Transport trolley of cabinet
Technical Field
The invention relates to manpower transportation equipment for daily production of enterprises, in particular to a transportation trolley for cabinets.
Background
In the daily production process of equipment manufacturers, the equipment can be transported for a plurality of times in the links of inspection, temporary storage, test, warehousing and the like of the equipment. In order to carry the equipment, a trolley is often used, and manual carrying equipment is changed into trolley carrying, so that the labor intensity of conveying personnel is reduced.
The structure of the prior art cart generally includes a bottom frame, a handle frame disposed at an end of the bottom frame, and casters disposed at a bottom of the bottom frame. For example, a cart provided in the published chinese patent application No. 201320165869.2 and a cart provided in the published chinese patent application No. 200820160648.5. In the specific use process of the trolley with the structure, the equipment needs to be moved on or off the corresponding trolley underframe by manpower. Therefore, the labor intensity of the transportation personnel during the whole equipment transportation process is relatively large, and especially when the equipment to be transported is a tall cabinet, there are also situations where the equipment carrying operation cannot be easily completed by a single transportation personnel.
The applicant has therefore perceived the need for further structural improvements to the above-mentioned prior art trolleys.

In order to achieve the purpose, the transport trolley for the cabinets comprises a trolley body, and a handle frame and trundles which are installed on the trolley body, wherein the trolley body mainly comprises a bottom frame plate, a pair of support plates which are fixed on the bottom frame plate and are symmetrical to each other, and a transverse reinforcing rib plate which is fixed between the pair of support plates, the bottom frame plate, the transverse reinforcing rib plate and the pair of support plates jointly enclose an accommodating cavity with one side and the top being opened, at least two first transport rollers and one pin are arranged in the accommodating cavity, the at least two first transport rollers and the pin are arranged in parallel, two ends of each first transport roller and two ends of the pin are respectively connected to the inner side walls of the corresponding support plates, each first transport roller can rotate around the central axis of the horizontal arm, the pin is close to the side end opening, a pair of installation cross arms and at least two second transport cross arms which are arranged in parallel in the installation cross arms are also arranged in the accommodating cavity Two ends of each second conveying roller are respectively connected with the corresponding inner side wall of the mounting cross arm, each second conveying roller can rotate around the central axis thereof, the front end of each mounting cross arm is provided with a hook part which can be hung on a pin, the upper part of each support plate is provided with a mounting panel, a lifting panel is arranged above each mounting panel and is attached to the corresponding mounting panel, the roller surface of each first conveying roller is higher than the lifting panel in the spatial vertical direction to the high point, the outer side of each support plate is provided with a hydraulic cylinder system for driving the lifting panel corresponding to the mounting panel of the support plate to lift, and the hydraulic cylinder systems are all fixed on the bottom frame plate, under the driving action of the hydraulic cylinder system, the top surface of at least each lifting panel is higher than the roller surface of each first conveying roller to a high point.
The hydraulic transmission principle of the hydraulic cylinder system is as follows: oil is used as a working medium, motion is transmitted through the change of the sealed volume, and power is transmitted through the pressure in the oil.
The hydraulic cylinder systems commonly used in the prior art comprise the following parts: 1. power section-converts mechanical energy of the prime mover into pressure energy (hydraulic energy) of the oil, for example: a hydraulic pump; 2. the execution part converts the pressure energy of the oil input by the hydraulic pump into mechanical energy for driving a working mechanism, such as: hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors; 3. control part-used to control and regulate the pressure, flow and flow direction of the oil, for example: a pressure control valve, a flow control valve and a direction control valve; 4. auxiliary part-the first three parts are connected together to form a system, which plays the roles of oil storage, filtration, measurement, sealing and the like, for example: pipelines and joints, oil tanks, filters, accumulators, seals, control instruments, and the like.
The hydraulic cylinder system described above is preferably used in the present application as a jack for a portable hydraulic system, which jack is well known to those skilled in the art and the like, and the applicant is not much presented here in detail.
When the transport trolley for the bins needs to be transported to a trolley body, firstly, an operator needs to take a conveying assembly out of an accommodating cavity of the trolley body, then a pair of hook parts of a mounting cross arm in the conveying assembly are directly hung on a pin of the trolley body, and then the other end of the hook parts is directly lowered to the ground, so that the whole conveying assembly is in a slope shape, the roller surfaces of a plurality of second conveying rollers on the conveying assembly form a first rolling conveying platform with a set slope, then the bins are pushed to a second rolling conveying platform formed by the roller surfaces of a plurality of first conveying rollers on the trolley body through the conveying assembly forming the first rolling conveying platform until the bins completely fall on the second rolling conveying platform, and then a pair of lifting panels originally attached to respective mounting panels are driven to ascend through an operating hydraulic cylinder system, the bottom surface of the bin and the roller surface of the first conveying roller are separated, so that the bin can be stably placed on a placing platform formed by the pair of lifting panels, and finally, the conveying assembly is collected and is accommodated in the accommodating cavity of the vehicle body again; on the contrary, when the cabinet needs to be moved down from the vehicle body, firstly the operator needs to take the conveying assembly out of the accommodating chamber of the vehicle body, then a pair of hook parts of the cross arm in the conveying component are directly hung on a pin of the vehicle body, then, the operator needs to perform the pressure relief operation on the hydraulic cylinder system, so that the lifting panels descend and are attached to the corresponding mounting panels, at the moment, because the height of the roller surface of the first conveying roller to the high point is higher than the height of the lifting panels in the spatial vertical direction, so that the bottom of the bin rests directly on a second rolling conveying platform formed by the roller surfaces of the first conveying rollers, and the operator then pushes the bin hard, the cabinet runs to the ground through the first conveying roller and the second conveying roller of the conveying assembly, and finally, the conveying assembly is folded by an operator and is stored in the containing cavity of the vehicle body again.
According to the invention, in the process of transporting the cabinet, the cabinet can be conveniently and quickly detached from or installed on the trolley body of the trolley without moving the cabinet by an operator. Therefore, the labor intensity of operators can be effectively reduced, and the work efficiency of the operators can be improved.
In order to avoid the conveying assembly which is contained in the containing cavity of the vehicle body to roll out of the containing cavity automatically, the conveying assembly is contained in the containing cavity and located below the first conveying roller, strip-shaped limiting steps which are used for blocking and connecting the conveying assembly are arranged on the inner bottom surface of the opening at the upper side end of the containing cavity, and the strip-shaped limiting steps and the pins are arranged in parallel in the space direction.
According to the transport trolley for the cabinet, the labor intensity of operators can be reduced by conveying the cabinet through the trolley, and the purposes of saving time and labor are achieved; simultaneously, the cabinet is in the dress the handcart or follow when unloading on the handcart, because the lower bottom surface of cabinet is laminated with the roller surface of the first conveying roller of automobile body or the roller surface of conveying assembly's second conveying roller all the time, consequently can avoid cabinet and automobile body to bump, the integrality of protection cabinet surface.
