本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了保护墙体、美化墙面环境,需要对墙面进行装饰。现有的用于墙体装饰和装饰板的一般采用墙纸、人造板等,在制造和施工过程中必须使用大量的胶水,而胶水中含有甲醛、苯等有害物质,这些有害物质很难在短时间内挥发,严重危害着人体健康。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提供的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,以解决现有技术中采用墙纸、人造板等进行墙体装饰会对人体健康造成损伤的问题,安装步骤简单,不产生任何有害物质,安装完成后即可立即使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,包括黄麻纤维板,所述黄麻纤维板由黄麻纤维层堆叠组坯而成,每层黄麻纤维层之间有一层聚酯纤维层;所述黄麻纤维层的面密度为60~200g/m2,厚度为0.5~2mm;所述聚酯纤维层的面密度为70~500g/m2。厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
本发明提供的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,优选地,还包括覆盖于所述黄麻纤维板一侧板面的墙布,所述黄麻纤维板的两侧板面上均分布有凸起部和凹下部,所述凸起部与所述凹下部相间均匀排列。
本发明提供的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,优选地,所述黄麻纤维板上与所述墙布覆盖板面不同侧的板面上设置有多个用于固定所述黄麻纤维板的自锁螺钉;所述自锁螺钉包括包括螺栓和套设于螺栓尾部的膨胀管;所述螺栓尾部一体成形有锥形凸起部,所述膨胀管为柱状管体,所述膨胀管包括环形部和与所述环形部一体成型的膨胀部;所述环形部的内径大于等于所述锥形凸起部的外径,所述环形部套设于所述锥形凸起部上;所述膨胀部延所述膨胀管体长度方向被分割为多个膨胀爪;所述膨胀部的内部呈锥形,所述膨胀部的锥顶位于所述膨胀管尾部,所述膨胀部的内径小于等于所述锥形凸起部的外径。

一种应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板的制备方法,包括:
①对黄麻进行前处理,得到黄麻纤维;
②对黄麻纤维进行梳理、铺网、针刺,制得黄麻纤维毡;
③对聚酯纤维进行梳理、铺网、针刺,制得聚酯纤维毡;
④取黄麻纤维毡与聚酯纤维毡,每两层黄麻纤维毡之间夹一层聚酯纤维毡,层层堆叠组坯后得到纤维堆垛;
⑤将纤维堆垛放入模具中进行热压成型,在200~220℃下预热10~15min,然后在4MPa下保压10~12min,再调至8MPa下保压8~9min,再调至10MPa下保压8~9min;将温度降低至30~40℃冷却定型后得到黄麻纤维板。

实施例1:
如图1~5所示,本发明实施例1提供的一种应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,包括黄麻纤维板1和覆盖于黄麻纤维板1一侧板面的墙布2,黄麻纤维板1的两侧板面上均分布有凸起部11和凹下部12,凸起部11与凹下部12相间均匀排列。
黄麻纤维板1由黄麻纤维层01堆叠组坯而成,每层黄麻纤维层之间有一层聚酯纤维层02;黄麻纤维层01的面密度为60~200g/m2,厚度为0.5~2mm;聚酯纤维层02的面密度为70~500g/m2,厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
黄麻纤维板1上与墙布2覆盖板面不同侧的板面上设置有多个用于固定所述黄麻纤维板的自锁螺钉3;自锁螺钉3包括包括螺栓31和套设于螺栓31尾部的膨胀管32;螺栓31尾部一体成形有锥形凸起部311,膨胀管32为柱状管体,膨胀管32包括环形部321和与环形部321一体成型的膨胀部322;环形部321的内径大于等于锥形凸起部311的外径,环形部321套设于锥形凸起部311上;膨胀部322延所述膨胀管体长度方向被分割为多个膨胀爪3221;膨胀部322的内部呈锥形,膨胀部322的锥顶位于膨胀管32尾部,膨胀部322的内径小于等于锥形凸起部311的外径。
黄麻纤维板1四周侧面上均设置有一条用于嵌入所述墙布边缘的凹槽13。
黄麻板上均匀分布有若干贯穿前后板面的通孔14,通孔14的直径为0.1~2mm。
凸起部11的顶部与凹下部12的底部高度差为0.4mm~1.5mm。
本发明实施例1提供的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板中的黄麻纤维板1通过天然的黄麻纤维与聚酯纤维在高温下热压成型,黄麻茎独特的中空八角结构,使得黄麻纤维板1在比较结实的同时,内部留有许多空隙,具有优秀的吸湿性和透气性,同时能够有效过滤空气中的异味、有害气体等,并且隔音隔热,能够为使用黄麻板的房间提供非常良好的空气环境;采用凸起部11与凹下部12结合的结构设置,当黄麻纤维板1在安装到墙壁上时,凸起部11能够提供支撑点,使得黄麻纤维板1受力均匀,防止变形,并且使得黄麻纤维板1具有一定的弹性,能够更好地与墙壁贴合;采用自锁螺钉3固定,实现在墙壁上采用钻孔机钻出与自锁螺钉3的膨胀管32外径相同的孔洞,将膨胀管32放入孔洞中,黄麻纤维板1向墙壁贴近时,锥形凸起部311进入膨胀部322,将膨胀部322的膨胀爪3221撑开,在膨胀爪3221与墙壁孔洞摩擦力的作用下,从而使得黄麻纤维板1固定住,降低了施工人员安装墙板的难度,减少了工作量,并且无需准备其他工具,同时固定牢固;采用凹槽13的结构设置,能够将墙布2边缘收入凹槽13中,通过在凹槽内插入于凹槽相匹配的黄麻板条固定,避免了要将墙布2的边缘固定至黄麻纤维板1另一面时导致黄麻纤维板1与墙壁贴合不仅的情况发生,并且拆除简单,方便根据实际需要跟换墙布;设置通孔14,加强黄麻纤维板1的吸湿性、透气性,进一步的净化空气、排出异味。
黄麻纤维板的制备方法,包括:
①对黄麻进行前处理,得到黄麻纤维;
②对黄麻纤维进行梳理、铺网、针刺,制得黄麻纤维毡;
③对聚酯纤维进行梳理、铺网、针刺,制得聚酯纤维毡;
④取黄麻纤维毡与聚酯纤维毡,每两层黄麻纤维毡之间夹一层聚酯纤维毡,层层堆叠组坯后得到纤维堆垛;
⑤将纤维堆垛放入模具中进行热压成型,在200~220℃下预热10~15min,然后在4MPa下保压10~12min,再调至8MPa下保压8~9min,再调至10MPa下保压8~9min;将温度降低至30~40℃冷却定型后得到黄麻纤维板。
按照标准GB/T1447-2005、GB/T1449-2005、ASTM D256-2010分别进行性能测试。经测试,所制得的混纺纤维板的拉伸强度70.12MPa,弯曲强度52.09MPa,冲击强度165.23J/m。完全适合在墙体装饰中进行应用,并且生产过程中完全是热定型的物理方法,不使用任何添加剂,不产生任何有害气体,有利于人体健康。
综上所述,本发明提供的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,在生产和安装过程中不需要使用任何胶水,完全采用物理方法固定,解决了现有技术中墙壁装饰时会对人体健康造成损伤的问题,安装步骤简单,能够立即投入使用,不产生任何有害物质,具有极强的吸湿性、透气性,能够有效抗菌、抑螨、防霉、隔音、隔热,并且能够净化空气、排除异味,具有极强的实用价值和广阔的市场前景。
本领域技术人员应该理解,本领域技术人员结合现有技术以及上述实施例可以实现所述变化例,在此不予赘述。这样的变化例并不影响本发明的实质内容,在此不予赘述。

Claims (8)

1.一种应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,包括黄麻纤维板,所述黄麻纤维板由黄麻纤维层堆叠组坯而成,每层黄麻纤维层之间有一层聚酯纤维层;所述黄麻纤维层的面密度为60~200g/m2,厚度为0.5~2mm;所述聚酯纤维层的面密度为70~500g/m2。厚度为0.3~0.5mm。
2.如权利要求1所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,还包括覆盖于所述黄麻纤维板一侧板面的墙布,所述黄麻纤维板的两侧板面上均分布有凸起部和凹下部,所述凸起部与所述凹下部相间均匀排列。
3.如权利要求1所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,所述黄麻纤维板上与所述墙布覆盖板面不同侧的板面上设置有多个用于固定所述黄麻纤维板的自锁螺钉;所述自锁螺钉包括包括螺栓和套设于螺栓尾部的膨胀管;所述螺栓尾部一体成形有锥形凸起部,所述膨胀管为柱状管体,所述膨胀管包括环形部和与所述环形部一体成型的膨胀部;所述环形部的内径大于等于所述锥形凸起部的外径,所述环形部套设于所述锥形凸起部上;所述膨胀部延所述膨胀管体长度方向被分割为多个膨胀爪;所述膨胀部的内部呈锥形,所述膨胀部的锥顶位于所述膨胀管尾部,所述膨胀部的内径小于等于所述锥形凸起部的外径。
4.如权利要求1所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,所述黄麻纤维板四周侧面上均设置有一条用于嵌入所述墙布边缘的凹槽。
5.如权利要求1所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,所述黄麻纤维板上均匀分布有若干贯穿前后板面的通孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,所述通孔的直径为0.1~2mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板,其特征在于,所述凸起部的顶部与所述凹下部的底部高度差为0.4mm~1.5mm。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的应用于墙体装饰的环保型黄麻板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
①对黄麻进行前处理,得到黄麻纤维;
②对黄麻纤维进行梳理、铺网、针刺,制得黄麻纤维毡;
③对聚酯纤维进行梳理、铺网、针刺,制得聚酯纤维毡;
④取黄麻纤维毡与聚酯纤维毡,每两层黄麻纤维毡之间夹一层聚酯纤维毡,层层堆叠组坯后得到纤维堆垛;
⑤将纤维堆垛放入模具中进行热压成型,在200~220℃下预热10~15min,然后在4MPa下保压10~12min,再调至8MPa下保压8~9min,再调至10MPa下保压8~9min;将温度降低至30~40℃冷却定型后得到黄麻纤维板。
