本发明涉及包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:向欧松板板体表面喷洒去离子水,冷冻4‑15小时;将欧松板板体升温到140‑185℃,用抗菌液浸泡;用紫外线照射,然后将欧松板送入烘干机烘干;向欧松板表面喷洒胶粘剂,向胶粘剂表面喷洒雾化水杨酸;向欧松板表面喷淋防腐层;保温结束后向欧松板表面喷淋纯酒精;将欧松板先在烘干机干燥。本发明利用抗菌液浸泡欧松板使得欧松板不易受到霉菌腐蚀,水杨酸能使得胶粘剂和防腐层之间形成不规则的交联,大大增强胶粘剂对防腐层的胶合力,防腐层在欧松板表面形成淋膜使得欧松板在露天雨水冲刷和强光照、强紫外线的照射下都不会开裂和鼓包。

背景技术
欧松板(定向刨花板,OSB(Oriented Strand Board))已发展成为我国建筑材料和装饰材料市场上的一个重要产品部类,并逐渐成为装饰装修行业的主流板材,更成为中高档装修的标志性用材。欧松板以具有环保意义的速生林和间伐林为原料,用专用设备加工成40-100mm长、5-20mm宽、0.3-0.7mm厚的刨片,经干燥、施胶、定向铺装、连续热压等多道先进工艺制造而成。
目前欧松板在作为包装箱主材时,在室外长时间放置,会因为风吹雨淋造成包装箱受潮膨胀疏松,最终导致欧松板制包装箱开裂破碎,不能再作为包装板继续使用了。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)向欧松板板体表面喷洒去离子水,每平米喷洒0.01kg,然后将欧松板板体送入-50℃冷库内冷冻4-15小时;
(2)取出欧松板板体并在1-3分钟内将欧松板板体升温到140-185℃,然后将欧松板用抗菌液浸泡3-5小时;
(3)捞出欧松板并将欧松板用紫外线照射20-50分钟,然后将欧松板送入烘干机烘干;
(4)烘干结束向欧松板表面喷洒胶粘剂,胶黏剂厚度为0.2-0.4mm,喷洒结束向胶粘剂表面喷洒雾化水杨酸,按每平米喷洒0.003kg的标准;
(5)向欧松板表面喷淋防腐层,防腐层厚度为1-2mm喷淋结束后将欧松板表面升温至100-140℃并保持该温度20-30分钟;
(6)保温结束后向欧松板表面喷淋纯酒精,按每平米喷洒0.001kg的标准;
(7)将欧松板先在120-150℃的烘干机干燥1分钟,然后在1分钟内将烘干机降温至60-80℃,然后继续烘干20-30分钟即可。
进一步地,所述抗菌液由如下重量份原料制成:乙醇20-24份、陈皮2-3份、金银花2-3份、海藻酸1-2份、山梨酸甲酯1-2份;其制备方法是:将陈皮、金银花投入乙醇浸泡48小时,然后捞出陈皮、金银花,将海藻酸、山梨酸甲酯投入浸泡液中混合均匀即可。
进一步地,每1kg胶粘剂由以下重量的原料混合制成:聚丁二烯乳胶0.15kg、松香0.25kg、水0.2kg、羧酸0.2kg、水杨酸0.1kg、柯巴树脂0.1kg;其制备工艺是将各个原料在45-60℃下混合均匀即可。
进一步地,所述防腐层由如下重量份原料制成:滑石粉1-2份、三乙醇胺4-6份、三氯生2-3份、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.1-0.2份、医用磷酸锌0.2-0.4份、二甲基硅油10-14份;其制备方法是:将滑石粉、医用磷酸锌磨成20-50目的细粉,然后再与其他原料混合均匀即可。
进一步地,步骤(7)中烘干机降温至70℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用抗菌液浸泡欧松板使得欧松板不易受到霉菌腐蚀,水杨酸能使得胶粘剂和防腐层之间形成不规则的交联,大大增强胶粘剂对防腐层的胶合力,防腐层在欧松板表面形成淋膜使得欧松板在露天雨水冲刷和强光照、强紫外线的照射下都不会开裂和鼓包、不会受潮膨胀疏松,保温结束向欧松板表面喷洒纯酒精能增强防腐层的抗划伤能力。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)向欧松板板体表面喷洒去离子水,每平米喷洒0.01kg,然后将欧松板板体送入-50℃冷库内冷冻10小时;
(2)取出欧松板板体并在1-3分钟内将欧松板板体升温到160℃,然后将欧松板用抗菌液浸泡4小时;
(3)捞出欧松板并将欧松板用紫外线照射35分钟,然后将欧松板送入烘干机烘干;
(4)烘干结束向欧松板表面喷洒胶粘剂,胶黏剂厚度为0.3mm,喷洒结束向胶粘剂表面喷洒雾化水杨酸,按每平米喷洒0.003kg的标准;
(5)向欧松板表面喷淋防腐层,防腐层厚度为1.5mm喷淋结束后将欧松板表面升温至120℃并保持该温度25分钟;
(6)保温结束后向欧松板表面喷淋纯酒精,按每平米喷洒0.001kg的标准;
(7)将欧松板先在135℃的烘干机干燥1分钟,然后在1分钟内将烘干机降温至70℃,然后继续烘干25分钟即可。
抗菌液由如下重量份原料制成:乙醇22kg、陈皮2.5kg、金银花2.5kg、海藻酸1.5kg、山梨酸甲酯1.5kg;其制备方法是:将陈皮、金银花投入乙醇浸泡48小时,然后捞出陈皮、金银花,将海藻酸、山梨酸甲酯投入浸泡液中混合均匀即可。
每1kg胶粘剂由以下重量的原料混合制成:聚丁二烯乳胶0.15kg、松香0.25kg、水0.2kg、羧酸0.2kg、水杨酸0.1kg、柯巴树脂0.1kg;其制备工艺是将各个原料在45-60℃下混合均匀即可。
防腐层由如下重量份原料制成:滑石粉1.5kg、三乙醇胺5kg、三氯生2.5kg、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.15kg、医用磷酸锌0.3kg、二甲基硅油12kg;其制备方法是:将滑石粉、医用磷酸锌磨成20-50目的细粉,然后再与其他原料混合均匀即可。
实施例2
一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)向欧松板板体表面喷洒去离子水,每平米喷洒0.01kg,然后将欧松板板体送入-50℃冷库内冷冻4小时;
(2)取出欧松板板体并在1-3分钟内将欧松板板体升温到140℃,然后将欧松板用抗菌液浸泡3小时;
(3)捞出欧松板并将欧松板用紫外线照射20分钟,然后将欧松板送入烘干机烘干;
(4)烘干结束向欧松板表面喷洒胶粘剂,胶黏剂厚度为0.2mm,喷洒结束向胶粘剂表面喷洒雾化水杨酸,按每平米喷洒0.003kg的标准;
(5)向欧松板表面喷淋防腐层,防腐层厚度为1mm喷淋结束后将欧松板表面升温至100℃并保持该温度20分钟;
(6)保温结束后向欧松板表面喷淋纯酒精,按每平米喷洒0.001kg的标准;
(7)将欧松板先在120℃的烘干机干燥1分钟,然后在1分钟内将烘干机降温至60℃,然后继续烘干20分钟即可。

(1)向欧松板板体表面喷洒去离子水,每平米喷洒0.01kg,然后将欧松板板体送入-50℃冷库内冷冻15小时;
(2)取出欧松板板体并在1-3分钟内将欧松板板体升温到185℃,然后将欧松板用抗菌液浸泡5小时;
(3)捞出欧松板并将欧松板用紫外线照射50分钟,然后将欧松板送入烘干机烘干;
(4)烘干结束向欧松板表面喷洒胶粘剂,胶黏剂厚度为0.4mm,喷洒结束向胶粘剂表面喷洒雾化水杨酸,按每平米喷洒0.003kg的标准;
(5)向欧松板表面喷淋防腐层,防腐层厚度为2mm喷淋结束后将欧松板表面升温至140℃并保持该温度30分钟;
(6)保温结束后向欧松板表面喷淋纯酒精,按每平米喷洒0.001kg的标准;
(7)将欧松板先在150℃的烘干机干燥1分钟,然后在1分钟内将烘干机降温至80℃,然后继续烘干30分钟即可。
抗菌液由如下重量份原料制成:乙醇24kg、陈皮3kg、金银花3kg、海藻酸2kg、山梨酸甲酯2kg;其制备方法是:将陈皮、金银花投入乙醇浸泡48小时,然后捞出陈皮、金银花,将海藻酸、山梨酸甲酯投入浸泡液中混合均匀即可。
每1kg胶粘剂由以下重量的原料混合制成:聚丁二烯乳胶0.15kg、松香0.25kg、水0.2kg、羧酸0.2kg、水杨酸0.1kg、柯巴树脂0.1kg;其制备工艺是将各个原料在45-60℃下混合均匀即可。
防腐层由如下重量份原料制成:滑石粉2kg、三乙醇胺6kg、三氯生3kg、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.2kg、医用磷酸锌0.4kg、二甲基硅油14kg;其制备方法是:将滑石粉、医用磷酸锌磨成20-50目的细粉,然后再与其他原料混合均匀即可。
防腐层即为在欧松板表面形成淋膜层。
实验
本实施例1、2、3制成的淋膜欧松板与普通欧松板相比性能如下表:
由上表可知,本发明的淋膜欧松板性能明显优于普通欧松板。

Claims (5)
1.一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)向欧松板板体表面喷洒去离子水,每平米喷洒0.01kg,然后将欧松板板体送入-50℃冷库内冷冻4-15小时;
(2)取出欧松板板体并在1-3分钟内将欧松板板体升温到140-185℃,然后将欧松板用抗菌液浸泡3-5小时;
(3)捞出欧松板并将欧松板用紫外线照射20-50分钟,然后将欧松板送入烘干机烘干;
(4)烘干结束向欧松板表面喷洒胶粘剂,胶粘剂厚度为0.2-0.4mm,喷洒结束向胶粘剂表面喷洒雾化水杨酸,按每平米喷洒0.003kg的标准;
(5)向欧松板表面喷淋防腐层,防腐层厚度为1-2mm,喷淋结束后将欧松板表面升温至100-140℃并保持该温度20-30分钟;
(6)保温结束后向欧松板表面喷淋纯酒精,按每平米喷洒0.001kg的标准;
(7)将欧松板先在120-150℃的烘干机干燥1分钟,然后在1分钟内将烘干机降温至60-80℃,然后继续烘干20-30分钟即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌液由如下重量份原料制成:乙醇20-24份、陈皮2-3份、金银花2-3份、海藻酸1-2份、山梨酸甲酯1-2份;其制备方法是:将陈皮、金银花投入乙醇浸泡48小时,然后捞出陈皮、金银花,将海藻酸、山梨酸甲酯投入浸泡液中混合均匀即可。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,其特征在于,每1kg胶粘剂由以下重量的原料混合制成:聚丁二烯乳胶0.15kg、松香0.25kg、水0.2kg、羧酸0.2kg、水杨酸0.1kg、柯巴树脂0.1kg;其制备工艺是将各个原料在45-60℃下混合均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述防腐层由如下重量份原料制成:滑石粉1-2份、三乙醇胺4-6份、三氯生2-3份、二硫化二苯并噻唑0.1-0.2份、医用磷酸锌0.2-0.4份、二甲基硅油10-14份;其制备方法是:将滑石粉、医用磷酸锌磨成20-50目的细粉,然后再与其他原料混合均匀即可。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋膜欧松板的制作工艺,其特征在于,步骤(7)中烘干机降温至70℃。
