本发明公开了一种基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,按重量份计包括如下组分:中空氧化锆100份、高铝矾土熟料15~20份、铝酸钙水泥5~8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2~5份、气相二氧化硅3~6份、水合硅酸镁超细粉5~7份、矾土1~4份、柠檬酸钠1~3份。本发明制备出的隔热材料隔热性能显著提高。

Description

一种基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于耐火隔热材料领域,具体涉及一种制备中空氧化锆隔热纤维的方法。
背景技术
工业生产中,隔热部件大量使用了纤维状的氧化锆,二氧化锆(ZrO2)具有良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性,优良的高温导电性及较高的高温强度和韧性,良好的抗腐蚀性和稳定性,是目前发展迅速的特种陶瓷的重要原料,可用于生产高温结构陶瓷、生物陶瓷和电子陶瓷等。二氧化锆还具有马氏体相变的特性,这是二氧化锆被用来提高陶瓷材料的韧性和耐火材料热震稳定性的重要依据。(尹衍升,李嘉.氧化锆陶瓷及其复合材料[M].北京:化学工业出版社,2003:1-10) 氧化钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)陶瓷具有高的机械强度、良好的高温热稳定性和耐化学腐蚀性能等。作为炉衬材料,大大节省了热工窑炉中由于炉衬材料所造成的能源消耗,在节能方面为热工窑炉上了新的台阶。(胡利明,陈琳,高杰等.隔热陶瓷纤维及制品[J],现在技术陶瓷,2002(1):24-26.)氧化锆纤维具有优异的隔热性能,同时能在高温下连续工作,因此在隔热耐火材料中占有极其重要的地位。它在航空器、航天器绝热部件,电池隔膜,各种加热炉、等静压炉、保温均热炉、宝石炉炉衬,原子能反应堆隔热部件等得到广泛的应用。目前使用的氧化锆纤维都为实心,这些纤维堆积在一起虽然具有较好的保温性能,但其实心构造却不利于锁定空气和获得更优异的隔热性能。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种简单、稳定、实用的制备中空氧化锆隔热纤维的方法。
技术方案:实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:本发明提供了一种基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,按重量份计包括如下组分:
中空氧化锆100份、高铝矾土熟料15~20份、铝酸钙水泥5~8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2~5份、气相二氧化硅3~6份、水合硅酸镁超细粉5~7份、矾土1~4 份、柠檬酸钠1~3份。
上述中空氧化锆的制备方法为:
(1)以含锆化合物和稳定剂硝酸钇为原料,以四氯化锡为添加物,将其混合,硝酸钇与含锆化合物的质量比为7.5:100,含锆化合物、四氯化锡质量比为 50:1~50:2。再将混合溶质溶于水配成溶液,含锆化合物与水质量比为10:100~20:100的溶液;
(2)将纤维状载体浸入上述溶液浸泡大于10min后,取出烘干;
(3)将经过前两个步骤的纤维状载体在有氧气氛中以1~30℃/min的升温速率烧结至500~1800℃,保温0~24h,制得中空氧化锆隔热纤维。
进一步地,步骤1中所述的含锆化合物为氧氯化锆、硝酸锆、锆的醇盐等;配成的溶液中含锆化合物与水的质量比优选10:100~20:100;
进一步地,步骤2中所述的纤维状载体为粘胶纤维、棉线、棉花纤维、蚕丝等;浸泡时间优选10min~2h;
进一步地,步骤3中所述的有氧气氛为空气、纯氧气气氛;升温速率优选2~ 10℃/min;烧结温度优选800~1400℃;保温时间优选0.5~2h。
上述基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物的制备方法,其制备步骤为:
1)、按重量称取相应原料组分,混合搅拌成料浆,使料浆呈流动性;
2)、将料浆倒入环形模具内,利用振动台振动或手持搅棒捣弄模具内的浆料,使浆料内的气泡充分排除,浆料密实,然后静止凝固;
3)、凝固出模,在室温下干燥20~24小时,再入80℃烘箱干燥26~32 小时;
4)、将干燥后的环形坯体放入窑炉内加温至1300℃,保温4~6小时即可出炉。
本发明纤维状载体经混合溶液浸泡后,含锆化合物、稳定剂以及水化后的五合四氯化锡产物Sn(OH)4进入到载体纤维中。在烘干并烧结的升温过程中,含锆化合物转变为氧化锆。较高温度时,纤维状载体分解烧蚀,稳定剂保证氧化锆不发生相变,留下氧化锆与氧化锡混合物的纤维,使得所得纤维表面并不光滑。此过程中,四氯化锡水解后产生的Sn(OH)4,为了降低表面能使得在烧结过程中由纤维内部向内收缩,在加上在烧结过程中纤维载体燃烧释放出的气体的冲击,使得氧化锆纤维呈中空状。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:
本发明中空氧化锆利用四氯化锡作为添加物,将其与氧氯化锆或硝酸锆原料混合并溶于水,再通过浸渍含锆溶液获得前驱体,高温煅烧后制备出呈中空状中空氧化锆纤维,能够与本发明其他组分相互配合,能够更大效率的利用中空氧化锆纤维功能,可以将空气划分为更细小的空间,在传热过程中,空气的流动比在实心纤维中更困难,热导率更低、有利于隔热性能的提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例中中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,其步骤如下:
(1)以氧氯化锆、硝酸锆等含锆化合物和稳定剂硝酸钇为原料,以四氯化锡为添加物,将其混合,硝酸钇与含锆化合物的质量比为7.5:100,含锆化合物、四氯化锡质量比为50:1~50:2。再将混合溶质溶于水配成溶液,含锆化合物与水的质量比为10:100~20:100;
(2)将粘胶纤维、棉线、棉花纤维等纤维状载体浸入上述溶液浸泡10min~ 2h后,取出烘干;
(3)将经过前两个步骤的纤维状载体在空气或纯氧气气氛中以2~10℃ /min的升温速率烧结至800~1400℃,保温0.5~2h,制得中空氧化锆隔热纤维。
实施例1
一种基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,按重量份计包括如下组分:
中空氧化锆100份、高铝矾土熟料20份、铝酸钙水泥5份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2份、气相二氧化硅3份、水合硅酸镁超细粉5份、矾土1份、柠檬酸钠 1份。
其中中空氧化锆的制备方法为:取20.43g的氧氯化锆溶入120ml去离子水中,加入硝酸钇稳定剂与五合四氯化锡混合,配制质量分数为8%的氧化锆浸渍溶液。将棉花纤维载体浸入上述溶液浸泡10min后,取出烘干;将烘干后的棉花纤维载体在空气中以3℃/min的升温速率烧结至800℃,保温2h,制得中空氧化锆隔热纤维。在800℃下烧结,从X射线衍射图谱可知该材料为单斜相与四方相的混合氧化锆。图1所示为制得的氧化锆纤维扫描电镜高倍率照片,可见纤维呈中空状。图3中a所示为氧化锆纤维扫描电镜低倍率照片,可见纤维连续性很好,从中可得出,热导率更低、隔热性能的提高。
上述基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物的制备方法,其制备步骤为:
1)、按重量称取相应原料组分,混合搅拌成料浆,使料浆呈流动性;
2)、将料浆倒入环形模具内,利用振动台振动或手持搅棒捣弄模具内的浆料,使浆料内的气泡充分排除,浆料密实,然后静止凝固;
3)、凝固出模,在室温下干燥20小时,再入80℃烘箱干燥26小时;
4)、将干燥后的环形坯体放入窑炉内加温至1300℃,保温4小时即可出炉
实施例2
一种基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,按重量份计包括如下组分:
中空氧化锆100份、高铝矾土熟料15份、铝酸钙水泥8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液5份、气相二氧化硅6份、水合硅酸镁超细粉7份、矾土4份、柠檬酸钠 3份。
其中中空氧化锆的制备方法为:取9.4、14.7、20.43g的硝酸锆分别溶入 120ml去离子水中,加入硝酸钇稳定剂与五合四氯化锡混合,分别配制质量分数为4%、6%、8%的浸渍溶液,将粘胶纤维浸渍到盐溶液10min后,挤出多余溶液并烘干,将烘干后的粘胶纤维载体在空气中以3℃/min的升温速率烧结至900℃,保温2h,煅烧后可得到氧化锆隔热纤维。从X射线衍射图谱可知该材料为四方相的氧化锆。图2所示为制得的氧化锆纤维扫描电镜高倍率照片,可见纤维部分呈中空状。图3中b所示为氧化锆纤维扫描电镜低倍率照片,可见所得纤维连续性很好,从中可得出,热导率更低、隔热性能的提高。
上述基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物的制备方法,其制备步骤为:
1)、按重量称取相应原料组分,混合搅拌成料浆,使料浆呈流动性;
2)、将料浆倒入环形模具内,利用振动台振动或手持搅棒捣弄模具内的浆料,使浆料内的气泡充分排除,浆料密实,然后静止凝固;
3)、凝固出模,在室温下干燥24小时,再入80℃烘箱干燥32小时;
4)、将干燥后的环形坯体放入窑炉内加温至1300℃,保温4~6小时即可出炉。
实施例1和2相对于传统隔热材料,其隔热性能提高25~30%。

1.一种基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,其特征在于:按重量份计包括如下组分:中空氧化锆100份、高铝矾土熟料15~20份、铝酸钙水泥5~8份、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液2~5份、气相二氧化硅3~6份、水合硅酸镁超细粉5~7份、矾土1~4份、柠檬酸钠1~3份;
其中,所述中空氧化锆的制备步骤如下:
步骤1、以含锆化合物和硝酸钇为原料,其中硝酸钇是稳定剂,以四氯化锡为添加物,将其混合,再将混合物溶于水配成溶液;
步骤2、将纤维状载体浸入步骤1中的溶液浸泡后,取出烘干;
步骤3、将经过步骤2的纤维状载体在有氧气氛中升温烧结,制得中空氧化锆隔热纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤1中硝酸钇与含锆化合物的质量比为7.5:100。
3.根据权利要求1所述基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤1中含锆化合物与四氯化锡质量比为50:1~50:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述基于中空氧化锆的隔热材料组合物,其特征在于:所述步骤1中含锆化合物与水质量比为10:100~20:100。
