本发明公开了一种金属微管的生产方法,该方法可应用于延展性差、外径较小的微管拉拔加工,具体方法如下:在需要拉拔加工的微管内部穿入一根金属丝,丝材直径应小于待加工微管内径0.1‑0.5mm,其塑形应优于待加工微管材料塑性。金属丝材穿入前,表面应均匀涂覆一层拉拔润滑剂,同时,金属丝长度应大于加工后微管的总长度。随后进行管材拉拔加工,待微管拉拔加工完成后,将金属丝脱出,完成生产过程。

本发明涉及一种金属微管的生产方法。
背景技术
拉拔加工是生产金属微管的主要手段,管材通过加工模具被固定于弹性夹具上,启动设备完成拉拔过程。但对于塑性较差的金属管材(如镁合金、铝合金等)、形变困难的金属材料(如钛合金、镍钛合金、钴铬合金等)以及管材尺寸偏小的金属微管(外径3mm以下,壁厚0.5mm以下)常由于拉伸时管材前端拉力过大、端部形貌不可控引起受力不均、管材内部缺少刚性支撑等原因,造成拉拔无法进行。
发明内容
本发明针对现有生产方法的不足,提供了一种金属微管的生产方法,该方法可广泛应用于塑性较差的金属管材、难变形细径管材、微细管材的加工,具体方法如下:
在需要拉拔加工的微管内部穿入一根金属丝,丝材直径应小于待加工微管内径0.1-0.5mm,其塑形应优于待加工微管材料塑性,金属丝材穿入前,表面应均匀涂覆一层拉拔润滑剂,同时,金属丝长度应大于加工后微管的总长度,随后进行管材拉拔加工。待微管拉拔加工完成后,将金属丝脱出,完成生产过程。该方法优点如下:提供微管内壁有效刚性支撑、有助于材料拉伸时受力均匀、确保微管端部形貌规整,同时对改善微管拉伸时的形变塑性也起到积极作用,使微管加工得以持续进行。
具体实施方式
实施例1
镍钛合金Φ3.0×0.3mm微管拉拔加工
将外径为2.0mm的铜丝表面均匀涂覆一层拉拔润滑剂后穿入待加工的镍钛合金管材中,铜丝长度大于拉拔加工后的镍钛合金微管总长度,随后把管材固定于拉拔设备的弹性夹具上,启动设备,按常规操作完成拉拔加工,拉拔完成后,脱出镍钛合金微管芯部的铜丝,生产全过程完毕。
实施例2
镁合金Φ2.5×0.2mm微管拉拔加工
将外径为2.0mm的工程铁丝表面均匀涂覆一层拉拔润滑剂后穿入待加工的镁合金管材中,工程铁丝长度大于拉拔加工后的镁合金微管总长度,随后把管材固定于拉拔设备的弹性夹具上,启动设备,按常规操作完成拉拔加工,拉拔完成后,脱出镁合金微管芯部的工程铁丝,生产全过程完毕。

1.一种金属微管的生产方法,需在待加工微管内部穿入一根金属丝。
2.权利要求1所述的金属丝,丝材直径应小于待加工微管内径0.1-0.5mm。
3.权利要求1所述的金属丝,其塑形应大于待加工微管材料塑性。
4.权利要求1所述的金属丝表面应均匀涂覆一层管材拉拔润滑剂。
5.权利要求1所述的金属丝长度应大于加工后微管的总长度。
