本发明公开了一种亚寒带生态原木板,包括亚寒带生态原木基材板、设置在亚寒带生态原木基材板上下两面并与亚寒带生态原木基材板粘结的杨木单板层、粘结的杨木单板层外侧面的科技木皮层、粘结在科技木皮层外侧面的木纹纸层以及粘结在木纹纸层外侧面的三聚氰胺饰面耐划层。所述亚寒带生态原木板的板体侧面设有指接板拼接明齿。本发明采用亚寒带生态原木基材板作为基材,其价格低廉、实用性强、经久耐用。在板体最外层设置三聚氰胺饰面耐划层,能有效解决板体防水、防潮、防虫蛀的问题,延长使用寿命,板体中层的科技木皮层能使得板体具有天然木材的自然质感和自然生态效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及板材加工技术领域,具体为一种亚寒带生态原木板。
背景技术
在木材市场上,人造板品种繁多,质量参差不齐,人造板中甲醛含量高,对人体有致命的致癌作用,非常不利于身体健康。且目前实木家具生产所需的基材依赖大口径橡木原木,价格越来越昂贵,不利于保护环境,同时无法有效解决防水、防潮、防虫蛀的问题;也有人采用带木纹的厚的防火板代替基材,但防火板价格也比较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种亚寒带生态原木板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种亚寒带生态原木板,包括亚寒带生态原木基材板、设置在亚寒带生态原木基材板上下两面并与亚寒带生态原木基材板粘结的杨木单板层、粘结的杨木单板层外侧面的科技木皮层、粘结在科技木皮层外侧面的木纹纸层以及粘结在木纹纸层外侧面的三聚氰胺饰面耐划层。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,所述亚寒带生态原木板的板体侧面设有指接板拼接明齿。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,三聚氰胺饰面耐划层、木纹纸层与科技木皮层通过热压胶黏工艺粘结在一起。
作为本发明更进一步的技术方案,科技木皮层与杨木单板层、杨木单板层与亚寒带生态原木基材通过冷压工艺结合固定。
本发明采用亚寒带生态原木基材板作为基材,其价格低廉、实用性强、经久耐用。在板体最外层设置三聚氰胺饰面耐划层,能有效解决板体防水、防潮、防虫蛀的问题,延长使用寿命,板体中层的科技木皮层能使得板体具有天然木材的自然质感和自然生态效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1~2,一种亚寒带生态原木板,包括亚寒带生态原木基材板5、设置在亚寒带生态原木基材板5上下两面并与亚寒带生态原木基材5粘结的杨木单板层4、粘结的杨木单板层4外侧面的科技木皮层3、粘结在科技木皮层3外侧面的木纹纸层2以及粘结在木纹纸层2外侧面的三聚氰胺饰面耐划层1;所述亚寒带生态原木板的板体侧面设有指接板拼接明齿6。
其中三聚氰胺饰面耐划层1、木纹纸层2与科技木皮层3通过热压胶黏工艺粘结在一起。科技木皮层3与杨木单板层4、杨木单板层4与亚寒带生态原木基材5通过冷压工艺结合固定。
本发明采用亚寒带生态原木基材板作为基材,其价格低廉、实用性强、经久耐用。在板体最外层设置三聚氰胺饰面耐划层,能有效解决板体防水、防潮、防虫蛀的问题,延长使用寿命,板体中层的科技木皮层能使得板体具有天然木材的自然质感和自然生态效果。
本发明的板材基材源自亚寒地带,年轮细密,生长期50年以上,自带原木清香,防虫防蛀,木质细密,稳固不变形;抗弯耐磨,色彩柔和纹理细腻优雅,通直流畅稳固不变形承重性好能够吸收有毒有害气体,健康环保。木材内具有天然的松脂,内含松香、松节油等多种成分,其散发的清香,具有防虫、杀菌防霉的独特效果,而外层贴覆的饰面层及防划层,能够有效阻隔湿气,防潮性能极佳。
本发明中,三聚氰胺饰面耐划层1与木纹纸层通过浸渍三聚氰胺液体后,再进行热压处理。科技木皮层通过冷压工艺与木纹纸层结合进行粘合的,杨木单板层与亚寒带生态原木基材5采用冷压工艺结合。本发明中指接板由多块木板拼接而成,上下不再粘压夹板,由于竖向木板间采用锯齿状接口,类似两手手指交叉对接,故称指接板,指接板上下无须粘贴夹板,用胶量大大减少。由于指接板用的胶一般是乳白胶,即聚醋酸乙烯脂的水溶液,是用水做熔剂,无毒无味,就算分解也是醋酸,无毒环保。
指接板还分有节与无节两种,有节的存在疤眼,无节的不存在疤眼,较为美观,经济实用。
指接板以小径料为生产原料,经过原木切割成板材,板材烘干,制成板方条,断料、选料,指接,拼接,后续处理等一系列工序而制成具有一定宽度、厚度、长度的木材。它是建筑行业、家具、装修行业使用的一种新型基材。具有强度大,为天然实木的1.5倍,防火性能好、保温性能高等特点。
指接板具体生产工艺如下:
(1)原木加工成板材阶段:即原木经过带锯切割成板材。
(2)板材烘干:主要是通过熏蒸将木材中的水分及油分烘出。
(3)板方加工:板材经过烘干后,通过双面刨或平刨、压刨。将两面刨光,然后通过多片锯,将刨光好的板材切割成条。
(4)选料、断料:将切割好的木条进行筛选,选出无缺材、无兰变、无开裂、无疤结的木条进行断截成200-700毫米以下的长度。
(5)指接:将造好的木条经过疏齿,用粘接剂接成条状。
(6)刨平四面:经过四面刨将接好的木条刨成整齐的方条。
(7)拼板:将规格方条通过压力机压成所需要的板材。
(8)刨平、砂光:将压好的板材,压刨、砂光成所需要的厚度。
(9)修补、整理、包装。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。
Claims (4)
1.一种亚寒带生态原木板,其特征在于,包括亚寒带生态原木基材板、设置在亚寒带生态原木基材板上下两面并与亚寒带生态原木基材板粘结的杨木单板层、粘结的杨木单板层外侧面的科技木皮层、粘结在科技木皮层外侧面的木纹纸层以及粘结在木纹纸层外侧面的三聚氰胺饰面耐划层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚寒带生态原木板,其特征在于,所述亚寒带生态原木板的板体侧面设有指接板拼接明齿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚寒带生态原木板,其特征在于,三聚氰胺饰面耐划层、木纹纸层与科技木皮层通过热压胶黏工艺粘结在一起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种亚寒带生态原木板,其特征在于,科技木皮层与杨木单板层、杨木单板层与亚寒带生态原木基材通过冷压工艺结合固定。
