the visited terminal sends a starting instruction to the management server;
and the management server controls the entrance guard of the target unit to be opened according to the opening instruction.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the management server stores household information, house number, address information of the visited terminal, and association information of a two-dimensional code including a unit address identifier of each household in each unit.

the management server is used for sending calling information to a visited terminal corresponding to the target house number according to the target house number and establishing a communication link between the visited terminal and the visitor terminal;
the visited terminal is used for sending a response to the visiting terminal through the communication link so as to facilitate the talkback conversation between the visitor and the visited resident;
and the visited terminal is used for sending an opening instruction to the management server, and the management server controls the entrance guard of the target unit to be opened according to the opening instruction.

the administrator terminal is used for acquiring a switching operation instruction of the administrator and sending the switching operation instruction to the management server, and the switching operation instruction is used for indicating switching between multi-party talkback and two-party talkback;
and the management server is used for switching the communication links of the multi-party talkback and the two-party talkback according to the switching operation instruction.
