Abstract

Description

具有组合式制动器底板的鼓式制动器
本发明涉及一种鼓式制动器,特别是一种具有组合式制动器底板的鼓式制动器,它分成:
-一个支承体,它有一个中心环,用于定心和固定在汽车的车轴外壳上;以及有一个支座架,制动蹄可沿圆周方向支承在支座架上;以及
-一块后板,制动蹄可沿轴向支靠在后板上。
在这类鼓式制动器中,在支承体与后板之间有明确的任务分工。支承体的任务是,将制动时产生的周向力从制动蹄传递到有关的车轴外壳上,因此被设计成坚固的。但支承体还是可以制成只有较轻的重量,因为除了它的中心环之外,它只需要沿鼓式制动器的一小段延伸。后板则另有任务,它只沿轴向支承制动蹄;此外,后板还起脏物档板的作用,以防鼓式制动器的内腔被弄脏。因此,后板必须基本上沿鼓式制动器的整个圆周延伸;但当它只有很小的负荷时仍然可以减轻后板的重量,并因而可以用厚度较小的材料制成。所以此类鼓式制动器支承体和后板的总重量与鼓式制动器更久远和传统的整体式基础板的重量相比要轻,此整体式基础板用于上述两个目的,因此一般用厚钢板制成冲压件。
配备有防抱死系统(ABS)和必要时附加地配备有防滑控制器(ASR)的汽车,设有车轮转速传感器,它们例如可以装在每一个鼓式制动器上。在这种情况下,通常在上述类型的脏物挡板或后板上设有用于这种传感器的支架。例如设置一根焊接的管作为支架。
对于这种已知结构产生的问题在于,通常用钢板冲压成的后板当行驶在不平的路面上时会诱发振动。除此之外,这种后板有内应力,在剧烈或持久制动引起发热的情况下,此内应力释出,并造成永久变形。尽管这种振动和/或永久变形对于后板真正的功能并不重要,但是它们会导致设在它上面的车轮转速传感器支架周期性地或持续地改变它的位置。其后果是,不再能准确地保持在传感器和由传感器扫描的记号之间预先规定的空气间隙,因此会在测量有关车轮的速度变化时带来问题。
因此本发明的目的是改进鼓式制动器,使它适用于车轮转速传感器的一种即使剧烈发热也基本上不发生变化的支架。
本发明目的是这样达成的:提供一种具有组合式制动器底板的鼓式制动器,它分成:
-一个支承体,它有一个中心环,用于定心和固定在汽车的车轴外壳上;以及有一个支座架,制动蹄可沿圆周方向支承在支座架上;以及
-一块后板,制动蹄可沿轴向支靠在后板上,
其特征为:支承体有一个用于车轮转速传感器的支架。
按本发明的支承体即使受到强烈加热也只是不明显地改变它的形状,因为它与所属的后板不同,也与已知的基础板不同,只沿鼓式制动器所占面积的一小部分延伸,所以支承体不倾向于形成内应力,而这种内应力在加热时会释出。然后后板可能显著变形,但这种变形不会影响按本发明设在支承体上的车轮转速传感器支架的位置。
本发明的其他有利的改进在于:
支承体设计为总体上相对于中心面对称。
支架沿径向设置。
在支座架上整体式地制有一个制动蹄的支座。
支承体采用压铸法用铝制成。
在支承体与后板之间装有一个尤其是塑料制的减震垫。
支承体还有一个用于机械操纵制动器的制动钢线外套的支架。
在支架上连接着一个通道,制动钢线在此通道内穿过支承体通到制动臂。
后板有一个沿径向的内边,它被夹紧在支承体和夹板之间。
下面借助于示意图详细说明本发明的实施例。其中:

在两种图中所示的鼓式制动器中,各有一个支承体10作为支承构件,支承体10在粘稠状态通过高压用高强度铝合金铸成。支承体10有一个中心环12,它沿径向的内边通过车削精加工。在环12中制有四个沿角向彼此隔开问距并偏置的孔14。支承体10还有一个支座架16,它从环12沿径向向外并相对于汽车向里倾斜地伸出,在它的端部带有一个支座18,支座18与支座架16可以设计成一体,或按传统的方式由一块铆接的钢板或类似件构成。在图1至4所示的实施例中,支承体10相对于一个包括环12圆形内轮廓的轴线A在内的中心面B总体上对称。
沿轴线A径向(图1至4)或相对于轴线A倾斜(图5至7)并且同样位于中心面B内地设有一个孔,它加工在支座架16的台肩上并加工到环12内,此孔用作车轮转速传感器的支架20。由于支架20与环12沿轴向和径向准确定位的径向内边紧邻,所以受到的热膨胀影响小;此外,自由悬臂的支座架16被行车迎面风吹过,因此有较良好的冷却。对于所介绍的这种结构,即使在工作中产生大的机械负荷,支架20的位置也不会改变到会对传感器的输出信号带来不利影响的程度。
属于图中所示的两种鼓式制动器的还各有一个基本上环形的后板22,在所表示的实施例中它用薄钢板或铝板冲压而成,但也可以是塑料模制件。后板22有四个孔24,它们各与支承体10的一个孔14对齐,后板22还有隆凸26和一个环形凸边28。在后板22上与支座18沿直径相对处用螺钉32固定有制动缸30。
制动缸30有一个贯通的缸孔34,两个活塞36在此缸孔34内移动。在两个活塞36上各支承着一个制动蹄38在图1和2中看的上端,而两个制动蹄38的下端则支承在支座18上。这两个制动蹄38按传动的方式通过变位弹簧40互相连接。一根调整杆42邻边并平行于制动缸30地装在两个制动蹄38之间。
如尤其可由图4和7清楚地看出的那样,穿过互相对齐的孔14和24,各有一个用于固定在一个图中未表示的车轴外壳上的螺钉44,环12以其准确加工的圆形内边在车轴外壳上定心。后板22无需准确定心;因此它只是通过螺钉44粗略地定心。
按图2和6,在支架20中按准确规定的位置固定一个车轮转速传感器46。为此传感器46配设一个记号48,它设计为环绕着只表示在图6中的轮毂50的一个隔开往向距离固定在环12内的部分。轮毂50与制动鼓52制成一体。曾提及的图中来表示的车轴外壳可按传统的方式装在汽车的叉形臂上。
两种所示的鼓式制动器另一个共同点是,后板22在将其固定在支承体10上的区域内,用一个减震材料制的衬垫54隔开。此衬垫54可以例如是后板22和/或支承体10彼此邻接表面上的一个弹性材料涂层,这种材料的牌号Wolverine是众所周知的。衬垫54基本上避免将在薄的后板22内诱发的振动传给支承体10,并因而避免传到车轮转速传感器46的支架20上。形式上为Wolverine涂层的衬套54对于在3000Hz范围内的振动已证实是特别有效的。
为了机械操纵鼓式制动器,尤其是停车制动,通常采用设有制动钢丝索的软套管(波顿)钢线,制动钢线连接在一个安装在其中一个制动蹄上的杠杆上。制动钢线通常穿过一个孔延伸到后板内,而外套则支承在孔的周围,以便将反作用力传递给后板。由于这一反作用力,后板通常必须在一定程度上设计得比较坚固并因而比较重,尽管在制动时产生的沿制动蹄周向作用的反作用力已由支承体承受。
在按本发明的两种在附图中表示的实施例中则与之不同,后板22也不受制动操纵力反作用力的作用。实现这一点是通过使支承体10有一个用于属于传统软套管钢线的外套58的支架56。有关的制动钢线60按一般的方式挂在制动臂62端部附近,制动臂62可摆动地装在其中一个制动蹄38上,并与调整杆62配合工作。这一设计原则在图5至7中作了进一步的改进,即,支架56设在通道64的始端,通道直线地或弯曲地穿过支承体10延伸,并在其未端这样对准制动臂62的端部,即,在组装时制动钢线60自动固定在制动臂62上。
由图5至7所表示的实施例与图1至4中所表示的相比还有另外的特点,即,后板22沿径向制有孔24的内边被夹紧在支承体10与一个环形夹板68之间。为此目的,如在图1至4所示实施例中那样的螺钉44,穿过在支承体10中的各一个孔14和在后板22中的各一个孔24以及进一步穿过在夹板68中的各一个孔70延伸。螺钉44在离其头部72一定距离处制有滚花74,螺钉借助于此滚花一定程度上挤在有关孔70的壁中,使螺钉44在如上面曾提及的那样拧入汽车的一个图中来表示的车轴外壳或类似物中,夹板68便已经与后板22和支承体10不会丢失地结合在一起。

Claims (10)

1.具有组合式制动器底板的鼓式制动器,它分成:
-一个支承体(10),它有一个中心环(12),用于定心和固定在汽车的车轴外壳上;以及有一个支座架(16),制动蹄(38)可沿圆周方向支承在支座架(16)上;以及
-一块后板(22),制动蹄(38)可沿轴向支靠在后板(22)上,
其特征为:支承体(10)有一个用于车轮转速传感器(46)的支架(20)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:支座架(16)和支架(20)有一个公共的轴向中心面(B)。
3.按照权利要求2所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:支承体(10)设计为总体上相对于中心面(B)对称。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:支架(20)沿径向设置。
5.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:在支座架(16)上整体式地制有一个制动蹄(32,34)的支座(18)。
6.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:支承体(10)采用压铸法用铝制成。
7.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:在支承体(10)与后板(22)之间装有一个减震垫(54)。
8.按照权利要求1至3之一所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:支承体(10)还有一个用于机械操纵制动器的制动钢线(60)外套(58)的支架(56)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的鼓式制动器,其特征为:在支架(56)上连接着一个通道(64),制动钢线(60)在此通道内穿过支承体(10)通到制动臂(62)。
