A maintenance early warning method, as shown in figure 1, comprises the following steps:
identifying the working space, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, identifying the working space to be inspected and maintained, determining whether the working space is a limited space, if so, detecting an environmental parameter, if not, entering the working space to perform an inspection and maintenance operation, preferably, determining whether the working space is the limited space includes determining whether the working space has a tag, if so, identifying the working space by using an RFID identification technology, if not, performing online identification on the working space by using an expert service, acquiring data of the working space by using the expert service in a video or picture mode to perform online identification on the inspection and maintenance working space, and performing message prompt of detecting the environmental parameter.

An inspection and maintenance early warning system is shown in fig. 3 and comprises a monitoring module, an early warning analysis module, a storage module and a communication module, in an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, preferably, an operation space identification module is further included, the operation space identification module identifies an operation space through an identification technology, preferably, the operation space identification module comprises an RFID read-write module, the RFID read-write module identifies the operation space, preferably, the inspection and maintenance early warning system further comprises an expert service module, the expert service module identifies the operation space, if the RFID read-write module is arranged at an entrance of a limited space, an operator identifies the limited space through the RFID read-write module, for an operation space without a label, online expert service is provided, and the expert service module acquires data of the operation space in a video or picture mode to perform online identification, inspection and maintenance of the operation space and performs message reminding.
In one embodiment, the monitoring system preferably further comprises a prompting module, the prompting module sends a prompt for detecting the environmental parameters, the monitoring module collects video information for maintenance in real time, the monitoring module transmits the video information to the early warning analysis module through the communication module, the monitoring module transmits the environmental parameters to the early warning analysis module through the communication module, the early warning analysis module analyzes the environmental parameters and the video information, the monitoring system preferably further comprises an alarm module, the alarm module sends an alarm for abnormity of the environmental parameters or the video information, if the limited space is identified, the prompting module sends the prompt for detecting the environmental parameters, the monitoring module collects the concentration of the poisonous and harmful gas in the working space, the monitoring module sends the concentration of the poisonous and harmful gas back to the early warning analysis module through a wireless or wired communication technology, the early warning analysis module analyzes whether the concentration of the poisonous and harmful gas exceeds the standard requirement range or, if yes, the alarm module gives an alarm, if the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas is within the standard requirement range, the monitoring module enters a limited space to carry out detection and maintenance operation, the monitoring module regularly collects environmental parameters in the detection and maintenance operation, the monitoring module collects video information of the detection and maintenance in real time, if the monitoring module detects the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas in the working space every half hour, the monitoring module wirelessly transmits the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas back to the early warning analysis module, the early warning analysis module analyzes whether the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas exceeds the standard requirement range, if so, the alarm module gives an alarm, if the concentration of the toxic and harmful gas is within the standard requirement range, the detection and maintenance operation is continuously carried out, the monitoring module detects the video information of the detection and maintenance in real time, the monitoring module wirelessly transmits the video information back to the early warning analysis module, and, whether video information is abnormal or not is judged, the video information comprises video interruption, video shielding and video image state abnormity, if video images are not changed within a certain time, the situations that personnel are uncomfortable and cannot operate and the like exist possibly, when the abnormal situations occur, the alarm module gives an alarm, alarm information is stored, and meanwhile operation monitoring personnel are informed to confirm on site.
In one embodiment, the storage module stores environmental parameters and video information, and field conditions can be comprehensively analyzed after operation, so that data reference is provided for subsequent similar maintenance operation.
