本发明涉及汽车内饰材料领域,具体涉及一种用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着社会经济水平的不断提高,以及消费者对健康和安全意识的增强,人们在追求汽车外形和动力的同时,也越来越关注汽车内饰的功能和美感,关注乘坐的舒适性,以及内饰材料的气味、环保和健康危害问题,因此,功能化、绿色化的汽车内饰产品成为未来发展的必然趋势。
功能化的汽车内饰材料要求其同时具有高强度、耐老化、耐磨、耐汗、阻燃、耐光照、耐热、耐化学品等特性,而绿色的汽车内饰则需要其满足气味环保方面的要求,通过使用水性漆代替溶剂漆,可达到绿色的要求。目前市场上的水性漆配方可以满足耐老化、耐磨、耐光照、耐化学品等物性,但是不能满足浅色的聚氯乙烯(PVC)内饰革的耐热性要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,该耐热水性漆涂覆于PVC内饰革上时,其可耐受120℃*14d得环境,具有优异的耐热效果。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆的制备方法。

本发明优选的方案为,所述的有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液的pH值为7.5-9.0,粘度≤600mPa·s。
本发明优选的方案为,所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是由按重量份计的如下组分经乳液聚合反应制备而成的:软单体10-20份,硬单体15-25份,交联剂单体0.5-5份,改性单体0.1-2份,乳化剂0.2-1份,引发剂0.05-0.5份,去离子水55-75份;
所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯中的一种;所述硬单体为丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种;所述交联剂单体为丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸;所述改性单体为丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯中的一种。
本发明优选的方案为,所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二万基磺酸钠、乙烯基磺酸钠中的一种;所述引发剂为过硫酸钾或过硫酸钠。
本发明优选的方案为,所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是经如下步骤制备而成的:
1)将5-10份软单体和10-15份硬单体加入到去离子水中,再依次加入全部乳化剂和0.01-0.1份引发剂,在68-70℃、搅拌的条件下,反应0.5-1h,得到种子乳液;
2)向得到的种子乳液中依次缓慢加入剩余的软单体和硬单体、交联剂单体、改性单体,接着加入剩余的引发剂,保持乳液的温度为82-85℃,反应3-4h,然后升温至88-90℃,保温0.5-1h,待乳液冷却后,调节pH至7.5-9.0,即得所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液。
本发明优选的方案为,所述水为去离子水;所述胺中和剂为二甲基氨基乙醇;所述消泡剂为含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液;所述增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠剂或丙烯酸类增稠剂;所述手感助剂为有机硅乳液;所述固化剂为恶唑啉类固化剂。
本发明优选的方案为,所述用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆由按重量份计的如下组分配制而成:有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液60份,水29.7份,胺中和剂0.1份,消泡剂0.7份,增稠剂2份,手感助剂6份,固化剂1.5份。
本发明还公开了上述用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆的制备方法,包括如下的步骤:
a.向去离子水中加入有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液,在500-1000rpm的转速下搅拌3-10分钟;
b.保持搅拌的转速为500-1000rpm,然后向步骤a中的混合溶液中加入胺中和剂、消泡剂、手感剂和增稠剂,搅拌3-10分钟;接着加入固化剂,搅拌10-20分钟,即得本发明所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,通过有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液、胺中和剂、增稠剂、固化剂等组分的相互作用,得到的水性漆在满足耐老化、耐磨、耐冲击、耐化学品等性能的情况下,还具有优异的耐热性能,适用于汽车内饰革用漆的要求。
2.本发明的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,采用去离子水作为溶剂,不含有毒有害溶剂,对操作工人和环境无害,同时降低了产品的气味和排放。同时由于其耐热性好,因此在高温下,有机挥发物散发量少,降低了对于环境的污染。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下实施方式中,所述消泡剂为含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液,有机硅乳液为阳离子有机硅羟基硅油乳液。
实施例1
一种用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,由按重量份计的如下组分配制而成:有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液60份,去离子水29.7份,二甲基氨基乙醇0.1份,含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液0.7份,聚氨酯增稠剂2份,有机硅乳液6份,恶唑啉类固化剂1.5份。
其中,有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是由按重量份计的如下组分经乳液聚合反应制备而成的:丙烯酸乙酯15份,丙烯酸甲酯20份,丙烯酸2份,丙烯酸六氟丁酯1份,十二烷基硫酸钠0.6份,过硫酸钾0.2份,去离子水60份;
有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是经如下步骤制备而成的:
1)将8份丙烯酸乙酯和12份丙烯酸甲酯加入到去离子水中,再依次加入全部十二烷基硫酸钠和0.05份过硫酸钾,在69℃、搅拌的条件下,反应0.5h,得到种子乳液;
2)向得到的种子乳液中依次缓慢加入剩余的丙烯酸乙酯和丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸六氟丁酯,接着加入剩余的过硫酸钾,保持乳液的温度为82℃,反应3h,然后升温至90℃,保温0.5h,待乳液冷却后,调节pH至7.5-9.0,即得所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液。
上述用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆是经如下的步骤制备而成的:
a.向去离子水中加入有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液,在750rpm的转速下搅拌5分钟;
b.保持搅拌的转速为750rpm,然后向步骤a中的混合溶液中加入二甲基氨基乙醇、含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液、有机硅乳液和聚氨酯增稠剂,搅拌5分钟;接着加入恶唑啉类固化剂,搅拌15分钟,即得本发明所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆。
实施例1制得的成品为乳白色的水性漆,经测定,不挥发物含量为23%。
实施例2
一种用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,由按重量份计的如下组分配制而成:有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液45份,去离子水38.45份,二甲基氨基乙醇0.05份,含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液0.5份,丙烯酸类增稠剂3份,有机硅乳液12份,恶唑啉类固化剂1份。
其中,有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是由按重量份计的如下组分经乳液聚合反应制备而成的:丙烯酸丁酯10份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份,甲基丙烯酸0.5份,甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯2份,十二烷基磺酸钠1份,过硫酸钠0.05份,去离子水55份;
有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是经如下步骤制备而成的:
1)将10份丙烯酸丁酯和15份甲基丙烯酸甲酯加入到去离子水中,再依次加入全部十二烷基磺酸钠和0.01份过硫酸钠,在70℃、搅拌的条件下,反应1h,得到种子乳液;
2)向得到的种子乳液中依次缓慢加入剩余的丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯,接着加入剩余的过硫酸钠,保持乳液的温度为85℃,反应4h,然后升温至88℃,保温1h,待乳液冷却后,调节pH至7.5-9.0,即得所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液。
上述用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆是经如下的步骤制备而成的:
a.向去离子水中加入有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液,在500rpm的转速下搅拌3分钟;
b.保持搅拌的转速为500rpm,然后向步骤a中的混合溶液中加入二甲基氨基乙醇、含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液、有机硅乳液和丙烯酸类增稠剂,搅拌3分钟;接着加入恶唑啉类固化剂,搅拌10分钟,即得本发明所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆。
实施例2制得的成品为乳白色的水性漆,经测定,不挥发物含量为27%。
实施例3
一种用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,由按重量份计的如下组分配制而成:有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液70份,去离子水21.5份,二甲基氨基乙醇0.5份,含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液1.0份,丙烯酸类增稠剂5份,恶唑啉类固化剂2份。
其中,有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是由按重量份计的如下组分经乳液聚合反应制备而成的:丙烯酸异辛酯20份,醋酸乙烯酯15份,丙烯酸5份,甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯0.1份,乙烯基磺酸钠0.2份,过硫酸钾0.5份,去离子水75份;
有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是经如下步骤制备而成的:
1)将5份丙烯酸异辛酯和10份醋酸乙烯酯加入到去离子水中,再依次加入全部乙烯基磺酸钠和0.1份过硫酸钾,在68℃、搅拌的条件下,反应0.8h,得到种子乳液;
2)向得到的种子乳液中依次缓慢加入剩余的丙烯酸异辛酯和醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯,接着加入剩余的过硫酸钾,保持乳液的温度为84℃,反应3.5h,然后升温至90℃,保温1h,待乳液冷却后,调节pH至7.5-9.0,即得所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液。
上述用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆是经如下的步骤制备而成的:
a.向去离子水中加入有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液,在1000rpm的转速下搅拌10分钟;
b.保持搅拌的转速为1000rpm,然后向步骤a中的混合溶液中加入二甲基氨基乙醇、含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液和丙烯酸类增稠剂,搅拌10分钟;接着加入恶唑啉类固化剂,搅拌20分钟,即得本发明所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆。
实施例3制得的成品为乳白色的水性漆,经测定,不挥发物含量为30%。
对比例1
市售普通水性聚氨酯水性漆。
实验例
取实施例1-3及对比例1的水性漆,按照GB/T 1733-1993规定的方法检测漆膜的耐水性,按照GB/T 1768-2006规定的方法检测漆膜的耐磨性,按照GB1763-1979规定的方法检测漆膜的耐化学试剂性,按照GB1732-93规定的方法检测漆膜的耐冲击性,所得结果如表1所示。

按照GB/T 1735-2009规定的方法,检测漆膜的耐热性,所得结果如表2所示。

由表1公开的数据可知,实施例1-3及对比例1的水性漆,在耐冲击试验、耐水性试验和耐化学试剂性实验中,漆膜均无裂纹、无变色、无脱落。在耐磨性上,在相同的实验条件下(CS-10100g,500转),其磨损量为10-12wt%,与对比例1的磨损量处于同一水平。以上结果表明,本发明的水性漆,在耐冲击、耐水性、耐磨性、耐盐水性及耐酸碱性等性能上,均达到了市售水性漆的水平。
由表2公开的结果可知,在100℃*7d及100℃*14d的条件下,实施例1-3及对比例1的水性漆均未出现变色的状况,这表明上述水性漆均可耐受100℃*7d及100℃*14d这样的环境。在120℃*7d的条件下,实施例1-3的水性漆均未变色,而对比例1的水性漆已出现少许变色的情况,当时间延长到14d时,对比例1的水性漆的大部分都出现变色的情况,此时实施例1-3的水性漆均未变色。当温度升至140℃时,对比例1的水性漆全部变色,且有裂纹产生,而实施例1-3的水性漆只出现少许变色。以上结果表明,实施例1-3的水性漆的耐热性好于对比例1的水性漆,其可以耐受120*14d这样的环境。
总之,本发明的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,在满足耐老化、耐磨、耐冲击、耐化学品等性能的情况下,还具有优异的耐热性能,适用于汽车内饰革用漆的要求。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,由按重量份计的如下组分配制而成:有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液45-70份,水20-50份,胺中和剂0.05-1.0份,消泡剂0.3-1.0份,增稠剂0.5-5份,手感助剂0-12份,固化剂1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,所述的有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液的pH值为7.5-9.0,粘度≤600mPa·s。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是由按重量份计的如下组分经乳液聚合反应制备而成的:软单体10-20份,硬单体15-25份,交联剂单体0.5-5份,改性单体0.1-2份,乳化剂0.2-1份,引发剂0.05-0.5份,去离子水55-75份;
所述软单体为丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯中的一种;所述硬单体为丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、醋酸乙烯酯中的一种;所述交联剂单体为丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸;所述改性单体为丙烯酸六氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯中的一种。
4.如权利要求3所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙烯基磺酸钠中的一种;所述引发剂为过硫酸钾或过硫酸钠。
5.如权利要求3所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液是经如下步骤制备而成的:
1)将5-10份软单体和10-15份硬单体加入到去离子水中,再依次加入全部乳化剂和0.01-0.1份引发剂,在68-70℃、搅拌的条件下,反应0.5-1h,得到种子乳液;
2)向得到的种子乳液中依次缓慢加入剩余的软单体和硬单体、交联剂单体、改性单体,接着加入剩余的引发剂,保持乳液的温度为82-85℃,反应3-4h,然后升温至88-90℃,保温0.5-1h,待乳液冷却后,调节pH至7.5-9.0,即得所述有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水;所述胺中和剂为二甲基氨基乙醇;所述消泡剂为含气相二氧化硅的聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物乳液;所述增稠剂为聚氨酯增稠剂或丙烯酸类增稠剂;所述手感助剂为有机硅乳液;所述固化剂为恶唑啉类固化剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆,其特征在于,由按重量份计的如下组分配制而成:有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液60份,水29.7份,胺中和剂0.1份,消泡剂0.7份,增稠剂2份,手感助剂6份,固化剂1.5份。
8.一种如权利要求1-7任一项所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下的步骤:
a.向去离子水中加入有机氟改性的丙烯酸乳液,在500-1000rpm的转速下搅拌3-10分钟;
b.保持搅拌的转速为500-1000rpm,然后向步骤a中的混合溶液中加入胺中和剂、消泡剂、手感剂和增稠剂,搅拌3-10分钟;接着加入固化剂,搅拌10-20分钟,即得本发明所述的用于PVC内饰革的耐热水性漆。
