Abstract

Изобретение относится к многооборотной транспортной таре для размещения в ней стеклянных бутылок и других различных штучных предметов. Предлагаемый ящик складной многооборотный содержит торцевые стенки, днище, фиксаторы ящика в рабочем положении и поярусно установленные горизонтальные решётки из продольных и поперечных соединительных элементов, шарнирно закреплённых на торцевых стенках и образующих ячейки для размещения предметов. Новым является то, что передняя и задняя торцевые стенки выполнены Г-образной формы, левая и правая торцевые стенки, шарнирно соединены с укороченной, не превышающей размер ячейки, частью одной из Г-образных торцевых стенок, а с другой стороны - с удлинённой частью противоположно расположенной Г-образной торцевой стенки с возможностью их складывания в нерабочее положение с максимально уменьшенным общим объёмом и сохранением прямоугольной формы, удобной для плотной и компактной их укладки с учётом значительного уменьшения занимаемых объёмов, при этом левая и правая боковые торцевые стенки содержат вверху и внизу со стороны шарнирного соединения с удлиненной частью соответствующей Г-образной торцевой стенки перпендикулярные консольно выступающие кронштейны с возможностью, при рабочем положении ящика, размещения их в выполненных гнёздах на упомянутых частях соответствующих Г-образных торцевых стенок и возможностью, при сложении ящика, поворота их в вертикальное положение с учётом исключения провисания в нём посредине горизонтально расположенных стенок и обеспечения достаточной опорной возможности для их многократной укладки друг на друга и складирования; днище выполненоThe invention relates to reusable transport packaging for placing in it glass bottles and other various piece goods.
