Abstract

本发明公开一种瓶阀结构,包括有阀体、阀杆以及阀芯组件,所述阀芯组件的阀芯与阀体的内壁螺纹连接,阀杆与阀芯周向固定且轴向滑动连接。本发明的阀芯设成与阀体螺纹连接,阀芯的启闭由阀杆驱动其转动,转动阀芯,阀芯就可在阀体内上下升降,从而打开和关闭阀体内的阀孔,以此实现瓶阀的开关。由于阀芯和阀体是螺纹连接,关闭后的阀芯状态是非常稳定的,密封性能好。开启状态下,阀杆与阀体之间的密封只需采用常规的密封件就可实现很好的密封,而且在使用的过程中,阀杆只是转动,而不会轴向移动,可减少密封件的磨损,从而有效延长瓶阀的使用寿命。可见本发明瓶阀具有结构合理、密封性能好、使用寿命长等优点。

本发明涉及瓶阀技术领域。
背景技术
目前社会上经常出现由于液化石油气泄漏造成的安全事故发生,而此类事故的罪魁祸首是瓶阀。此类瓶阀一般都存在结构不合理、密封性能差、使用寿命短等特点,导致容易出现液化石油气泄漏问题。因此,有必要研发一种结构合理、密封性能好、使用寿命长的瓶阀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构合理的密封性能好的使用寿命长的瓶阀结构。
为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种瓶阀结构,包括有阀体、轴向固定在阀体内转动的阀杆以及于阀体内用以封堵阀孔的阀芯组件,其特征在于:所述阀芯组件的阀芯与阀体的内壁螺纹连接,阀杆与阀芯周向固定且轴向滑动连接。
在上述基础上,所述阀杆的连接阀芯的端部形成方形插柱,阀芯形成容置插柱插接的插槽。
在上述基础上,所述阀芯的底部安装有阀垫,阀杆与阀体之间安装有密封圈。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种瓶阀,包括有阀体1、轴向固定在阀体1内转动的阀杆2以及于阀体1内用以封堵阀孔3的阀芯组件。在本发明中,所述阀芯组件的阀芯4与阀体1的内壁螺纹连接,阀杆2与阀芯4周向固定且轴向滑动连接。当转动阀杆2时,与阀杆2周向固定的阀芯4就会跟随转动,此时与阀杆2轴向滑动的阀芯4就会上下升降,从而对阀体1的阀孔3进行打开或关闭。
在本实施例中,所述阀杆2的连接阀芯4的端部形成方形插柱21,阀芯4形成容置插柱21插接的插槽41。当然,阀杆2与阀芯4的连接也可采用其它非圆截面的常规周向固定连接方式。具体的,阀杆2可形成单根插接柱21,如图2所示;也可形成双根插柱21,如图3所示。对于双根插柱的阀杆2,阀芯4的插槽41的两插柱21之间的那部分槽壁可作扩宽偷空,如图4所示,这样可减少加工阀芯4的材料的用量,降低生产成本。
通常,阀芯4的底部安装有阀垫5,阀杆2与阀体1之间安装有密封圈6,密封圈6可设置多道。阀垫是用来更好地封堵阀孔3,而密封圈6可防止瓶里的气体外泄。

1.一种瓶阀结构,包括有阀体、轴向固定在阀体内转动的阀杆以及于阀体内用以封堵阀孔的阀芯组件,其特征在于:所述阀芯组件的阀芯与阀体的内壁螺纹连接,阀杆与阀芯周向固定且轴向滑动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶阀结构,其特征在于:所述阀杆的连接阀芯的端部形成方形插柱,阀芯形成容置插柱插接的插槽。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的瓶阀结构,其特征在于:所述阀芯的底部安装有阀垫,阀杆与阀体之间安装有密封圈。
