Abstract

本发明涉及一种卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,该方法包括以下步骤:⑴卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板产生的烟气进入卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道,然后经余热锅炉换热后,此时烟气温度降低至150℃~250℃;⑵所述步骤⑴所得的降温后的烟气依次进入动力波洗涤器Ⅰ、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ,并分别用碱液进行两级酸性气体吸收除尘,得到除尘后的烟气;⑶所述除尘后的烟气经干燥塔干燥后,进入活性炭吸附塔除去二噁英类物质及残留溴,然后经烟囱排空即可。本发明不但效率高,而且有效净化烟气,使排除的气体中二噁英含量100%达到国家规定标准。

卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卡尔多炉生产技术领域,尤其涉及卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法。
背景技术
目前,电/线路板的焚烧及绝大部分冶金企业烟气因条件所限制,并未进行特殊净化、处理,有个别良好企业仅是通过二噁英二次焚烧等方式做简单处理。故排出的烟气中酸性气体的含量严重超标,特别是二噁英含量超出国家规定达标含量的数倍、甚至数百倍,造成了严重的大气污染。因此,很多企业因烟气排放不达标而受到政府罚款,有严重者甚至导致被迫停产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效率的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板产生的烟气进入卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道,然后经余热锅炉换热后,此时烟气温度降低至150℃~250℃;
⑵所述步骤⑴所得的降温后的烟气依次进入动力波洗涤器Ⅰ、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ,并分别用碱液进行两级酸性气体吸收除尘,得到除尘后的烟气;
⑶所述除尘后的烟气经干燥塔干燥后,进入活性炭吸附塔除去二噁英类物质及残留溴,然后经烟囱排空即可。
所述步骤⑴中的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道,包括与卡尔多炉相连的烟道;所述烟道末端连有烟囱;所述烟道上按先后顺序依次连有余热锅炉、动力波洗涤器Ⅰ、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ、干燥塔、活性炭吸附塔。
所述步骤⑵动力波洗涤器Ⅰ中的碱液是指浓度为0.05g/L~0.15 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
所述步骤⑵动力波洗涤器Ⅱ中的碱液是指浓度为0.5g/L~1.5g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明将烟气通入余热锅炉换热,将温度从1100℃~1250℃极速降低到150℃~250℃,从源头减少了二噁英的产生量(塑料焚烧中二噁英产生的温度一般为400℃~600℃);后又通过动力波洗涤器将烟气进行两级酸性气体吸收、除尘;最后经干燥塔干燥后,进入活性炭吸附塔,除去剩余二噁英类物质及残留溴,不但效率高,而且有效净化烟气,使排除的气体中二噁英含量100%达到国家规定标准(国家标准0.1ng TEQ/Nm3即欧盟标准)。

具体实施方式
卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板产生的烟气进入卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道,然后经余热锅炉2换热后,此时烟气温度降低至150℃~250℃。
其中:卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道包括与卡尔多炉相连的烟道1(参见图1)。烟道1末端连有烟囱7,烟道1上按先后顺序依次连有余热锅炉2、动力波洗涤器Ⅰ3、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ4、干燥塔5、活性炭吸附塔6。
⑵步骤⑴所得的降温后的烟气依次进入动力波洗涤器Ⅰ3、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ4,并分别用碱液进行两级酸性气体吸收除尘,得到除尘后的烟气。
其中:动力波洗涤器Ⅰ3中的碱液是指浓度为0.05g/L~0.15 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
动力波洗涤器Ⅱ4中的碱液是指浓度为0.5 g/L~1.5g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
⑶除尘后的烟气经干燥塔5干燥后,进入活性炭吸附塔6除去二噁英类物质及残留溴,然后经烟囱7排空即可。

Claims (4)

1.卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板产生的烟气进入卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道,然后经余热锅炉(2)换热后,此时烟气温度降低至150℃~250℃;
⑵所述步骤⑴所得的降温后的烟气依次进入动力波洗涤器Ⅰ(3)、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ(4),并分别用碱液进行两级酸性气体吸收除尘,得到除尘后的烟气;
⑶所述除尘后的烟气经干燥塔(5)干燥后,进入活性炭吸附塔(6)除去二噁英类物质及残留溴,然后经烟囱(7)排空即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化烟道,包括与卡尔多炉相连的烟道(1);所述烟道(1)末端连有烟囱(7);所述烟道(1)上按先后顺序依次连有余热锅炉(2)、动力波洗涤器Ⅰ(3)、动力波洗涤器Ⅱ(4)、干燥塔(5)、活性炭吸附塔(6)。
3.如权利要求1所述的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵动力波洗涤器Ⅰ(3)中的碱液是指浓度为0.05g/L~0.15 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
4.如权利要求1所述的卡尔多炉焚烧电/线路板烟气净化方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵动力波洗涤器Ⅱ(4)中的碱液是指浓度为0.5 g/L~1.5g/L的氢氧化钠溶液。
