The verification success identification may include preset contents, and the preset contents may be preset numbers such as 1, preset characters such as "verification success", and the like.
The to-be-registered IPC is not registered in the video monitoring platform, and the generated registration information corresponding to the to-be-registered IPC can be also understood as new IPC registration information of the to-be-registered IPC.
The registration information may include a device name, a device code, a SIP access username, a SIP access password.
The configuration policy template may include: SIP server IP, SIP domain, SIP port number, etc.
In one implementation manner, the configuration policy template includes an IP server, an SIP domain, and an SIP port number, which may be an IP address, a domain, and a port number of the video monitoring platform, respectively.
The registration information and the configuration strategy template are used for binding the registration information and the configuration strategy template by the mobile terminal and sending the binding information and the configuration strategy template to the IPC to be registered.

In one implementation, text labels in a video stream may be identified by:
extracting image frames of a video stream; extracting bottom layer characteristics and high layer characteristics of the image frames, and fusing the bottom layer characteristics and the high layer characteristics to obtain fused characteristics; based on the fused features, obtaining text prediction corresponding to the image frames; affine transformation is carried out on the text prediction to obtain a text block with aligned axes; text labels are derived based on the axis aligned text blocks.
Before extracting the bottom layer features and the high layer features of the image frame, the image frame may be subjected to noise reduction processing.
For example, the noise is reduced by performing binarization processing, median filtering processing, and the like on each frame image, that is, the image frame, and then, extracting the features of each frame image and fusing the features of the bottom layer and the high layer; outputting a text prediction per pixel by converting the shared feature; converting the angular text blocks into normal axis aligned text blocks by affine transformation; the converted region features are used to derive text labels.
This process can also be understood as an end-to-end text detection and recognition framework that rapidly locates text (Fast Oriented Text Spotting, FOTS) based on a unified network.
And S404, responding to the text label consistent with the random string code, and storing registration information corresponding to the IPC to be registered to the video monitoring platform.
In one implementation, the registered list includes registration information registered in the video monitoring platform, and the registration information corresponding to the IPC to be registered may be stored in the registered list.
Simply understand that, write the registration information corresponding to the IPC to be registered into the registered IPC list in the video monitoring platform, finish the registration and binding of the IPC to be registered.
The video monitoring platform can comprise a secondary identity verification module and a registered list, wherein the secondary identity verification module is used for realizing secondary identity authentication based on a video image OCR technology, and after the authentication is passed, new IPC information is generated, namely the registered information is written into the registered IPC list to finish the registration of the IPC.
If the obtained text label is inconsistent with the random string code, the identification result label is different from the random string code, or the secondary identity verification process is not performed, if the video stream of the random string code is not received and the obtained text label is not identified, the video preview function is closed.

And searching the network camera IPC to be added in the local area network by using the discovery message sent by the multicast protocol so as to enable the three-layer or two-layer multicast protocol based on the IPC in the local area network to return information corresponding to the IPC. The three-layer multicast protocol or the two-layer multicast protocol carries the SIP protocol of different IPC device models, which can be understood as that the discovery message sent by the three-layer multicast protocol or the two-layer multicast protocol carries the SIP protocol.
The mobile client of the user receives the equipment information returned by the IPC, namely the IPC information, and displays the received IPC information so as to ensure that the user confirms whether to register the IPC corresponding to the IPC equipment information to the video monitoring platform. The mobile client sends the discovery message to the wireless local area network, the IPC of the SDK containing at least one camera built in the mobile client in the wireless local area network can receive the discovery message and return camera information of the mobile client to the mobile client, and the mobile terminal can display the IPC information returned by the IPC.

And if the SN does not exist, triggering the mobile client to prompt the user to input the IPC user name and the password. The mobile client prompts the user to input the IPC user name and the password, receives the IPC user name and the password input by the user, accesses the IPC through the IP of the IPC in the wireless local area network, and performs password verification.
And if the password passes the verification, the mobile client returns a verification success identification to the video monitoring platform. Meanwhile, longitude and latitude information in the IPC information of the IPC can be returned to the video monitoring platform.
And after receiving a password verification result, if the password verification result is successfully identified, the video monitoring platform generates new IPC registration information for the IPC, namely generates corresponding IPC information for the IPC to be registered, binds the registration information with a configuration strategy template, and transmits the binding information to the mobile client.
