本发明公开了一种纳米陶瓷材料,按照重量份数计,陶瓷材料的组分包括:30‑45份氮化铝,6‑10份氮化硼,5‑10份硅藻土,4‑8份纳米氧化锆,5‑15份玻璃纤维,1‑3份碳纤维,5‑9份纳米二氧化锆,3‑6份氧化镁,2‑4份氧化镓,20‑30份纳米氧化锌‑纳米氧化钛。本发明的纳米陶瓷材料是在原来的氮化铝、氮化硼的基础上,添加了纳米氧化锆和纳米二氧化锆等纳米组分,制备的纳米级陶瓷材料具有高硬度、高强度、耐高温等优良性能,能够满足陶瓷材料后续的制造加工要求。

本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体涉及一种纳米陶瓷材料。
背景技术
传统的硅铝酸盐陶瓷,纯度较差,颗粒粒度不均,成型压强不高,无法满足市场需求。随着陶瓷制造技术的发展,陶瓷材料的性能也越来越好。陶瓷材料具有一定的孔隙率,孔隙率不但能够确保陶瓷材料具有特殊的优异性能,而且能够减轻陶瓷材料的重量,不同的原料制备的陶瓷的各项性能不同,怎样提高陶瓷材料的力学性能、热特性、电特性等性能,是陶瓷材料需要进一步解决的问题。
复合陶瓷材料具有硬度高、耐磨性好、热化学稳定性强等优良性能,被应用在众多领域中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种陶瓷材料,本发明的陶瓷材料的综合性能较好,强度较高,并且具有较好的孔隙率。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:

S102对混合溶液进行水浴蒸干,然后放于烘箱中进行干燥,再放入马弗炉中进行高温焙烧,制得纳米氧化锌粉体;
S103将制得的纳米氧化锌粉体、无水乙醇和冰醋酸混合,继续加入钛酸丁酯进行水解,水浴蒸干后进行干燥处理,制得纳米氧化锌与纳米二氧化钛的复合粉体。
优选地,S102中高温焙烧的温度为700-900℃,焙烧2-4h。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明的陶瓷材料具有良好的耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,并且其力学强度较高,陶瓷内部具有均匀的孔隙率,提高了陶瓷材料的综合性能。
2.本发明的纳米陶瓷材料是在原来的氮化铝、氮化硼的基础上,添加了纳米氧化锆和纳米二氧化锆等纳米组分,制备的纳米级陶瓷材料具有高硬度、高强度、耐高温等优良性能,能够满足陶瓷材料后续的制造加工要求。
3.本发明的纳米陶瓷材料中,添加了纳米氧化锌-纳米氧化钛,使材料具有较好的抗菌性能。
