本发明公开了一种髋关节假体,它包括股骨柄(1)、股骨颈(2)和球头(3),所述的股骨柄(1)的远端开设有螺纹孔B(4),螺纹孔B(4)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B(5),螺纹杆B(5)的下部连接有延伸于螺纹孔B(4)外部的锥形头(6),锥形头(6)上且沿其长度方向上开设有多条沟槽(7),股骨柄(1)的近端设置有股骨颈(2),股骨颈(2)的另一端开设有螺纹孔A(8),螺纹孔A(8)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A(9),螺纹杆A(9)的另一端设置有球头(3),球头(3)的外部安装有髋臼(10)。本发明的有益效果是:结构紧凑、适用于不同年龄段患者、不会给患者带来疼痛、降低制作成本低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及假体结构的技术领域,特别是一种髋关节假体。
背景技术
近年来,人工关节置换术是骨科领域取得的最重要进展之一,随着我国医疗器械技术的不断更新,特别是在骨科领域,人工髋关节置换手术,已成为医学界治疗髋关节致残疾病普遍采用的一种有效方法,而手术后植入的髋臼和股骨柄与自然骨之间的固定效果是决定人工关节使用寿命和疗效的关键。髋关节假体是仿照人体髋关节的结构制成的,通常包括髋臼、球头和股骨柄,将股骨柄插入下肢的股骨髓腔内,球头和髋臼之间相互配合后并固定于人体骨盆髋臼窝内,从而模拟实现股骨的曲伸和运动。对于不同的年龄段的患者下肢股骨髓腔的长度各不相同,且患者的骨盆髋臼窝与股骨之间水平间距各不相等,因此需要多套假体成型模具,成本过高。即使该髋关节假体安装到人体后,患者也会感到无比疼痛,无法适应,影响病人的恢复。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种结构紧凑、适用于不同年龄段患者、不会给患者带来疼痛、降低制作成本低的髋关节假体。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种髋关节假体,它包括股骨柄、股骨颈和球头,所述的股骨柄的远端开设有螺纹孔B,螺纹孔B内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B,螺纹杆B的下部连接有延伸于螺纹孔B外部的锥形头,所述的锥形头上且沿其长度方向上开设有多条沟槽,所述的股骨柄的近端设置有股骨颈,股骨颈的另一端开设有螺纹孔A,螺纹孔A内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A,螺纹杆A的另一端设置有球头,球头的外部安装有髋臼。
所述的沟槽之间的间距相等。
所述的沟槽斜向下设置。
所述的沟槽的深度为0.5~1mm。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明结构紧凑、适用于不同年龄段患者、不会给患者带来疼痛、降低制作成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1所示,一种髋关节假体,它包括股骨柄1、股骨颈2和球头3,所述的股骨柄1的远端开设有螺纹孔B4,螺纹孔B4内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B5,螺纹杆B5的下部连接有延伸于螺纹孔B4外部的锥形头6,所述的锥形头6上且沿其长度方向上开设有多条沟槽7,所述的股骨柄1的近端设置有股骨颈2,股骨颈2的另一端开设有螺纹孔A8,螺纹孔A8内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A9,螺纹杆A9的另一端设置有球头3,球头3的外部安装有髋臼10。
所述的沟槽7之间的间距相等,所述的沟槽7斜向下设置,所述的沟槽7的深度为0.5~1mm,沟槽7能够增大股骨柄1与股骨髓腔的结合力,增大股骨柄与骨头的生物相融性,结合力增大,加快患者恢复。
本发明的工作过程如下:手术时,髋臼10用于安装于患者骨盆髋臼窝内,骨病柄1安装于下肢的股骨髓腔内,即可实现该髋关节假体的安装。若患者下肢股骨髓腔长度较长,则拧动螺纹杆B5使其从螺纹孔B4拧出,若患者下肢股骨髓腔长度较短,则拧动螺纹杆B5使其拧入螺纹孔B4内;若患者骨盆髋臼窝与股骨之间水平间距较长,则拧动螺纹杆A9使其从螺纹孔A8拧出,若患者骨盆髋臼窝与股骨之间水平间距较短,则拧动螺纹杆A9使其拧入螺纹孔A8内。因此,可适用于在不同年龄段患者上安装该假体,方便调节股骨柄1的长度及其与球头3之间的间距,而且无需开模制造,降低了制造成本。

1.一种髋关节假体,其特征在于:它包括股骨柄(1)、股骨颈(2)和球头(3),所述的股骨柄(1)的远端开设有螺纹孔B(4),螺纹孔B(4)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆B(5),螺纹杆B(5)的下部连接有延伸于螺纹孔B(4)外部的锥形头(6),所述的锥形头(6)上且沿其长度方向上开设有多条沟槽(7),所述的股骨柄(1)的近端设置有股骨颈(2),股骨颈(2)的另一端开设有螺纹孔A(8),螺纹孔A(8)内螺纹连接有螺纹杆A(9),螺纹杆A(9)的另一端设置有球头(3),球头(3)的外部安装有髋臼(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种髋关节假体,其特征在于:所述的沟槽(7)之间的间距相等。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种髋关节假体,其特征在于:所述的沟槽(7)斜向下设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种髋关节假体,其特征在于:所述的沟槽(7)的深度为0.5~1mm。
