背景技术
无级变速器具有平顺性好的优势,正逐步普及,但现有无级变速器往往使用钢带传动,钢带的传动负荷较低,可靠性不高,使用寿命也比较短。
发明内容
为了克服现有无级变速器钢带的传动负荷较低、可靠性不高、使用寿命比较短的不足,本发明提供一种变速盘式无级变速器。该变速盘式无级变速器变速器使用变速盘和滚轮传动,传动负荷、可靠性均得以提高,使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该变速盘式无级变速器由变速盘、变速盘轴、滚轮、滚轮轴、电机、电机控制器、扭矩传感器和微电脑模块组成,变速盘为圆形,变速盘轴穿过其圆心,扭矩传感器安装在变速盘和变速盘轴之间,滚轮为圆柱体,滚轮轴穿过其中心,滚轮贴合在变速盘上,其中心线指向变速盘的圆心,滚轮轴上设有齿条,电机安装在滚轮内,电机的转子上设有与滚轮轴上的齿条相啮合的齿轮,电机与电机控制器相连接,电机控制器控制电机带动滚轮在滚轮轴上移动;扭矩传感器的信号输出端连接在微电脑模块的信号输入端,电机控制器的信号输入端连接在微电脑模块的信号输出端;微电脑模块实时根据从扭矩传感器获取的扭矩值,控制电机控制器调节电机的运动方向,以带动滚轮在滚轮轴上向相应方向移动,调节滚轮在变速盘上的位置。
本发明的有益效果是,使用变速盘和滚轮传动,比现有用钢带传动的无级变速器传动负荷和可靠性高,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
该变速盘式无级变速器由变速盘(1)、变速盘轴(2)、滚轮(3)、滚轮轴(5)、电机(4)、电机控制器、扭矩传感器和微电脑模块组成,变速盘为圆形,变速盘轴穿过其圆心,扭矩传感器安装在变速盘和变速盘轴之间,滚轮为圆柱体,滚轮轴穿过其中心,滚轮贴合在变速盘上,其中心线指向变速盘的圆心,滚轮轴上设有齿条,电机安装在滚轮内,电机的转子上设有与滚轮轴上的齿条相啮合的齿轮,电机与电机控制器相连接,电机控制器控制电机带动滚轮在滚轮轴上移动;扭矩传感器的信号输出端连接在微电脑模块的信号输入端,电机控制器的信号输入端连接在微电脑模块的信号输出端;微电脑模块实时根据从扭矩传感器获取的扭矩值,控制电机控制器调节电机的运动方向,以带动滚轮在滚轮轴上向相应方向移动,调节滚轮在变速盘上的位置。

1.一种变速盘式无级变速器,由变速盘、变速盘轴、滚轮、滚轮轴、电机、电机控制器、扭矩传感器和微电脑模块组成,其特征是:变速盘为圆形,变速盘轴穿过其圆心,扭矩传感器安装在变速盘和变速盘轴之间,滚轮为圆柱体,滚轮轴穿过其中心,滚轮贴合在变速盘上,其中心线指向变速盘的圆心,滚轮轴上设有齿条,电机安装在滚轮内,电机的转子上设有与滚轮轴上的齿条相啮合的齿轮,电机与电机控制器相连接,电机控制器控制电机带动滚轮在滚轮轴上移动;扭矩传感器的信号输出端连接在微电脑模块的信号输入端,电机控制器的信号输入端连接在微电脑模块的信号输出端;微电脑模块实时根据从扭矩传感器获取的扭矩值,控制电机控制器调节电机的运动方向,以带动滚轮在滚轮轴上向相应方向移动,调节滚轮在变速盘上的位置。
