In this embodiment, when the authentication is successful, the IVR system interacts with the user terminal and the cloud platform to determine the device to be controlled and the function to be controlled. Taking the first or fourth embodiment as an example, when the user selects and controls the refrigeration function of the air conditioner, the cloud platform communicates with the air conditioner and sends an instruction for the air conditioner to execute the refrigeration function, and when the air conditioner completes the refrigeration operation, the cloud platform receives a response result fed back by the air conditioner, sends the result to the user through the IVR system, and simultaneously requires the user to perform further operation. When the user end receives the response result and the branch code of the further operation (for example, 1 represents to reselect the device to be controlled, 2 represents to reselect the function to be controlled, and 3 represents to finish the operation), if the user end inputs 1, the IVR system will send the controllable device list to the user end again; if the user side inputs 2, the IVR system sends the function list of the air conditioner to the user again; if the user inputs 3, the operation is finished, and the operation is finished.
The scheme is that the intelligent household equipment is remotely controlled based on interaction between a user and an IVR system, and in the implementation process of the whole control scheme, the user needs to do the following steps: inputting a series of digital inputs including the required authentication number, inputting an authentication code, inputting a corresponding equipment code and a function code, and the like. When every step is carried out, the IVR system can broadcast the corresponding execution result in a voice mode and prompt the user to carry out the next operation. The interaction mode enables the operation of the user to be simpler and the control of the smart home to be more convenient.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a timing diagram of a preferred embodiment of the remote control system in fig. 1 for remotely controlling the smart home devices.

3, the cloud platform queries a database to determine whether the incoming number is authorized and returns a result; if the incoming call number is not authorized, the IVR system refuses the number, otherwise, the operation is continued;
4, the IVR system sends voice to welcome the user access and requires the user to input an authentication code;
5, the authorized party sends the authentication code;
6, the IVR system requests the cloud platform to authenticate;
7, the cloud platform authenticates and returns an authentication result; if the authentication fails, the IVR system sends authentication failure voice to require the user to input the authentication code again and skips to the step 4; otherwise, continuing;
8, the IVR system requests the cloud platform to inquire a current controllable equipment list;
9, the cloud platform returns a current controllable device list;
10, the IVR system sends a voice broadcast current controllable equipment list and requires a user to select equipment to be controlled;
11, the authorized party sends the selected equipment code;
12, the IVR system requests the cloud platform to inquire the selected equipment function list;
13, returning a selected equipment function list by the cloud platform;
14, the IVR system sends a voice broadcast selected equipment function list and prompts a user to select a function to be controlled;
15, the authorized party sends the selected function code;
16, the IVR system requests the cloud platform to execute the selected equipment function;
17, the cloud platform system communicates with the selected equipment and requests the equipment to execute the selected control function;
18, the equipment responds to the request and returns an execution result;
19, returning an execution result by the cloud platform;
20, the IVR system sends a voice broadcast execution result and prompts the user to select a branch code of the next step;
21, authorized to send the selected branch code;
22, if the branch selected by the user is a return equipment list, jumping to the step 8; if the branch selected by the user is a return function list, jumping to the step 9; and if the branch selected by the user is the ending of the control operation, the IVR system requests the cloud platform to end the control operation.
And 23, ending the control operation session.

The cloud-based platform of the present invention comprises: the device control method comprises a memory, a processor and a device control program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the device control program realizes the steps of the first embodiment, the second embodiment and the third embodiment of the device control method when being executed by the processor.

receiving a device code of the current controllable device, which is input by a user end and forwarded by the IVR system, so as to determine a device to be controlled;
receiving a function query request of the equipment to be controlled sent by the IVR system, and feeding back the function of the equipment to be controlled;
receiving a function code of a device to be controlled, which is input by a user end and forwarded by an IVR system, so as to determine the function to be controlled of the device to be controlled;
and establishing communication connection with the equipment to be controlled, requesting the equipment to be controlled to execute the function to be controlled, and feeding back a response result of the equipment to be controlled to a user terminal through the IVR system.
2. The device control method according to claim 1, wherein the step of the cloud platform receiving an authentication request of user-side input data sent by the IVR system and feeding back an authentication result comprises:
the cloud platform receives an authentication request of a user terminal incoming call number sent by the IVR system and feeds back an authentication result;
and receiving an authentication request of an authentication code input by a user end sent by the IVR system after the incoming number is confirmed and authorized, and feeding back an authentication result.
3. An apparatus control method characterized by comprising the steps of:
the IVR system receives the input data of the user terminal, requests the cloud platform to authenticate the input data of the user terminal, and forwards an authentication result fed back by the cloud platform to the user terminal;
when the authentication is successful, requesting the cloud platform to inquire the current controllable equipment, and forwarding the current controllable equipment fed back by the cloud platform to the user side;
receiving a device code of the current controllable device input by a user side and forwarding the device code to the cloud platform, so that the cloud platform can determine the device to be controlled according to the device code;
requesting a cloud platform to inquire the function of the equipment to be controlled and forwarding the function of the equipment to be controlled fed back by the cloud platform to a user side;
receiving a function code of the equipment to be controlled input by a user side and forwarding the function code to a cloud platform, so that the cloud platform can determine the function to be controlled of the equipment to be controlled according to the function code;
and receiving a response result of the to-be-controlled equipment executing the to-be-controlled function fed back by the cloud platform, and feeding back the response result to the user side.
4. The device control method according to claim 3, wherein the IVR system receives the user-side input data, requests the cloud platform to authenticate the user-side input data, and forwards the authentication result fed back by the cloud platform to the user side, the step including:
the IVR system receives a user terminal incoming call number, requests the cloud platform to authenticate the incoming call number and receives an authentication result fed back by the cloud platform;
and when the incoming number is authorized, informing the user end to input an authentication code, requesting the cloud platform to authenticate the authentication code, and receiving an authentication result fed back by the cloud platform.
