Technical Field
The invention provides a detection instrument and a detection method, in particular to an online checking instrument for an elevator speed limiter and a detection method for realizing online checking of the elevator speed limiter by utilizing the online checking instrument.
Background
The elevator speed limiter is used as a key driving part of an elevator safety gear and an ascending overspeed protection device, the accuracy of speed tracking and the sensitivity of action of the elevator speed limiter are the keys for ensuring the reliable action of the safety device, and the elevator speed limiter needs to be regularly checked according to clear requirements of relevant laws and regulations. The elevator overspeed governor realizes mechanical speed measurement according to the centrifugal principle, the speed measurement accuracy of the elevator overspeed governor is easily influenced by the maintenance quality and the performance of elastic parts to cause deviation, and the calibration of the elevator overspeed governor is an effective means for ensuring the accurate action of the elevator overspeed governor. The existing elevator speed limiter checking instrument in the current market is based on an off-line checking principle, namely, the elevator speed limiter is accelerated to rotate by means of external power provided by an instrument driving motor, and the state of overspeed operation of an elevator is simulated, so that the elevator speed limiter must be separated from a normal working system during checking, a steel wire rope and related accessories on the elevator speed limiter are detached, meanwhile, checking work is carried out around the elevator speed limiter, sufficient places and spaces are required, and the elevator speed limiter structure is required to be easily disassembled and assembled and conveniently to apply driving force, and in sum, the existing speed limiter checking method and instrument have the defects of use limitation and low efficiency and are specifically represented as follows: one of them, to no computer lab elevator, the elevator overspeed governor is installed at the well top, can only lift driving motor to highly go on more than the chest with the help of the car roof as work platform during the check-up operation, and operating instrument and control motor are very difficult, and the check-up result is easily influenced the error to appear, has also the instrument to drop out of control and leads to the danger of unexpected injury. Secondly, for a high-speed elevator, an elevator speed limiter is usually designed into a closed structure, a steel wire rope cannot be detached, and an instrument driving motor cannot be attached to the mechanism without enough space, so that the calibration is difficult to implement on site. Thirdly, for the super speed elevator, the existing instrument has insufficient driving force, overlong acceleration time and low accuracy of detection results. There are also some elevator governors that earlier used cams, no part that was driven by external force. Fourthly, the steel wire rope needs 3 to 4 persons to be matched, the consumed time is long, and the hands of operators are easily injured in the detaching process. Therefore, the inspection efficiency is low and the workload is large.
At present, the elevator without a machine room occupies a dominant position, the high-speed elevator is increased in a breakthrough manner, the human-computer mismatching contradiction of a checking mechanism is difficult to solve, a bottleneck is formed in the checking of the elevator speed limiter, a more widely-adaptive elevator speed limiter checking instrument is researched and developed, the checking efficiency is improved, and the elevator speed limiter checking instrument has profound significance in guaranteeing the accurate and reliable work of the elevator speed limiter and guaranteeing the safe operation of the elevator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an elevator speed limiter online calibrator which is provided with a rope and is used for self-driving calibration, simplifies the calibration process to the maximum extent and reduces the calibration time and a detection method thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the online driving module comprises a clamping piece clamped and fixed on a steel wire rope of the speed limiter of the elevator, and a balancing weight for promoting the steel wire rope of the speed limiter to run is fixed on the clamping piece;
the electrical switch detection module adopts a switching value acquisition processor, a lead of the electrical switch detection module is connected to an electrical switch action contact of the elevator speed limiter, and the electrical switch detection module is used for reading an electrical switch action signal of the elevator speed limiter, establishing communication connection with the online speed detection module, and sending the electrical switch action signal to the processor of the linear speed detection module in a wireless communication mode after obtaining a communication instruction of the online speed detection module;
the online speed detection module comprises a test wheel used for clinging to a steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, a wheel shaft of the test wheel is inserted into a clamping hole of a digital encoder, a signal output end of the digital encoder is connected with a signal input end of a processor, the digital encoder outputs a rotation speed signal of the test wheel to the processor, the processor converts the read rotation speed signal into linear speed real-time test data of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter through calculation and determines the mechanical action speed of the elevator speed limiter through the maximum movement speed of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, the processor stores the linear speed real-time test data of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter and the mechanical action speed of the elevator speed limiter as a speed test record value of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, and after establishing communication connection with the electrical switch detection module, the processor sends an instruction to the electrical switch detection module, the electrical switch detection module sends an electrical switch action signal to the processor of the linear speed detection module through wireless communication, and the processor reads the electrical switch action signal output by the electrical switch detection module through wireless communication and then determines the corresponding speed value of the elevator speed limiter in the speed test record value of the elevator speed according to the time of the electrical switch action signal;
and the human-computer interface device is in communication connection with the online speed detection module and then sends an instruction to the online speed detection module, the online speed detection module receives the instruction and then sends a detected speed record value to the human-computer interface through WIFI or Bluetooth, the human-computer interface receives and displays the speed test record value of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, the mechanical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter and the electrical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter sent by the online speed detection module in real time through the WIFI or the Bluetooth, and then analyzes and compares the electrical action speed value and the mechanical action speed value with a specified standard value to determine a final check result and automatically generate a check record and a check report.
The method for detecting the elevator speed limiter by adopting the online check meter comprises the following steps:
(1) Keeping the connection between a steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter and a rope wheel of the elevator speed limiter, and detaching a connecting pin of the elevator speed limiter and a car safety gear;
(2) Fixing the online driving module on a steel wire rope of an elevator speed limiter through a clamping piece, and keeping the online driving module still; connecting an electrical switch detection module lead to an electrical switch action contact of an elevator speed limiter;
(3) And starting the electric switch detection module, the online speed detection module and the human-computer interface equipment, and inputting a specified standard value of an electric action speed value and a specified standard value of a mechanical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter in a human-computer interface.
(4) Attaching a test wheel of the online speed detection module to a steel wire rope of a speed limiter wheel of the elevator to prepare for testing;
(5) Releasing an online driving module fixed on a steel wire rope of an elevator speed limiter wheel, accelerating the steel wire rope to move under the action of the gravity of the online driving module, and stopping the movement of the steel wire rope by the elevator speed limiter through mechanical action until the upper limit value of the speed of the steel wire rope is reached; the device comprises a steel wire rope, a speed measuring wheel, a digital encoder, a processor, an electrical switch detection module, a wireless communication module and a wireless communication module, wherein the steel wire rope simultaneously drives a test wheel to rotate in the movement process of the steel wire rope, the speed measuring wheel drives the digital encoder to operate to continuously generate signals, the digital encoder outputs the rotation speed signals of the test wheel to the processor of the online speed detection module, the processor converts the read rotation speed signals into linear speed test data of the steel wire rope of an elevator speed limiter through calculation and determines the mechanical action speed of the elevator speed limiter through the maximum movement speed of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, the processor stores the linear speed real-time test data of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter and the mechanical action speed of the elevator speed limiter into a speed test record value of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, and after the processor is in communication connection with the electrical switch detection module, the electrical switch detection module sends instructions to the electrical switch detection module, the electrical switch detection module sends electrical switch action signals to the processor of the linear speed detection module in the wireless communication mode, the processor of the online speed detection module reads the electrical switch action signals output by the wireless communication module, and then determines the electrical switch action speed test record value of the corresponding to the elevator speed test record value according to the time of the electrical switch action signals of the electrical switch action of the elevator speed test record value;
(6) After the human-computer interface equipment is in communication connection with the online speed detection module, an instruction is sent to the online speed detection module, the online speed detection module wirelessly sends a detected speed record value to the human-computer interface through WIFI or Bluetooth after receiving the instruction, the human-computer interface receives and displays a speed test record value of a steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, a mechanical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter and an electrical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter sent by the online speed detection module in real time through WIFI or Bluetooth, the electrical action speed value, the mechanical action speed value and a specified standard value are analyzed and compared, a final check result is determined, a check record and a check report are automatically generated, and if the electrical action speed value and the mechanical action speed value are not in the specified standard value range, the elevator speed limiter has a fault.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the device and the method are adopted for checking, the steel wire rope does not need to be detached, the connection between the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter and the rope wheel of the elevator speed limiter is kept, and external driving force is not needed. The method is particularly suitable for checking the speed limiter of the elevator without a machine room and a high-speed elevator, and the checking time only needs 1/3 of that of an offline checking method.

the online driving module 2 comprises a clamping piece 6 clamped and fixed on the steel rope 1 of the speed limiter of the elevator, and a counterweight 8 for promoting the operation of the steel rope of the speed limiter is fixed on the clamping piece 6 (as shown in the figure, can be fixed by a bolt 7);
the electrical switch detection module 4 adopts a switching value acquisition processor, a lead of the electrical switch detection module is connected to an electrical switch action contact of the elevator speed limiter, and the electrical switch detection module is used for reading an electrical switch action signal of the elevator speed limiter, establishing communication connection with the online speed detection module, obtaining a communication instruction of the online speed detection module, and sending the electrical switch action signal to the processor of the linear speed detection module in a wireless communication mode;

The balancing weight of the preferred online driving module adopts a building block type structure, and the weight can be freely increased and decreased.
A method for detecting an elevator speed limiter by adopting an online check meter comprises the following steps:
(1) The connection between the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter and the rope pulley of the elevator speed limiter is kept, and a connecting pin of the elevator speed limiter and a car safety gear is detached;
(2) Fixing the online driving module on a steel wire rope of an elevator speed limiter through a clamping piece 6, and keeping the online driving module still; connecting an electrical switch detection module lead to an electrical switch action contact of an elevator speed limiter;
(3) The electric switch detection module 4, the online speed detection module and the human-computer interface device 5 are started, and a specified standard value of the electric action speed value and a specified standard value of the mechanical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter are input into the human-computer interface 5.
(4) A test wheel 9 of the online speed detection module is attached to a steel wire rope of a speed limiter wheel of the elevator to prepare for testing;
(5) Releasing an online driving module fixed on a steel wire rope of a speed limiter wheel of the elevator, and accelerating the steel wire rope to move under the action of the gravity of the online driving module until the speed of the steel wire rope reaches an upper limit value, wherein the speed limiter of the elevator stops the movement of the steel wire rope through mechanical action; the method comprises the steps that a steel wire rope simultaneously drives a test wheel to rotate in the movement process of the steel wire rope, a speed measuring wheel drives a digital encoder to operate and continuously generate signals, the digital encoder outputs rotation speed signals of the test wheel 9 to a processor of an online speed detection module, the processor converts the read rotation speed signals into linear speed test data of a steel wire rope of an elevator speed limiter through calculation and determines the mechanical action speed of the elevator speed limiter through the maximum movement speed of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, the processor stores the linear speed real-time test data of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter and the mechanical action speed of the elevator speed limiter as speed test recorded values of the steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, after the processor is in communication connection with an electrical switch detection module, the processor sends instructions to the electrical switch detection module, the electrical switch detection module sends electrical switch action signals to the processor of the linear speed detection module in a wireless communication mode, the processor of the online speed detection module reads the electrical switch action signals output by the electrical switch detection module 4 through wireless communication, and then determines corresponding electrical action speed values of the elevator speed test recorded values according to the time of the electrical switch action signals;
(6) After the human-computer interface device 5 is in communication connection with the online speed detection module, an instruction is sent to the online speed detection module, the online speed detection module wirelessly sends a detected speed record value to the human-computer interface 5 through WIFI or Bluetooth after receiving the instruction, the human-computer interface 5 receives and displays a speed test record value of a steel wire rope of the elevator speed limiter, a mechanical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter and an electrical action speed value of the elevator speed limiter sent by the online speed detection module in real time through WIFI or Bluetooth, the electrical action speed value and the mechanical action speed value are analyzed and compared with a specified standard value, a final check result is determined, and a check record and a check report are automatically generated. If the electrical operating speed value and the mechanical operating speed value are not within the range of the specified standard values, the elevator speed limiter has a fault.
In the method, when the minimum time interval of the rotating speed parameter output by the linear speed detection module is 0.02 second, the speed of the elevator is detected to be 18m/S, and the detection precision is 0.5%.
