本发明公开了一种无析出抗菌卫生棉、制备方法及应用,属于卫生用品技术领域。本发明以可溶性金属盐、晶体诱导剂、晶体矿化剂、晶体修饰剂、晶体稳定剂的协同作用及反应条件的控制,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体,再在一定条件下有效植入到弱碱处理后的棉散纤维中,加热条件下使晶体继续生长固着,去除表面残留物后,经棉条梳理机粗疏、精梳加工,制备得到抗菌卫生棉,压制成型即可得到杀菌卫生棉条。本发明提供的卫生棉和卫生棉条产品,不仅具有高效杀菌功能,而且无金属离子析出,安全环保;尤其是用作卫生棉条,具有明显的杀菌、抗菌效果,同时对妇科炎症具有一定的改善作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无析出抗菌功能卫生棉条的制备及应用,属于医疗卫生用品领域。
背景技术
导管式的卫生棉条由于使用时不影响衣着和运动,受到了许多人的青睐,欧美女性使用较多,在美国,有42%的女性女性使用卫生棉条。由于亚洲人习惯上不喜欢栓剂,卫生棉条在亚洲国家的女性中使用很少,在中国,仅有2%的女性使用卫生棉条。原因是许多女性认为卫生棉条不够卫生,担心细菌引入到子宫内而造成感染,甚至可能导致中毒性休克综合症。由于卫生棉条与阴道上皮细胞接触紧密,可能使机体的抵抗力下降,由于更换间隔时间过长,子宫内膜因为卫生棉条的吸收而干裂,而导致阴道内一种金黄色葡萄球菌进入血液循环系统,产生喉咙痛、发烧、关节及肌肉酸痛、血压下降的症状,严重者甚至休克。另外卫生棉条的吸收力太好,使用者常常会认为不用经常更换,而子宫内的环境特别适合细菌的滋生,从而使感染的机会增加。因此抗菌性能应该是卫生棉条的一个必备性能指标,也是卫生棉条能够得以普及的关键。
近年来随着纳米抗菌剂的不断研发,新型纳米抗菌剂在卫生巾领域得到应用,其中纳米银抗菌剂的应用较为普遍,它属于无机纳米抗菌剂范畴,抗菌性能好,相关研究报道较多,例如 :国际发明专利《Tampon impregnated with nano-particles of two metals》(GB 2500305 (A))、中国发明专利《 一种纳米银远红外负离子磁疗卫生巾及护垫》(CN102600021A)、《 一种抗菌无纺布及无纺布制品的生产方法》(CN 102191681A)、《纳米卫生棉条》(CN 1539511A)及实用新型专利《液体纳米银抗菌卫生巾》(CN 202859470U)、《纳米银抗菌卫生巾》(CN 202724123U)等,都将纳米银材料应用于卫生巾或卫生棉条领域,取得较好的抗菌效果,但是纳米银的使用也存在弊端,突出表现在其价格昂贵,容易变色,银离子析出产生色素沉着,此外银离子易对环境和人体健康造成不利影响。中国发明专利《一种纳米光触媒抗菌卫生巾》(CN 105268012 A)主要采用二氧化钛溶胶对无纺布进行喷涂加工,而卫生巾的使用环境几乎是无光环境,极大限制了其催化作用,此外,简单的喷涂附着力不强,存在着二氧化钛析出的问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有抗菌功能卫生棉条存在的不足,提供一种安全环保,具有杀菌效果的无析出抗菌卫生棉、制备方法及应用。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案是提供一种无析出抗菌卫生棉的制备,包括如下步骤:
1、纳米微晶分散体的合成
将可溶性金属盐溶解于水中,配制金属盐溶液A,所述的金属盐包括锌、镁、钙、钛、铜、铝、锆、钡、锶的化合物中的一种或几种;
将晶体诱导剂、晶体矿化剂、晶体修饰剂、晶体稳定剂分别溶解在水中,配制成B、C、D、E溶液;所述的晶体诱导剂包括尿素、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氨水、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种或几种;所述的晶体矿化剂包括可溶性的镧、铈、钕轻稀土元素化合物中的一种或几种;所述的晶体修饰剂包括环糊精、硅烷偶联剂、氨基酸、卵磷脂、甲壳素、甘油、多元羧酸中的一种或几种;所述的晶体稳定剂包括聚乙二醇、聚氨酯、有机硅树脂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、多肽中的一种或几种;
将制备的A、B、C、D、E溶液依次加入到反应容器中,在温度为60~100℃、超声波频率为20~60KHZ的条件反应30~120min,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体;
2、将棉散纤维在弱碱性溶液中预处理后,洗净烘干;
3、将纳米微晶分散体、棉散纤维置于散纤维处理设备中,加入去离子水充分混合后,在温度为120~160℃的条件下处理5~15min,脱水,烘干后再经洗涤、脱水、烘干,得到一种无析出抗菌卫生棉。
本发明技术方案还包括按上述制备方法得到的一种无析出抗菌卫生棉。
本发明所述的无析出抗菌卫生棉的应用,棉散纤维经棉条梳理机粗疏、精梳除杂后,再压制成卫生棉条。
本发明通过可溶性金属盐、晶体诱导剂、晶体矿化剂、晶体修饰剂、晶体稳定剂的协同作用及反应条件的控制,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体,再在一定条件下有效植入到弱碱处理的棉散纤维中,随着晶体继续生长,无机纳米有效固着在棉纤维微孔中,去除表面残留物后,制备的棉纤维和卫生棉,无金属离子析出,且抗菌效果明显。
与现有技术相比,本发明的突出优点是:提供的卫生棉和卫生棉条,具有极强的杀菌功能,且几乎没有金属离子析出(小于1ppm),安全环保;尤其是用作卫生棉条,可有效地克服目前对卫生棉条微生物超标的担心,适合患有妇科炎症的女性在生理期使用,可代替常用药物栓剂,同时,由于无金属离子析出,打消了用户的顾虑,极大发挥了卫生棉条的潜在价值,有利于卫生棉条的进一步推广和使用。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
实施例1:
将硝酸锌、二氯化锆溶解在水中分别配成浓度为0.05M的溶液A;将尿素、硝酸镧、环糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶解在水中分别配制成0.05M的B、C、D、E溶液;在连有超声波装置的玻璃容器中加入2升去离子水,取200mlA和100mlB加入容器中,常温(20~30℃)下混合30min,然后依次放入10ml C 、50mlD和100mlE,控制温度在70℃、超声波频率调整为20KHZ,反应30min,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体;然后取其中100毫升用去离子水稀释至500毫升,将10g棉散纤维在上述溶液中处理60 min,脱水,在焙烘机中于140℃下处理10min,将上述棉散纤维放入去离子水中清洗两遍,去除表面残留物,脱水,烘干;将上述处理烘干的棉散纤维在棉条梳理机中粗疏、精梳后,在卫生棉条机中压制成型即得到卫生棉条。
参见附图1的透射电镜,按实施例1所述的加工方法制得的纳米微晶分散体的透射电镜图,纳米粒子直径小于5nm,且分布均匀,无明显团聚。
表1是按本实施例提供的方法制得的卫生棉条纤维表面金属离子析出结果,由表1可见,金属离子析出均在5ppm以下,可视为无析出。

将醋酸锌、硝酸铝溶解在水中分别配成浓度为0.05M的溶液A;将三乙醇胺、硝酸铈、甲壳素、聚乙二醇溶解在水中分别配制成0.05M的B、C、D、E溶液;在连有超声波装置的玻璃容器中加入2000毫升去离子水,取200mlA和100mlB加入容器中,常温(20~30℃)下混合30min,然后依次放入10ml C 、50mlD和100mlE,控制温度在70℃、超声波频率调整为20KHZ,反应30min,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体;然后取其中100毫升用去离子水稀释至500毫升,将10g棉散纤维在上述溶液中处理60 min,脱水,在焙烘机中于150℃下处理5min,将上述棉散纤维放入去离子水中清洗两遍,去除表面残留物,脱水,烘干;将上述处理烘干的棉散纤维在棉条梳理机中粗疏、精梳后,在卫生棉条机中压制成型即得到卫生棉条。

将硝酸铝、二氯化锆、硅酸钠溶解在水中分别配成浓度为0.03M的溶液A;将三乙醇胺、硝酸锶、卵磷脂、多肽溶解在水中分别配制成0.06M的B、C、D、E溶液;在连超声波装置的玻璃容器中加入2000毫升去离子水,取200ml 的A和100ml 的B加入容器中,常温(20~30℃)下混合30min,然后依次放入10ml的 C 、50ml 的D和100ml 的E,控制温度在70℃、超声波频率调整为40KHZ,反应60min,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体;然后取其中100毫升用去离子水稀释至500毫升,将10g棉散纤维在上述溶液中处理60 min,脱水,在焙烘机中于150℃下处理5min,将上述棉散纤维放入去离子水中清洗两遍,去除表面残留物,脱水,烘干;将上述处理烘干的棉散纤维在棉条梳理机中粗疏、精梳后,在卫生棉条机中压制成型即得到卫生棉条。

Claims (3)

1.一种无析出抗菌卫生棉的制备,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1) 纳米微晶分散体的合成
将可溶性金属盐溶解于水中,配制金属盐溶液A,所述的金属盐包括锌、镁、钙、钛、铜、铝、锆、钡、锶的化合物中的一种或几种;
将晶体诱导剂、晶体矿化剂、晶体修饰剂、晶体稳定剂分别溶解在水中,配制成B、C、D、E溶液;所述的晶体诱导剂包括尿素、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氨水、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种或几种;所述的晶体矿化剂包括可溶性的镧、铈、钕轻稀土元素化合物中的一种或几种;所述的晶体修饰剂包括环糊精、硅烷偶联剂、氨基酸、卵磷脂、甲壳素、甘油、多元羧酸中的一种或几种;所述的晶体稳定剂包括聚乙二醇、聚氨酯、有机硅树脂、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、多肽中的一种或几种;
将制备的A、B、C、D、E溶液依次加入到反应容器中,在温度为60~100℃、超声波频率为20~60KHZ的条件反应30~120min,得到微晶尺寸在5nm以下的纳米微晶分散体;
(2)将棉散纤维在弱碱性溶液中预处理后,洗净烘干;
(3)将纳米微晶分散体、棉散纤维置于散纤维处理设备中,加入去离子水充分混合后,在温度为120~160℃的条件下处理5~15min,脱水,烘干后再经洗涤、脱水、烘干,得到一种无析出抗菌卫生棉。
2.按权利要求1制备方法得到的一种无析出抗菌卫生棉。
3.权利要求2所述的无析出抗菌卫生棉的应用,棉散纤维经棉条梳理机粗疏、精梳除杂后,再压制成卫生棉条。
