A barreled water delivery vehicle in accordance with claim 3, wherein: the self-locking mechanism (3) comprises a first fixing plate (3-1), a second fixing plate (3-2), a third fixing plate (3-3), a connecting rod (3-4) and a claw bolt (3-5), wherein the first fixing plate (3-1) and the second fixing plate (3-2) are fixed on a left clamp body (19-2), the first fixing plate (3-1) is located above the second fixing plate (3-2) and a gap is reserved between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, the third fixing plate (3-3) is fixed on a right clamp body (19-3), the connecting rod (3-4) is connected between the first fixing plate (3-1) and the second fixing plate (3-2), the claw bolt (3-5) is sleeved on the connecting rod (3-4), and the claw bolt (3-5) is locked through a nut (3-6) after penetrating through the third fixing plate (3-3).
