Abstract
一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料,由以下原料组成:烧结刚玉、氧化锆纤维、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、氧化钇、二氧化硅微粉,其中,烧结刚玉、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球为骨料,氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、氧化钇、为基质;上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉15~20份、氧化锆纤维10~20份、氧化锆铝空心球5~10份、氧化铝空心球20~25份、氧化铝微粉20~25份、二氧化硅微粉5~10份、氧化钇5~10份。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料。
背景技术
轻质隔热耐火浇注料是指低导热系数和低热容量的耐火浇注料,也称保温耐火浇注料。隔热耐火浇注料主要是通过引入气孔的方式来获得低热导率,一般来讲材料的气孔率越高其热导率越低,气孔的孔径越小材料的热导率也越低隔热效果越好。隔热耐火材料在降低高温设备的能源消耗、满足高温特殊工艺要求上有着广泛的用途。
发明内容
本发明提供一种抗震性能好的含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料。
一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料, 由以下原料组成:烧结刚玉、氧化锆纤维、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、氧化钇、二氧化硅微粉,其中,烧结刚玉、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球为骨料,氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、氧化钇、为基质;上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉15~20份、氧化锆纤维10~20份、氧化锆铝空心球5~10份、氧化铝空心球20~25份、氧化铝微粉20~25份、二氧化硅微粉5~10份、氧化钇5~10份。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比,骨料中的氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球具有特殊的表面结构且内部空心,表面凹凸不平,增大接触比表面积,使得骨料与基质中氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉结合牢固,既提高了耐火性能,又增加了物料的强度以及保温效果,以及利用氧化钇来保持氧化锆纤维、氧化锆铝空心球的稳定性,进而提高含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料的耐散列性和耐腐蚀性。

实施例1
一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料, 由以下原料组成:烧结刚玉、氧化锆纤维、氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉,其中,烧结刚玉、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆纤维为骨料,氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉为基质;上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉15份、氧化锆纤维20份、氧化锆铝空心球10份、氧化铝空心球20份、氧化铝微粉20份、二氧化硅微粉5份、氧化钇10份。
实施例2
一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料, 由以下原料组成:烧结刚玉、氧化锆纤维、氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉,其中,烧结刚玉、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆纤维为骨料,氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉为基质;上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉20份、氧化锆纤维10份、氧化锆铝空心球5份、氧化铝空心球25份、氧化铝微粉25份、二氧化硅微粉10份、氧化钇5份。
实施例3
一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料, 由以下原料组成:烧结刚玉、氧化锆纤维、氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉,其中,烧结刚玉、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆纤维为骨料,氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉为基质;上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉18份、氧化锆纤维15份、氧化锆铝空心球8份、氧化铝空心球22份、氧化铝微粉22份、二氧化硅微粉7份、氧化钇8份。
上述隔热耐火浇注料的骨料中,综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比,骨料中的氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球具有特殊的表面结构且内部空心,表面凹凸不平,增大接触比表面积,使得骨料与基质中氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉结合牢固,既提高了耐火性能,又增加了物料的强度以及保温效果,以及利用氧化钇来保持氧化锆纤维、氧化锆铝空心球的稳定性,进而提高含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料的耐散列性和耐腐蚀性。

1.一种含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:烧结刚玉、氧化锆纤维、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球、氧化铝微粉、氧化钇、二氧化硅微粉,其中,烧结刚玉、氧化铝空心球、氧化锆铝空心球为骨料,氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、氧化钇、为基质;上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉15~20份、氧化锆纤维10~20份、氧化锆铝空心球5~10份、氧化铝空心球20~25份、氧化铝微粉20~25份、二氧化硅微粉5~10份、氧化钇5~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料,其特征在于:上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉15份、氧化锆纤维20份、氧化锆铝空心球10份、氧化铝空心球20份、氧化铝微粉20份、二氧化硅微粉5份、氧化钇10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料,其特征在于:上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉20份、氧化锆纤维10份、氧化锆铝空心球5份、氧化铝空心球25份、氧化铝微粉25份、二氧化硅微粉10份、氧化钇5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有耐火空心球的隔热耐火浇注料,其特征在于:上述原料的重量份数为:烧结刚玉18份、氧化锆纤维15份、氧化锆铝空心球8份、氧化铝空心球22份、氧化铝微粉22份、二氧化硅微粉7份、氧化钇8份。
