As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the manual casing bracket of the present disclosure includes a base 1, a case side bracket 2, a case bottom bracket 3, a case side bracket support 4, a first case bottom bracket positioning member 5, and a second case bottom bracket positioning member 6.
The box side support 2 includes a box side support main body 21, and a base hinge portion 22, a box side support hinge portion 23, and a second box bottom support positioning piece sliding portion 24 provided on the box side support main body 21. when manual boxing operation is required, the box side support 2 is supported on the base 1 by the box side support supporting member 4, the position of the second bottom bracket positioning member 6 on the box side support 2 is adjusted according to the size of the smoke box, and the bottom bracket 3 is adjusted according to the size of the smoke box to be matched with the first bottom bracket positioning member 5 or the second bottom bracket positioning member 6, so that the bottom bracket 3 is mounted on the box side support 2. As shown in FIG. 2, the bottom box support 3 cooperates with a second bottom box support locating feature 6 to enable a smaller volume of cartons to be carried on the manual binning support. As shown in FIG. 3, the bottom box support 3 cooperates with the first bottom box support locating feature 5 to enable a larger volume of cartons to be carried on the manual binning support. As shown in FIG. 5, the bottom surface of the rectangular smoke box 01 is in contact with the box bottom bracket 3, and the side surface of the smoke box 01 is in contact with the box side bracket 2.
When manual boxing operation is not required, the box side support 2, the bottom box support 3, the box side support 4, the first bottom box support positioning member 5 and the second bottom box support positioning member 6 can be rotated to be folded together as shown in fig. 4, so that the volume of the manual boxing support is reduced, and the manual boxing support is convenient to store.
The bottom bracket 3 of the manual boxing bracket can be matched with the first bottom bracket positioning piece 5 or the second bottom bracket positioning piece 6, so that the bottom bracket 3 is arranged at different positions of the side bracket 2 of the box body, the structure is simple, the manual boxing bracket is easy to store and place, the weight is light, and the manual boxing bracket is suitable for smoke boxes with different specifications and sizes.
In one embodiment of the disclosed manual case support, in order to more easily fold the case side support 2 over the base 1, the base 1 is provided with case side support runner 11. The second end of the box side bracket support 4 is in sliding engagement with the box side bracket support runner 11.
Further, the box side support runner 11 includes a support section 111 and a folding section 112. A limiting block 1110 is arranged in the supporting section 111.

In one embodiment of the disclosed hand-binning bracket, the base 1 is U-shaped in its widthwise cross-section in order to more efficiently receive the hand-binning bracket. The base hinge 22 is hinged to the side wall of the base 1. 2. A hand-binning bracket according to claim 1, characterised in that the base is provided with a box-side bracket support runner, the second end of the box-side bracket support being in sliding engagement with the box-side bracket support runner.
3. The manual boxing stand of claim 2, wherein the box side stand support runner includes a support section and a folding section, the support section having a stop block therein;
the manual boxing support has an unfolding state and a folding state;
in the unfolded state, the second end of the box side bracket supporting piece is abutted against the limiting block, and the box side bracket supporting piece supports the box side bracket;
in the folded state, the second end of the box side support is located within the folded section, and the box side support stops supporting the box side support.
4. A hand-binning bracket according to claim 1, characterised in that a bin slot is provided in the base, said bin slot being arranged to fit into an angled region of the outer surface of a smoke bin to locate the smoke bin on the base.

The hand-stowable support according to claim 1, wherein the box side support body includes a transverse bar, an end connection plate and two longitudinal bars parallel to each other, the end connection plate being fixedly connected to one end of the longitudinal bars remote from the base, the transverse bar being fixedly connected at each end to the two longitudinal bars, and the transverse bar being located between the base hinge and the box side support hinge.
6. The manual binning bracket of claim 1, wherein said locator portion has a tubular configuration;
the first box bottom support positioning part comprises a first positioning rod, the second box bottom support positioning part comprises a second positioning rod, and the positioning part is in sleeve fit with the first positioning rod or the second positioning rod;
the bottom bracket of the box body further comprises a locking piece, and the locking piece is used for locking the positioning piece positioning part and the first positioning rod or the second positioning rod.
7. The manual binning bracket of claim 6, wherein said first bin bottom bracket positioning member further comprises a first rotational axis, said first positioning rod fixedly connected to said first rotational axis;
the first box bottom support positioning piece is hinged with the box side support through the first rotating shaft, and the base hinged portion is hinged with the base through the first rotating shaft.
8. The hand-binning bracket of claim 7, wherein said first locating bar has an L-shape, the short arm of said first locating bar being connected to said first rotation axis and the long arm of said first locating bar being perpendicular to said first rotation axis;
the base is further provided with a supporting seat, and the supporting seat is used for abutting against the long arm of the first locating rod or the locating part so as to support the first locating rod or the bottom bracket of the box body.

The manual boxing stand of claim 6, wherein the second bottom stand positioning member further comprises a second rotating shaft and a second rotating shaft positioning portion, the second positioning rod and the second rotating shaft positioning portion are both fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft, and the second rotating shaft positioning portion extends outward from the surface of the second rotating shaft;
a second bottom box support positioning piece sliding groove is formed in the second bottom box support positioning piece sliding portion, extends along the length direction of the box side portion support main body, and is provided with a sawtooth-shaped inner wall;

the second rotating shaft positioning part is arranged to be used for abutting against a tooth socket of the second bottom box support positioning part sliding groove, so that the second bottom box support positioning part is limited in the second bottom box support positioning part sliding groove.
10. A hand-binning bracket according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the base is U-shaped in transverse cross-section, the base hinges being hinged to side walls of the base.
