Abstract

本发明提供一种百菌清在制备杀钉螺药物的新用途,属于血吸虫病防治技术领域。本发明以百菌清活性成分,制备杀螺剂,杀螺剂的剂型选自悬浮剂、乳剂、微乳剂,应用于钉螺杀灭。所述百菌清作为杀螺剂活性成分时的使用量为1.00‑10.00mg/L,浸杀时间为48h。本发明发明人通过实验证实,百菌清对钉螺有杀灭活性,可以制备成杀螺制剂应用于血吸虫病防治领域。

百菌清在制备杀钉螺药物中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及百菌清的新用途,属于血吸虫病防治领域。
背景技术
日本血吸虫病是严重影响我国人民身体健康传染性寄生虫病。钉螺是日本血吸虫的唯一中间宿主。杀螺是控制日本血吸虫病的重要环节。药物灭螺效果比较持久,可因地域确定使用范围,是灭螺中使用较多的方法。
目前,国内外常用的药物灭螺方法为化学药物灭螺。以往曾推广使用的五氯酚钠,杀螺效果好,价格低,但对人畜和水生动植物有严重危害,环境污染严重,已被WHO禁止使用。氯硝柳胺是目前仍在使用的化学杀螺剂,药效好,但钉螺接触药物后明显离水上爬,降低了杀螺效果,且价格昂贵,对非靶生物(特别是鱼类)毒性大,影响该药的推广和应用。因此开发新的杀螺药具有广阔的应用前景和巨大的市场价值。
百菌清,化学名称:四氯间苯二腈(2,4,5,6一四氯一1,3一苯二甲腈)。25℃时的溶解度:水0.9mg/L,二甲苯80g/L,环已酮、二甲基甲酰胺为30g/L,丙酮、二甲亚砜20g/L,煤油<10g/L。热稳定性在于周围温度,对紫外光是稳定的(水介质和晶体状态),在酸性和微碱性溶液中是稳定的,pH9时慢慢水解。主要用于果树、蔬菜上锈病、炭疽病、白粉病、霜霉病的防治。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术中氯硝柳胺存在的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供百菌清在制备杀钉螺药物中的用途。
本发明人通过实验证实,百菌清对钉螺有杀灭作用,具有杀日本血吸虫中间宿主钉螺活性,可以制备成杀螺剂应用于血吸虫病防治领域。
需要的时候,在这些杀螺剂还可以加入一种或多种剂型上可接受的辅料。所述辅料包括制剂学领域常规的稀释剂、填充剂、粘合剂、湿润剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、吸附载体、润滑剂等。以百菌清为活性成分的杀螺剂主要通过喷洒给药,可制成悬浮剂、乳剂、微乳剂等多种农药剂型。上述各种剂型均可按照农药制剂领域的常规方法制备。
本发明观察不同剂量的百菌清对钉螺的杀灭作用,证实百菌清有明显的杀螺作用,因此有可能广泛应用于血吸虫防治领域。
本发明提供百菌清在制备杀钉螺药物中的应用,其特征在于:以百菌清作为活性成分制备杀螺剂,所述杀螺剂的剂型选自悬浮剂、乳剂或微乳剂。
优选地,所述百菌清杀灭钉螺时的水溶液浓度为1.00-10.00mg/L。
优选地,所述百菌清杀灭钉螺时的水溶液浓度为10.00mg/L,浸杀时间为24-48h。
优选地,所述杀螺剂中还包括一种或多种剂型上可接受的辅料。
优选地,所述辅料包括制剂学领域常规的稀释剂、填充剂、粘合剂、湿润剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、吸附载体和润滑剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:发现了百菌清的新用途,可以用于杀螺。同时还克服了现有药物氯硝柳胺的缺陷,价格较低,对非靶生物(特别是鱼类)毒性较小。

实施例1、百菌清对钉螺的杀灭作用
配制浓度为10.00mg/L、1.00mg/L、0.10mg/L的百菌清3个浓度溶液各2组,各组每个浓度取药液量为100ml,倒入100ml烧杯并投入10只钉螺,浸泡钉螺24h和48h后倒去药液,清水冲洗,复苏48h,敲击法观察钉螺死活并计数。详细结果见表1。

1.百菌清在制备杀钉螺药物中的应用,其特征在于:以百菌清作为活性成分,制备杀螺剂,杀螺剂的剂型选自悬浮剂、微乳剂;所述百菌清作为杀螺剂活性成分时的使用量为1.00-10.00mg/L;所述百菌清作为杀螺剂活性成分时的浸杀时间为24h-48h;所述杀螺剂中还包括一种或多种剂型上可接受的辅料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的百菌清在制备杀钉螺药物中的应用,其特征在于:所述辅料包括制剂学领域常规的稀释剂、填充剂、粘合剂、吸收促进剂、表面活性剂、吸附载体和润滑剂。
