保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,包括钢卷基板,所述钢卷基板的正面从内至外依次设有锌层、表底漆层、耐水涂层、银粉漆层、面漆层;所述钢卷基板的背面从内至外依次设有内底漆层、防腐蚀涂料层、水性防锈涂层。所述表底漆层、耐水涂层、银粉漆层的厚度为15~25微米;所述内底漆层、防腐蚀涂料层、水性防锈涂层的厚度为20~30微米;所述面漆层的厚度为30~40微米。本发明提供的一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,具备良好的保温、隔热效果;具备良好的物理强度,同时耐腐蚀性好。

技术领域
本发明属于彩涂板制造领域,具体涉及一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板。
背景技术
彩钢板的基板为冷轧基板、热镀锌基板或电镀锌基板。彩钢板的表面状态可分为涂层板、压花板和印花板,彩钢板广泛用于建筑家电和交通运输等行业,对于建筑业主要用于钢结构厂房、机场、库房和冷冻等工业及商业建筑的屋顶墙面和门等,民用建筑采用彩钢板的较少。对于应用在化工生产车间建造的彩钢板,要求彩钢板具备一定的耐腐蚀性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其设计合理,具备良好的保温隔热效果,同时耐腐蚀性佳。
本发明的技术方案为:一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,包括钢卷基板,所述钢卷基板的正面从内至外依次设有锌层、表底漆层、耐水涂层、银粉漆层、面漆层;所述钢卷基板的背面从内至外依次设有内底漆层、防腐蚀涂料层、水性防锈涂层。
作为优选的,所述表底漆层为聚氨酯底漆层。
作为优选的,所述防腐蚀涂料层为FT-01重防腐涂料层。
作为优选的,所述水性防锈涂层为TXL-9501水性防锈涂料层。
作为优选的,所述表底漆层、耐水涂层、银粉漆层的厚度为15~25微米;所述内底漆层、防腐蚀涂料层、水性防锈涂层的厚度为20~30微米;所述面漆层的厚度为30~40微米。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,具备良好的保温、隔热效果;具备良好的物理强度,同时耐腐蚀性好。

如图1所示,一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,包括钢卷基板1,所述钢卷基板1的正面从内至外依次设有锌层2、表底漆层3、耐水涂层4、银粉漆层5、面漆层6;所述钢卷基板1的背面从内至外依次设有内底漆层7、防腐蚀涂料层8、水性防锈涂层9。
所述表底漆层3为聚氨酯底漆层。
所述防腐蚀涂料层8为FT-01重防腐涂料层。
所述水性防锈涂层9为TXL-9501水性防锈涂料层。
所述表底漆层3、耐水涂层4、银粉漆层5的厚度为15~25微米;所述内底漆层7、防腐蚀涂料层8、水性防锈涂层9的厚度为20~30微米;所述面漆层6的厚度为30~40微米。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温耐腐蚀复合彩涂板,其特征在于:所述表底漆层、耐水涂层、银粉漆层的厚度为15~25微米;所述内底漆层、防腐蚀涂料层、水性防锈涂层的厚度为20~30微米;所述面漆层的厚度为30~40微米。
