Abstract
本发明公开了一种人工髋关节假体,它包括股骨柄(1)、股骨颈(2)、球头(3)和角度调整装置,螺纹孔B(4)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B(5),股骨颈(2)的另一端开设有螺纹孔A(7),螺纹孔A(7)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A(8),螺纹杆A(8)的另一端设置有球头(3),球头(3)的外部安装有髋臼(10),角度调整装置由筒体(11)、活动轴(12)和锁紧螺钉(13)组成,筒体(11)的一端设置于股骨柄(1)上,活动轴(12)的一端插装于股骨柄(1)内,活动轴(12)的另一端铰接于股骨颈(2)的下端部。本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑、适用于不同年龄段患者、股骨颈与股骨柄角度可任意调节、降低制作成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及髋关节假体结构的技术领域,特别是一种人工髋关节假体。
背景技术
近年来,人工关节置换术是骨科领域取得的最重要进展之一,随着我国医疗器械技术的不断更新,特别是在骨科领域,人工髋关节置换手术,已成为医学界治疗髋关节致残疾病普遍采用的一种有效方法,而手术后植入的髋臼和股骨柄与自然骨之间的固定效果是决定人工关节使用寿命和疗效的关键。髋关节假体是仿照人体髋关节的结构制成的,通常包括髋臼、球头和股骨柄,将股骨柄插入下肢的股骨髓腔内,球头和髋臼之间相互配合后并固定于人体骨盆髋臼窝内,从而模拟实现股骨的曲伸和运动。
对于不同年龄段的患者来说,骨盆髋臼窝的中轴线与股骨髓腔的中轴线所形成的夹角各不相同,而髋关节假体的股骨颈与股骨柄之间形成的夹角为固定值,因此髋关节假体无法适用于不同年龄段的患者,即使安装到人体后,患者也会感到无比疼痛,影响病人的恢复。此外,不同的年龄段的患者下肢股骨髓腔的长度各不相同,且患者的骨盆髋臼窝与股骨之间水平间距各不相等,因此需要多套假体成型模具,成本过高。综上所述,现有的髋关节假体使用范围有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、适用于不同年龄段患者、股骨颈与股骨柄角度可任意调节、降低制作成本的人工髋关节假体。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种人工髋关节假体,它包括股骨柄、股骨颈、球头和角度调整装置,所述的股骨柄的远端开设有螺纹孔B,螺纹孔B内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B,所述的股骨柄的近端部上经销钉铰接有股骨颈,股骨颈的另一端开设有螺纹孔A,螺纹孔A内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A,螺纹杆A的另一端设置有球头,球头的外部安装有髋臼,所述的角度调整装置由筒体、活动轴和锁紧螺钉组成,筒体与股骨柄呈锐角设置,筒体的一端设置于股骨柄上,活动轴的一端插装于股骨柄内,活动轴的另一端铰接于股骨颈的下端部,筒体上连接有锁紧螺钉,锁紧螺钉抵压于活动轴上。
所述的筒体焊接于股骨柄上。
所述的筒体上连接有至少两颗锁紧螺钉。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、适用于不同年龄段患者、股骨颈与股骨柄角度可任意调节、降低制作成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1所示,一种人工髋关节假体,它包括股骨柄1、股骨颈2、球头3和角度调整装置,所述的股骨柄1的远端开设有螺纹孔B4,螺纹孔B4内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B5,所述的股骨柄1的近端部上经销钉6铰接有股骨颈2,股骨颈2的另一端开设有螺纹孔A7,螺纹孔A7内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A8,螺纹杆A8的另一端设置有球头3,球头3的外部安装有髋臼10,所述的角度调整装置由筒体11、活动轴12和锁紧螺钉13组成,筒体11与股骨柄1呈锐角设置,筒体11的一端设置于股骨柄1上,本实施例中,所述的筒体11焊接于股骨柄1上,活动轴12的一端插装于股骨柄1内,活动轴12的另一端铰接于股骨颈2的下端部,筒体11上连接有至少两颗锁紧螺钉13,锁紧螺钉13抵压于活动轴12上。当要调整股骨颈2与股骨柄1角度时,先拧松锁紧螺钉13,再使活动轴12伸出或缩回,股骨颈2即可绕销钉6做旋转运动,当调整到位后,再次拧紧锁紧螺钉13,即可任意调整股骨颈2与股骨柄1夹角,使该角度等于实际患者的骨盆髋臼窝的中轴线与股骨髓腔的中轴线所形成的夹角相等,因此该髋关节假体安装后患者不会疼痛,可适用于不同年龄段患者。
本发明的工作过程如下:手术时,髋臼10用于安装于患者骨盆髋臼窝内,骨病柄1安装于下肢的股骨髓腔内,即可实现该髋关节假体的安装。若患者下肢股骨髓腔长度较长,则拧动螺纹杆B5使其从螺纹孔B4内拧出,若患者下肢股骨髓腔长度较短,则拧动螺纹杆B5使其拧入螺纹孔B4内;若患者骨盆髋臼窝与股骨之间水平间距较短,则拧动螺纹杆A8使其拧入螺纹孔A7内,若患者骨盆髋臼窝与股骨之间水平间距较长,则拧动螺纹杆A8使其从螺纹孔A7内拧出。因此,可适用于在不同年龄段患者上安装该假体,方便调节长度、距离、角度,而且无需开模制造,降低了制造成本。

1.一种人工髋关节假体,其特征在于:它包括股骨柄(1)、股骨颈(2)、球头(3)和角度调整装置,所述的股骨柄(1)的远端开设有螺纹孔B(4),螺纹孔B(4)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B(5),所述的股骨柄(1)的近端部上经销钉(6)铰接有股骨颈(2),股骨颈(2)的另一端开设有螺纹孔A(7),螺纹孔A(7)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A(8),螺纹杆A(8)的另一端设置有球头(3),球头(3)的外部安装有髋臼(10),所述的角度调整装置由筒体(11)、活动轴(12)和锁紧螺钉(13)组成,筒体(11)与股骨柄(1)呈锐角设置,筒体(11)的一端设置于股骨柄(1)上,活动轴(12)的一端插装于股骨柄(1)内,活动轴(12)的另一端铰接于股骨颈(2)的下端部,筒体(11)上连接有锁紧螺钉(13),锁紧螺钉(13)抵压于活动轴(12)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工髋关节假体,其特征在于:所述的筒体(11)焊接于股骨柄(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工髋关节假体,其特征在于:所述的筒体(11)上连接有至少两颗锁紧螺钉(13)。
