The first processor receives a first access request sent by a visitor terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code, then acquires login information of the first access request and a visited unit identifier, acquires a control interface corresponding to the visited unit identifier in a memory after logging in a network intercom system according to the login information, and feeds the control interface back to the corresponding visitor terminal.
The first processor receives a second access request sent by the visitor terminal through the control interface, then obtains visitor information and an access object in the second access request, generates a first call request according to the visitor information and the current time, and sends the first call request to a resident terminal corresponding to the visitor object, so that the resident terminal and the visitor terminal carry out network talkback.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, since the visitor terminal can interact with the control center of the network intercom system after scanning the two-dimensional code, and then the network intercom between the visitor terminal and the resident terminal is realized through the control center, the network intercom system of this scheme does not need to set up a special door phone for the network intercom, thereby achieving the effect of reducing cost.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, since network intercom needs to be performed only by obtaining audio data and/or video data of both parties, after the step of calling the household terminal according to the second access request, the first processor may further receive first response information sent by the household terminal, where the first response information at least includes whether to approve the call, address information of the household terminal, and address information of the visitor terminal. When the first response information is call agreement, the first processor acquires address information of the visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information, then receives second audio data and/or second video data sent by the household terminal, simultaneously receives first audio data and/or first video data sent by the visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information, then forwards the second audio data and/or the second video data to the visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information, and simultaneously forwards the first audio data and/or the first video data to the corresponding household terminal.
And when the first response information is call rejection, the first processor generates prompt information for call rejection and sends the prompt information to the visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when the response information of the resident terminal agreeing to the call is received, the audio data and/or the video data sent by the resident terminal and the visitor terminal are received, and the audio data and/or the video data are forwarded to the corresponding terminal, so that the network talkback effect of the resident terminal and the visitor terminal is realized.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, since the second access request only includes the visitor information and the access object, when calling the household terminal according to the second access request, the first processor may further obtain the access object and the visitor information in the second access request, obtain the identification information corresponding to the access object, then obtain the first address information corresponding to the identification information in the memory, encapsulate the visitor information into the request packet according to the preset data format, and send the request packet as the first call request to the household terminal corresponding to the first address information.
In the technical solution disclosed in this embodiment, the effect of determining the called resident terminal according to the second access request is achieved by acquiring the address information corresponding to the access object and encapsulating the visitor information into the corresponding call request.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, since the visitor needs to obtain the authorization of the property manager during the access, after the step of forwarding the second audio data and/or the second video data to the visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information, the first processor may further receive a second call request sent by the household terminal and used for calling the manager, obtain second address information of the manager terminal corresponding to the household terminal in the memory, and send the second call information to the manager terminal corresponding to the second address information.
And the first processor receives second response information sent by the administrator terminal, wherein the second response information at least comprises whether the call is approved, address information of the administrator terminal and address information of the household terminal. In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, the resident terminal calls the administrator terminal, and when the administrator terminal agrees with the call request of the resident terminal, the audio data and/or the video data of the administrator terminal are received and forwarded to the corresponding terminal, and meanwhile, the audio data and/or the video data of the resident terminal and the visitor terminal are forwarded to the administrator terminal, so that the network talkback of the resident terminal, the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal is realized.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, since the visitor may not know the house number of the resident who wants to access, after the step of sending the control interface to the visitor terminal, the first processor may further receive a third call request for calling the administrator, sent by the visitor terminal, and send the third call request to the corresponding administrator terminal, so that the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal perform network intercom.
The method comprises the steps that a first processor receives a fourth calling request which is sent by an administrator terminal and used for calling a resident, wherein the fourth calling request at least comprises identification information of a resident terminal; and determining a resident terminal called by the administrator terminal according to the identification information, and sending a fourth calling request to a corresponding resident terminal so as to enable the resident terminal, the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal to carry out network talkback.
In the technical scheme of the present embodiment, network intercom among the visitor terminal, the administrator terminal and the resident terminal is realized by firstly enabling the visitor terminal and the administrator terminal to perform network intercom and then calling the corresponding resident terminal by the administrator terminal.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, since three-party network intercom is required, when calling the administrator terminal according to the third call request, the first processor may further obtain the visited unit identifier in the first access request, obtain the second address information of the administrator terminal corresponding to the visited unit identifier in the memory, and send the third call information to the administrator terminal corresponding to the second address information.
When the first processor calls the household terminal according to the fourth call request, the first processor can also acquire the identification information of the household unit in the fourth call request, acquire the third address information corresponding to the identification information in the memory, and send the fourth call request to the household terminal corresponding to the third address information.
In the technical solution disclosed in this embodiment, the effect of sending the third call request and the fourth call request is achieved by acquiring the address information of the administrator terminal and the address information of the household terminal.

After the step of calling the resident terminal according to the fourth call request, the first processor may further receive fourth response information sent by the resident terminal, where the fourth response information at least includes whether the call is approved, address information of the administrator terminal, and address information of the resident terminal. When the fourth response information is that the call is approved, the first processor receives second audio data and/or second video data sent by the household terminal; and then forwarding the second audio data and/or the second video data to the corresponding administrator terminal, and forwarding the second audio data and/or the second video data to the guest terminal corresponding to the third response message.
And when the fourth response message is call rejection, the first processor generates prompt message for call rejection and sends the prompt message to the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal corresponding to the third response message.
In the technical scheme disclosed in the embodiment, network talkback of a visitor terminal, a resident terminal and an administrator terminal is achieved by receiving audio data and/or video data sent by three terminals and forwarding each audio data and/or video data to other two terminals.
Optionally, based on the foregoing embodiment, in this embodiment, since the visitor needs to obtain the access authorization, after the step of forwarding the first audio data and/or the first video data and the third audio data and/or the third video data to the household terminal, the first processor may further receive an unlocking instruction of the electronic door lock sent by the administrator terminal, obtain the visited unit identifier in the first access request, and control the electronic door lock corresponding to the visited unit identifier to be unlocked.
The first processor can also receive an electronic barrier unlocking instruction sent by the receiving administrator terminal, acquire identification information of a resident terminal currently carrying out three-party network talkback, acquire resident parking space information corresponding to the identification information, determine an electronic barrier corresponding to an empty parking space when the resident garage information is the empty parking space, and control the electronic barrier to be unlocked.
The first processor can also acquire community garage information corresponding to the identification information, and when an empty parking space exists in the community garage information, the electronic barrier corresponding to the empty parking space is determined, and the electronic barrier is controlled to be unlocked.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, the effect of obtaining the authorization of the access control is achieved by receiving the unlocking instruction sent by the administrator terminal and controlling the unlocking of the corresponding electronic door lock or electronic barrier.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a second embodiment of the two-dimension code-based network intercom method according to the present invention, where the two-dimension code-based network intercom method includes the following steps:
s10, scanning the two-dimensional code, and generating a first access request according to the two-dimensional code;
step S20, sending the first access request to a control center, so that the control center can obtain and feed back a corresponding control interface according to the first access request;
step S30, receiving a control interface sent by the control center, and selecting identification information through the control interface;
step S40, generating a second access request according to the identification information, and sending the second access request to a control center, so that the control center calls a corresponding terminal according to the second access request.
In this embodiment, when scanning the two-dimensional code, the second processor obtains login information and an accessed unit identifier included in the two-dimensional code, generates a first access request according to the login information and the accessed unit identifier, and sends the first access request to the control center. And when receiving the control interface fed back by the control center, the second processor acquires the access object through the control interface, receives visitor information input by a user, generates a second access request according to the visitor information and the access object, and sends the second access request to the control center.
When receiving the control interface fed back by the control center, the second processor can call an administrator through the control interface, then receive visitor information input by a user, generate a call request according to the visitor information, and send the call request to the control center.
The second processor controls a microphone of the visitor terminal to collect audio data, controls the camera to collect video data, packages the audio data and the video data into audio data and/or video data, and sends the audio data and/or the video data to the control center so that the control center can forward the audio data and/or the video data, and therefore network talkback between the resident terminal and the visitor terminal or between the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal is achieved.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, since the visitor terminal can interact with the control center of the network intercom system after scanning the two-dimensional code, and then the network intercom between the visitor terminal and the resident terminal is realized through the control center, the network intercom system of this scheme does not need to set up a special door phone for the network intercom, thereby achieving the effect of reducing cost.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a control center, where the control center includes a memory, a processor, and a two-dimensional code based network intercom program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when the two-dimensional code based network intercom program is executed by the processor, the steps of the two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to the above embodiments are implemented.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a guest terminal, where the guest terminal includes a memory, a processor, and a two-dimensional code based network intercom program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and the two-dimensional code based network intercom program, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to the above embodiments.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a network intercom system, which comprises the control center, at least one visitor terminal, at least one resident terminal, at least one administrator terminal, at least one electronic door lock and at least one electronic barrier.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a two-dimensional code-based network intercom program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the two-dimensional code-based network intercom program implements the steps of the two-dimensional code-based network intercom method according to the above embodiments.

Claims (13)

1. A network talkback method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by being applied to a control center and comprising the following steps:
receiving a first access request sent by a visitor terminal through scanning a two-dimensional code;
acquiring a control interface corresponding to the first access request, and sending the control interface to the visitor terminal so that the visitor terminal can generate a second access request through the control interface, wherein the control interface comprises identification information of a resident terminal;
and receiving a second access request sent by the visitor terminal through the identification information, and calling a resident terminal according to the second access request so as to enable the resident terminal to carry out network talkback with the visitor terminal.
2. The two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of calling the resident terminal according to the second access request, the two-dimensional code based network intercom method further comprises:
when first response information sent by the resident terminal is received, first audio data and/or first video data sent by a visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information and second audio data and/or second video data sent by the resident terminal are received;
and forwarding the first audio data and/or the first video data to the household terminal, and forwarding the second audio data and/or the second video data to the visitor terminal corresponding to the first response information.
3. The two-dimensional code based network intercom method of claim 1, wherein said second access request includes an access object, and said step of calling the resident terminal according to said second access request includes:
acquiring first address information corresponding to the access object, wherein the access object corresponds to the identification information;
generating a first call request according to the second access request;
and sending the first call request to a resident terminal corresponding to the first address information so that the resident terminal can judge whether to approve the call of the visitor terminal according to the first call request.
4. The two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to claim 2, wherein after the step of forwarding the second audio data and/or the second video data to the guest terminal corresponding to the first response information, the two-dimensional code based network intercom method further comprises:
when a second call request for calling an administrator, which is sent by the household terminal, is received, second address information of the administrator terminal corresponding to the household terminal is obtained;
sending the second call request to an administrator terminal corresponding to the second address information;
when second response information sent by the administrator terminal is received, third audio data and/or third video data sent by the administrator terminal are received;
forwarding the third audio data and/or the third video data to the visitor terminal and the household terminal corresponding to the first response information;
forwarding the first audio data and/or first video data and the second audio data and/or second video data to the administrator terminal.
5. The two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to claim 1, wherein after the step of transmitting the control interface to the guest terminal, the two-dimensional code based network intercom method further comprises:
receiving a third call request of a call manager sent by the visitor terminal;
calling an administrator terminal according to the third call request so that the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal carry out network talkback;
receiving a fourth call request for calling the resident sent by the administrator terminal;
and calling a resident terminal according to the fourth calling request so as to make the resident terminal, the administrator terminal and the visitor terminal perform network talkback.
6. The two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to claim 5, wherein said step of calling the administrator terminal according to said third call request comprises:
acquiring second address information of the administrator terminal;
sending the third call request to an administrator terminal corresponding to the second address information;
the step of calling the resident terminal according to the fourth call request comprises the following steps:
acquiring third address information corresponding to the fourth call request;
and sending the fourth call request to a resident terminal corresponding to the third address information, so that the resident terminal judges whether to approve the call of the administrator terminal according to the fourth call request.
7. The two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to claim 5, wherein after said step of calling an administrator terminal according to said third access request, said two-dimensional code based network intercom method further comprises:
when third response information sent by the administrator terminal is received, first audio data and/or first video data sent by a visitor terminal corresponding to the third response information and third audio data and/or third video data sent by the administrator terminal are received;
forwarding the first audio data and/or the first video data to the administrator terminal, and forwarding the third audio data and/or the third video data to the visitor terminal corresponding to the third response information;
after the step of calling the household terminal according to the fourth call request, the two-dimensional code based network intercom method further includes:
when receiving fourth response information sent by the household terminal, receiving second audio data and/or second video data sent by the household terminal;
forwarding the second audio data and/or the second video data to the visitor terminal and the administrator terminal corresponding to the third response message;
and forwarding the first audio data and/or the first video data and the third audio data and/or the third video data to the household terminal.

The two-dimensional code based network intercom method according to claim 7, wherein after the step of forwarding the first audio data and/or the first video data and the third audio data and/or the third video data to the household terminal, the two-dimensional code based network intercom method further comprises:
when an electronic door lock unlocking instruction sent by the administrator terminal is received, controlling the electronic door lock corresponding to the electronic door lock unlocking instruction to be unlocked;
and when an electronic barrier unlocking instruction sent by the administrator terminal is received, controlling the electronic barrier corresponding to the electronic barrier unlocking instruction to be unlocked.
9. A network talkback method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by being applied to a visitor terminal and comprising the following steps:
scanning a two-dimensional code, and generating a first access request according to the two-dimensional code;
sending the first access request to a control center, so that the control center can obtain and feed back a corresponding control interface according to the first access request;
receiving a control interface sent by the control center, and selecting identification information through the control interface;
and generating a second access request according to the identification information, and sending the second access request to a control center so that the control center calls a corresponding terminal according to the second access request.
10. A control center, characterized in that the control center comprises: a memory, a processor, and a two-dimensional code based network intercom program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the two-dimensional code based network intercom program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the two-dimensional code based network intercom method of any one of claims 1-8.
11. A guest terminal, characterized in that the guest terminal comprises: a memory, a processor, and a two-dimensional code based network intercom program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the two-dimensional code based network intercom program when executed by the processor implementing the steps of the two-dimensional code based network intercom method of claim 9.
12. A network intercom system, comprising: the control center of claim 10, the guest terminal of claim 11, a home terminal, an administrator terminal, an electronic door lock, and an electronic barrier.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, wherein a two-dimensional code-based network intercom program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when executed by a processor, the two-dimensional code-based network intercom program implements the steps of the two-dimensional code-based network intercom method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
