技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型丝带切割机技术领域,具体为一种环保型丝带切割机。
背景技术
目前服装行业里的丝带主要还是依靠人力来测量与裁剪,这种相对落后的生产方式显然不能满 足我们工厂级大规模的产能,虽说市场上也有很多类似的产品,如断料机和切带机等,但是均只能进行简单的测量和裁剪,不仅裁剪精度不高,裁剪效率低,从而影响了产品合格率,而且会造成很大程度上的材料浪费,丝线切割过程中产生的细丝还会时不时的飞溅出来,还会对周围环境造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型丝带切割机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型丝带切割机,包括切割平台、激光穿线、托板、切刀、防护盒、支架、送带平台、电机底座、输送盒、切刀辊轴、拉线、控制箱、伺服电机、盒盖和送带轴,所述切割平台与激光穿线连接,且切割平台与托板连接,所述激光穿线与切刀连接,所述切刀与防护盒连接,所述切割平台通过支架固定,所述支架与送带平台连接,且支架与电机底座连接,所述支架与输送盒连接,所述切割平台下侧设置有切刀辊轴,且切割平台与拉线连接,所述切割平台通过拉线与控制箱连接,所述支架通过电机底座与伺服电机连接,所述输送盒与盒盖连接。
优选的,所述防护盒的边缘设置有微型收边装置。
优选的,所述支架与送带平台通过辊轴连接,送带平台可绕辊轴单向旋转。
优选的,所述切刀辊轴不通长设置,只与每一个切刀配套设置。
优选的,所述送带轴与输送盒的底侧和内侧均有一定的距离,可以保证丝带的顺利通过。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该环保型丝带切割机,可以剪切任意材质的丝带,减少了设备在工作中的机械调整,提高了工作效率,提高了精度,提升了产品的合格率,减少了材料的浪费,可以将切割过程中产生的丝线进行烘烤收边,避免了对周围环境的影响,且操作简单,方便使用。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种环保型丝带切割机,包括切割平台1、激光穿线2、托板3、切刀4、防护盒5、支架6、送带平台7、电机底座8、输送盒9、切刀辊轴10、拉线11、控制箱12、伺服电机13、盒盖14和送带轴15,切割平台1与激光穿线2连接,且切割平台1与托板3连接,激光穿线2与切刀4连接,切刀4与防护盒5连接,防护盒5的边缘设置有微型收边装置,可以将切割过程中丝带边缘的丝线去除,切割平台1通过支架6固定,支架6与送带平台7连接,支架6与送带平台7通过辊轴连接,送带平台7可绕辊轴单向旋转,减少了设备存放时占用的空间,且支架6与电机底座8连接,支架6与输送盒9连接,切割平台1下侧设置有切刀辊轴10,切刀辊轴10不通长设置,只与每一个切刀4配套设置,可以保证每一套切刀4系统均能单独工作,且切割平台1与拉线11连接,切割平台1通过拉线11与控制箱12连接,支架6通过电机底座8与伺服电机13连接,输送盒9与盒盖14连接,盒盖14与送带轴15连接,送带轴15与输送盒9的底侧和内侧均有一定的距离,可以保证丝带的顺利通过,提高了装置的实用性。
工作原理:该环保型丝带切割机,使用时,将需要进行切割的丝带放在送带平台7上,为了丝带的平整度,可以选择将丝带从送带轴15与输送盒9的底侧和内侧空间穿过,此时,丝带到达切割平台1,用户应该事先设置好切丝宽度,此时激光穿线2打出,用户只需使丝带沿激光穿线2方向向前移动,当遇到切刀4时丝带被切割,此时防护盒5边缘的微型收边装置,将切割过程中丝带边缘的丝线烘烤去除,从而起到了环保的作用。

1.一种环保型丝带切割机,包括切割平台(1)、激光穿线(2)、托板(3)、切刀(4)、防护盒(5)、支架(6)、送带平台(7)、电机底座(8)、输送盒(9)、切刀辊轴(10)、拉线(11)、控制箱(12)、伺服电机(13)、盒盖(14)和送带轴(15),其特征在于:所述切割平台(1)与激光穿线(2)连接,且切割平台(1)与托板(3)连接,所述激光穿线(2)与切刀(4)连接,所述切刀(4)与防护盒(5)连接,所述切割平台(1)通过支架(6)固定,所述支架(6)与送带平台(7)连接,且支架(6)与电机底座(8)连接,所述支架(6)与输送盒(9)连接,所述切割平台(1)下侧设置有切刀辊轴(10),且切割平台(1)与拉线(11)连接,所述切割平台(1)通过拉线(11)与控制箱(12)连接,所述支架(6)通过电机底座(8)与伺服电机(13)连接,所述输送盒(9)与盒盖(14)连接,所述盒盖(14)与送带轴(15)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型丝带切割机,其特征在于:所述防护盒(5)的边缘设置有微型收边装置。
