Abstract

一种电动车电池管理装置,包括动力电池、单片机、多功能逆变器、电池管理装置和电池存电量采样装置,所述的动力电池有若干个12V电池块组成,多功能逆变器上设有一个电力接收端和若干个电力输出端,多功能逆变器电力接收端通过电动开关和导线与动力电池的正负极连接,每个电力输出端均通过连接导线和整流滤波装置与对应的12V电池块正负极连接。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,在某一个或多个12V电池块馈电严重时,通过开启不同位置的电动开关即可控制整个充放电过程,可以实现仅对馈电电池块进行充电,针对性强,且简单方便,性能稳定可靠,适用范围广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动车电池管理技术领域,具体属于一种电动车电池管理装置。
背景技术
电动车电气系统四大主要系统为电机控制器、电池管理系统(BMS)、充电器和DC-DC。
电池管理系统俗称之为电池保姆或电池管家,主要就是为了智能化管理及维护各个电池单元,防止电池出现过充电和过放电,延长电池的使用寿命,监控电池的状态。
其中现有的电池管理系统在某一个或多个12V电池块馈电严重时,一般采用动力电池组放电利用逆变器和整流滤波装置,对所有的12V电池块进行充电,没有针对性,充放电耗损严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种电动车电池管理装置,克服了现有技术的不足,在某一个或多个12V电池块馈电严重时,动力电池组放电利用多功能逆变器和整流滤波装置对馈电严重的电池块进行充电,使其保持与其他电池块电量至,从而保证电池组实用寿命,同时电力接收端和电力输出端上均设有电动开关,通过开启不同位置的电动开关即可控制整个充放电过程,可以实现仅对馈电电池块进行充电,针对性强,且简单方便,性能稳定可靠,适用范围广阔。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种电动车电池管理装置,包括动力电池、单片机、多功能逆变器、电池管理装置和电池存电量采样装置,所述的动力电池有若干个12V电池块组成,所述的多功能逆变器上设有一个电力接收端和若干个电力输出端,所述的多功能逆变器电力接收端通过电动开关和导线与动力电池的正负极连接、用于接收动力电池上的电力,所述的若干个电力输出端和若干个12V电池块数量一致、且一一对应,所述的每个电力输出端均通过连接导线和整流滤波装置与对应的12V电池块正负极连接、用于给12V电池块充电,所述的每个连接导线上均设有电动开关,上述所述的所有电动开关均与电池管理装置连接、被控制开启和关闭,所述的电池存电量采样装置检测端分别与每个12V电池块连接、用于检测其内部电量情况、信号输出端通过单片机与电池管理装置连接。
进一步,所述的若干个12V电池块和若干个电力输出端均为6个,所述的6个12V电池块相互串联、组成一个72V的动力电池。
进一步,所述的动力电池的正负极还通过导线与电池管理装置直接连接,用于给其供电。
进一步,所述的多功能逆变器内部包括有一个主线圈和若干个副线圈,所述的主线圈与电力接收端连接,所述的副线圈分别与电力输出端。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明所述一种电动车电池管理装置,在某一个或多个12V电池块馈电严重时,动力电池组放电利用多功能逆变器和整流滤波装置对馈电严重的电池块进行充电,使其保持与其他电池块电量至,从而保证电池组实用寿命,同时电力接收端和电力输出端上均设有电动开关,通过开启不同位置的电动开关即可控制整个充放电过程,可以实现仅对馈电电池块进行充电,针对性强,且简单方便,性能稳定可靠,适用范围广阔。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述,但本发明不仅限于这些实例,在为脱离本发明宗旨的前提下,所为任何改进均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
如图所示,本发明所述的一种电动车电池管理装置,包括动力电池1、单片机4、多功能逆变器8、电池管理装置9和电池存电量采样装置91,所述的动力电池1有若干个12V电池块12组成,所述的多功能逆变器8上设有一个电力接收端和若干个电力输出端,所述的多功能逆变器8电力接收端通过电动开关82和导线与动力电池1的正负极连接、用于接收动力电池上的电力,所述的若干个电力输出端和若干个12V电池块12数量一致、且一一对应,所述的每个电力输出端均通过连接导线和整流滤波装置81与对应的12V电池块12正负极连接、用于给12V电池块充电,所述的每个连接导线上均设有电动开关82,上述所述的所有电动开关82均与电池管理装置9连接、被控制开启和关闭,所述的电池存电量采样装置91检测端分别与每个12V电池块12连接、用于检测其内部电量情况、信号输出端通过单片机4与电池管理装置9连接;所述的若干个12V电池块和若干个电力输出端均为6个,所述的6个12V电池块相互串联、组成一个72V的动力电池;所述的动力电池的正负极还通过导线与电池管理装置直接连接,用于给其供电;所述的多功能逆变器内部包括有一个主线圈和若干个副线圈,所述的主线圈与电力接收端连接,所述的副线圈分别与电力输出端。

1.一种电动车电池管理装置,包括动力电池,所述的动力电池有若干个12V电池块组成,其特征在于:还包括单片机、多功能逆变器、电池管理装置和电池存电量采样装置,所述的多功能逆变器上设有一个电力接收端和若干个电力输出端,所述的多功能逆变器电力接收端通过电动开关和导线与动力电池的正负极连接、用于接收动力电池上的电力,所述的若干个电力输出端和若干个12V电池块数量一致、且一一对应,所述的每个电力输出端均通过连接导线和整流滤波装置与对应的12V电池块正负极连接、用于给12V电池块充电,所述的每个连接导线上均设有电动开关,上述所述的所有电动开关均与电池管理装置连接、被控制开启和关闭,所述的电池存电量采样装置检测端分别与每个12V电池块连接、用于检测其内部电量情况、信号输出端通过单片机与电池管理装置连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电池管理装置,其特征在于:所述的若干个12V电池块和若干个电力输出端均为6个,所述的6个12V电池块相互串联、组成一个72V的动力电池。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电池管理装置,其特征在于:所述的动力电池的正负极还通过导线与电池管理装置直接连接,用于给其供电。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动车电池管理装置,其特征在于:所述的多功能逆变器内部包括有一个主线圈和若干个副线圈,所述的主线圈与电力接收端连接,所述的副线圈分别与电力输出端。
