本发明涉及一种筒管切割器,本筒管切割器包括有基座和切割部,所述基座包括有操作板、定位环和安装在定位环上的夹持臂,所述夹持臂由弹性材料做成;操作板和定位环由电池供电;所述切割部包括有动力圆饼,在所述动力圆饼内设置有供电电源、控制器、陀螺稳定仪和驱动器;陀螺稳定仪、控制器和驱动器与供电电源电性连接,控制器与操作板无线匹配连接;在所述动力圆饼上还安装有定位器,所述定位器与定位环无线匹配;在所述动力圆饼的外部同轴的套设有切割环,切割环由驱动器带动转动;该筒管切割器结构新颖独特,能够在保证筒管完好的情况下高效切割,有效避免筒管破裂,影响其保护效果。

本发明涉及一种切割器,特别的,是一种切割筒管的切割器。
背景技术
筒管具有一定的弹性和刚度,常作为线路的保护管使用,它能够保护内部的线路不受压迫、磨损,延长电线的使用寿命;由于筒管具有一定的弹性,因此使用传统的切割器进行切割时,筒管会形变,不方便施力;若使用过大的力气压迫切割,筒管可能被压扁、破裂;因此,筒管切割不是十分高效便利,甚至在施力切割过程中,筒管形变容易造成切割器打滑,对操作者造成一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种筒管切割器,该筒管切割器结构新颖独特,能够在保证筒管完好的情况下高效切割,有效避免筒管破裂,影响其保护效果。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本筒管切割器包括有基座和切割部,
所述基座包括有操作板、定位环和安装在定位环上的夹持臂,所述夹持臂由弹性材料做成;操作板和定位环由电池供电;
所述切割部包括有动力圆饼,在所述动力圆饼内设置有供电电源、控制器、陀螺稳定仪和驱动器;陀螺稳定仪、控制器和驱动器与供电电源电性连接,控制器与操作板无线匹配连接;在所述动力圆饼上还安装有定位器,所述定位器与定位环无线匹配;
在所述动力圆饼的外部同轴的套设有切割环,切割环由驱动器带动转动。
本发明的有益效果是:将本筒管切割器的定位环放置在筒管待切割的位置处,使用夹持臂将定位环固定;将切割部沿筒管的轴线送入管筒,使得切割部到达定位环对应的位置处;定位环与定位器匹配后,定位器带动切割部稳定在固定位置处,在陀螺稳定仪的作用下,此时切割环上的刀刃正对筒管的管壁,控制操作板无线调节控制器,进而导通驱动器的电路,驱动器带动切割环转动,进而从内部对筒管进行切割;切割过程中缓慢转动筒管,即可从内部对筒管进行均匀的切割,进而切断筒管。
在切割过程中,切割环不会对筒管施加过大的压迫力,有效防止筒管变形、破裂,最大限度的保护筒管的形态;切割后的筒管切口平整,外形美观;本发明的结构精巧,方便携带;面对各种尺寸的筒管,均能够高效切割,增大了切割器的适用性;同时,切割环放置在筒管内部,切割过程中,不会伤及使用者,操作更安全;切割后的粉尘不易飞扬,保留在筒管内,便于收集、清理;因此,具有多方面的优势。
作为优选,所述定位环包括有永磁环,所述定位器包括有永磁片,永磁环与永磁片异极相对;永磁环的内环径大于永磁片的外径;在磁吸力和陀螺稳定仪的辅助下,切割部能够稳定的立于筒管的管壁上,便于切割环的切割。
作为优选,所述驱动器旋转对称的分布在所述动力圆饼上;以便于为切割环提供均匀、稳定的驱动力。
作为优选,夹持臂对称的分布在定位环的四周;所述夹持臂由铁磁性材料做成,在所述夹持臂上开设有裂缝;铁磁性材料与永磁片之间存在较强的磁力场,而裂缝处的磁场较弱;定位器在定位环和夹持臂的磁场作用力下保持稳定后,该裂缝通过永磁片的中心,即对应切割环的位置,用户通过观察裂缝的位置,即可直观的了解到切割部切割的位置;该结构能够大大方便切割操作。

具体实施方式
实施例:
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,本筒管切割器包括有基座和切割部,
所述基座包括有操作板1、定位环2和安装在定位环2上的夹持臂3,所述夹持臂3由弹性材料做成;操作板1和定位环2由电池供电;定位环2内包括有永磁环;所述夹持臂3对称的分布在定位环2的四周;所述夹持臂3由铁磁性材料做成,在所述夹持臂3上开设有裂缝31;
所述切割部包括有动力圆饼4,在所述动力圆饼4内设置有供电电源、控制器41、陀螺稳定仪5和驱动器6;所述驱动器6旋转对称的分布在所述动力圆饼4上;陀螺稳定仪5、控制器41和驱动器6与供电电源电性连接,控制器41与操作板1无线匹配连接;在所述动力圆饼4上还安装有定位器7,所述定位器7与定位环2无线匹配;定位器7包括有永磁片,永磁环的内环径大于永磁片的外径;
在所述动力圆饼4的外部同轴的套设有切割环8,切割环8由驱动器6带动转动。
将本筒管切割器的定位环2放置在筒管待切割的位置处,使用夹持臂3将定位环2固定;将切割部沿筒管的轴线送入筒管,使得切割部到达定位环2对应的位置处;定位环2与定位器7匹配后,定位器7带动切割部稳定在固定位置处,在本实施例中,定位环2与定位器7异极相吸,铁磁性材料与永磁片之间存在较强的磁力场,而裂缝31处的磁场较弱;定位器7在定位环2和夹持臂3的磁场作用力下保持稳定后,该裂缝31通过永磁片的中心,即对应切割环8的位置,在陀螺稳定仪5的作用下,此时切割环8上的刀刃正对筒管的管壁,控制操作板1无线调节控制器41,进而导通驱动器6的电路,驱动器6带动切割环8转动,进而从内部对筒管进行切割;切割过程中缓慢转动筒管,即可从内部对筒管进行均匀的切割,进而切断筒管;在本实施例中,用户通过观察夹持臂3上裂缝31的位置,即可直观的了解到切割部切割的位置;该结构能够大大方便切割操作。
在切割过程中,切割环8不会对筒管施加过大的压迫力,有效防止筒管变形、破裂,最大限度的保护筒管的形态;切割后的筒管切口平整,外形美观;本发明的结构精巧,方便携带;面对各种尺寸的筒管,均能够高效切割,增大了切割器的适用性;同时,切割环8放置在筒管内部,切割过程中,不会伤及使用者,操作更安全;切割后的粉尘不易飞扬,保留在筒管内,便于收集、清理;因此,具有多方面的优势。

1.一种筒管切割器,本筒管切割器包括有基座和切割部,其特征在于:所述基座包括有操作板(1)、定位环(2)和安装在定位环(2)上的夹持臂(3),所述夹持臂(3)由弹性材料做成;操作板(1)和定位环(2)由电池供电;所述切割部包括有动力圆饼(4),在所述动力圆饼(4)内设置有供电电源、控制器(41)、陀螺稳定仪(5)和驱动器(6);陀螺稳定仪(5)、控制器(41)和驱动器(6)与供电电源电性连接,控制器(41)与操作板(1)无线匹配连接;在所述动力圆饼(4)上还安装有定位器(7),所述定位器(7)与定位环(2)无线匹配;在所述动力圆饼(4)的外部同轴的套设有切割环(8),切割环(8)由驱动器(6)带动转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筒管切割器,其特征在于:所述驱动器(6)旋转对称的分布在所述动力圆饼(4)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的筒管切割器,其特征在于:所述定位环(2)包括有永磁环,所述定位器(7)包括有永磁片,永磁环与永磁片异极相对;永磁环的内环径大于永磁片的外径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的筒管切割器,其特征在于:夹持臂(3)对称的分布在定位环(2)的四周;所述夹持臂(3)由铁磁性材料做成,在所述夹持臂(3)上开设有裂缝(31)。
