体（8）的外侧包覆的绝缘层一（9）,将多个控制导体呈扇形状并列设置并在其外侧包覆有绕包层（10）。
