Abstract
树根桩切片挖掘器属于林业机械;在座板焊合的左、右侧下部上分别固装左立刀板和右立刀板,在所述左立刀板和右立刀板的后端面上开设切削刃,在左、右立刀板底部上、位于左、右立刀板之间部位处固装卧式底刀板,在卧式底刀板的后端面上开设切削刃,构成筒式切片挖掘刀体;本器可在将树根桩依次切割成片状时同步从土壤中方便挖掘出来,即方便物料转移运输,又为树根桩木料的再利用提供了方便,具有结构简单、树根桩挖掘效率高、省工省力、作业成本低、提高土地周转使用率的特点。

技术领域
本发明创造属于林业机械,主要涉及一种树根桩切片挖掘器。
背景技术
树干被锯伐后,在田地间存留有极难挖掘处理的树根桩,由于树根系的盘结,树根桩与土地的结合十分紧密,挖取树根非常费工费时费力。现用的方法或用人力手工,或用挖掘机的挖斗先将树根桩周围土壤沿圆周方向挖出,使树根桩周围部位裸露出来,再用吊钩等方法将树根桩一次性整体吊出,放置在田间,由于树根桩含土量太多,重量大,运输时搬移困难,影响了土地的周转使用率,且整体树根桩移出后无法再利用,破劈难度极大。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,研发设计一种树根桩切片挖掘器,该器通过采用将树根桩在田地上切片分割的方式将树根桩分体挖掘出来,达到既方便挖掘、省工省力、提高挖掘效率、方便运输、又可使被挖出的树桩木再利用的目的。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:在座板焊合的左、右侧下部上分别固配安装左立刀板和右立刀板,在所述左立刀板和右立刀板的后端面上开设切削刃,在所述左立刀板和右立刀板底部上、位于左立刀板与右立刀板之间部位处固装卧式底刀板,在所述卧式底刀板的后端面上开设切削刃,构成筒式切片挖掘刀体,至此构成树根桩切片挖掘器。
本发明创造可将树根桩依次切割成片状时同步从土壤中方便挖掘出来,即方便物料转移运输,又为树根桩木料的再次利用提供方便,例如成为烧材等,具有结构简单、使用方便、树根桩挖掘效率高、省工省力、作业成本低、提高土地周转使用率的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种树根桩切片挖掘器,在座板焊合1的左、右侧下部上分别固配安装左立刀板4和右立刀板2,在所述左立刀板4和右立刀板2的后端面上开设切削刃,在所述左立刀板4和右立刀板2底部上、位于左立刀板4与右立刀板2之间部位处固装卧式底刀板3,在所述卧式底刀板3的后端面上开设切削刃,构成筒式切片挖掘刀体。
作业使用时,利用座板焊合1将本器安装在挖掘机上,在挖掘机驱动控制下,本器的筒式切片挖掘刀体从树根桩前侧部向下和向后移动,如果此时左立刀板4对准树根桩部位处对树根桩进行切片切割,右立刀板2位于树根桩外侧部位处进行土壤与侧根系的切割,同步卧式底刀板3完成树根桩切片部位下侧的树根桩底部根系与土壤的切割,至此将树根桩切割成片状后逐片挖出,完成挖掘作业。当树根桩直径较大、片状树根桩木料可从筒式切片挖掘刀体前侧筒口处穿出,以适应大直径树根桩切片挖掘使用。上述描述是将树根桩从右侧开始切割,也可将树根桩从左侧开始切割,过程相同。

1.一种树根桩切片挖掘器,其特征在于:在座板焊合(1)的左、右侧下部上分别固配安装左立刀板(4)和右立刀板(2),在所述左立刀板(4)和右立刀板(2)的后端面上开设切削刃,在所述左立刀板(4)和右立刀板(2)底部上、位于左立刀板(4)与右立刀板(2)之间部位处固装卧式底刀板(3),在所述卧式底刀板(3)的后端面上开设切削刃,构成筒式切片挖掘刀体。
