Abstract

本发明涉及一种自动切片装置,包括底板,底板上左侧设有传送带,传送带的左侧、右侧均连接有传动带轮,位于右侧的传动带轮连接有一号电机;传送带的右侧设有切割刀;底板上右侧安装有垫板,垫板上沿水平方向排布安装有三棱柱形的支撑架,支撑架上支撑有运动台,每个支撑架的前端均通过轴承安装有推动杆,每个推动杆前端均依次安装有转杆、侧带轮。本发明自动化程度高,在控制传送带运输传动和切割刀固定的条件下,通过控制大块培根肉在前后滑动的交替时间段,进行向左恒定移动,达到将大块培根肉自动切割成一块块肉片的效果,方便人们食用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品制作加工机械,具体的说是一种自动切片装置。
背景技术
培根肉,是将猪肉经腌熏等加工的猪胸肉,或其他部位的肉熏制而成。通常,在传统的火锅以及烧烤菜肴中,培根肉是必不可少的美味佳肴之一,为了让人们能够更方便地食用培根肉,通常需要在制造加工之后的大块培根肉切割成一片片的肉片,但目前的食品加工设备难以实现完全将大块培根肉完全自动切割成一块块的肉片。
发明内容
现为了解决上述难以将大块培根肉完全自动切割成一块块的肉片的技术问题,本发明提出了一种自动切片装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种自动切片装置,包括底板,所述底板上左侧设有传送带,传送带的左侧、右侧均连接有传动带轮,位于右侧的传动带轮连接有一号电机;传送带的右侧设有切割刀。位于左侧的传动带轮通过轴以及轴承座安装在底板上。
所述底板上右侧安装有垫板,所述垫板上沿水平方向排布安装有三棱柱形的支撑架,支撑架上支撑有运动台,每个支撑架的前端均通过轴承安装有推动杆,每个推动杆前端均依次安装有转杆、侧带轮,所有的侧带轮与位于右侧的传动带轮之间设有将所有的侧带轮与位于右侧的传动带轮均传动相连的皮带;所述的运动台下端焊接有延伸台,所述延伸台前端焊接有与转杆相适配的延伸杆。
所述运动台上左侧沿前后方向滑动安装有直板,所述直板上左端固装有气缸,所述气缸连接有压板,所述直板右端焊接有平板,所述运动台上右侧固装有二号电机,所述二号电机连接有大圆盘,所述大圆盘上端以偏心方式安装有凸块,所述平板上开有将凸块沿水平方向滑动安装的配合槽。
在切割刀固定的前提条件下,本发明通过控制大块培根肉在前后滑动的交替时间段进行向左恒定移动,能够实现将大块培根肉自动切割成一块块的肉片。
所述一号电机、切割刀均固装在底板上。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明自动化程度高,在控制传送带运输传动和切割刀固定的条件下,通过控制大块培根肉在前后滑动的交替时间段,进行向左恒定移动,达到将大块培根肉自动切割成一块块肉片的效果,方便人们食用。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图3所示,一种自动切片装置,包括底板1,所述底板1上左侧设有传送带2,传送带2的左侧、右侧均连接有传动带轮3,位于右侧的传动带轮3连接有一号电机4;传送带2的右侧设有切割刀5。位于左侧的传动带轮3通过轴以及轴承座安装在底板1上。
所述底板1上右侧安装有垫板6,所述垫板6上沿水平方向排布安装有三棱柱形的支撑架7,支撑架7上支撑有运动台8,每个支撑架7的前端均通过轴承安装有推动杆9,每个推动杆9前端均依次安装有转杆10、侧带轮11,所有的侧带轮11与位于右侧的传动带轮3之间设有将所有的侧带轮11与位于右侧的传动带轮3均传动相连的皮带20;所述的运动台8下端焊接有延伸台12,所述延伸台12前端焊接有与转杆10相适配的延伸杆12a。
所述运动台8上左侧沿前后方向滑动安装有直板13,所述直板13上左端固装有气缸14,所述气缸14连接有压板15,所述直板13右端焊接有平板16,所述运动台8上右侧固装有二号电机17,所述二号电机17连接有大圆盘18,所述大圆盘18上端以偏心方式安装有凸块19,所述平板16上开有将凸块19沿水平方向滑动安装的配合槽16a。
所述一号电机4、切割刀5均固装在底板1上。
初始状态下,延伸台12以及延伸杆12a位于支撑架7中靠右侧的两个支撑架7之间。本发明在使用前,将一大块培根肉放置在运动台8上的左侧,使得培根肉的左端一部分位于切割刀5的左端后侧,然后通过气缸14向下推移压板15将该大块的培根肉通过施压固定。
使用时,同步启动一号电机4、二号电机17,二号电机17带动大圆盘18恒速旋转,在凸块19与配合槽16a的滑动配合作用下,直板13以及大块培根肉进行前后往复式运动,当直板13以及大块培根肉向前移动时,会穿过切割刀5,致使大块培根肉最左端的一块肉片被切除掉落在传送带2上;而一号电机4通过带动皮带20自右向左传动,进而将被切除的肉片向左进行传动。
进一步的,由于皮带20的传动作用,所有的推动杆9以及转杆10均逆时针旋转,每次当直板13以及大块培根肉向前移动至前极限位置时,转杆10被旋转至与延伸杆12a相抵合,并且能够在旋转推动力下,延伸杆12a以及整个运动台8向左侧移动至相邻的两个支撑架7之间,即使得大块培根肉向左恒定移动一端距离。
进一步的,直板13以及大块培根肉自动向后滑动再次穿过切割刀5,使得大块培根肉的左部再次被切下一块肉片。当直板13以及大块培根肉移动至后极限位置时,整个运动台8以及大块培根肉会被再次向左推移。
因此,在切割刀5固定的前提条件下,本发明通过控制大块培根肉在前后滑动的交替时间段进行向左恒定移动,能够实现将大块培根肉自动切割成一块块的肉片。

1.一种自动切片装置,包括底板(1),所述底板(1)上左侧设有传送带(2),传送带(2)的左侧、右侧均连接有传动带轮(3),位于右侧的传动带轮(3)连接有一号电机(4);其特征在于:传送带(2)的右侧设有切割刀(5);
所述底板(1)上右侧安装有垫板(6),所述垫板(6)上沿水平方向排布安装有三棱柱形的支撑架(7),支撑架(7)上支撑有运动台(8),每个支撑架(7)的前端均通过轴承安装有推动杆(9),每个推动杆(9)前端均依次安装有转杆(10)、侧带轮(11),所有的侧带轮(11)与位于右侧的传动带轮(3)之间设有将所有的侧带轮(11)与位于右侧的传动带轮(3)均传动相连的皮带(20);所述的运动台(8)下端焊接有延伸台(12),所述延伸台(12)前端焊接有与转杆(10)相适配的延伸杆(12a);
所述运动台(8)上左侧沿前后方向滑动安装有直板(13),所述直板(13)上左端固装有气缸(14),所述气缸(14)连接有压板(15),所述直板(13)右端焊接有平板(16),所述运动台(8)上右侧固装有二号电机(17),所述二号电机(17)连接有大圆盘(18),所述大圆盘(18)上端以偏心方式安装有凸块(19),所述平板(16)上开有将凸块(19)沿水平方向滑动安装的配合槽(16a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动切片装置,其特征在于:所述一号电机(4)、切割刀(5)均固装在底板(1)上。
