the preset short link rules comprise:
the validity period, expiration time, access password, access time, and prohibited source of the short link.

The method for issuing electronic invoices based on short messages as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the encryption processing of the consumption information and the contact information of the second user to generate the invoicing parameters and before the packaging of the invoicing parameters as the invoicing short link, the method further comprises:
and storing the billing parameters and the consumption information and the contact information of the second user in a correlation manner.

6. The method for issuing electronic invoices based on short messages according to claim 1 wherein the invoicing information comprises:
the method comprises the steps of head-up information of the electronic invoice, a receiving mailbox of the electronic invoice and a receiving mobile phone number of the electronic invoice.

order number, consumption amount, billing item, seller taxpayer identification number and seller name.

the first generating unit is used for encrypting the consumption information and the contact way of the second user to generate billing parameters;

the sending unit is used for sending the billing short link to the second user in a short message mode;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the invoicing information input by the second user according to the invoicing short link;
the assembling unit is used for assembling the billing information and the consumption information and the contact information of the second user into a billing request;
the second generation unit is used for generating an electronic invoice layout file according to the invoicing request;
the second receiving unit includes:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the invoicing short link input by the second user;
the sending module is used for sending a long link with the invoicing parameters, which is associated with the invoicing short link, to the second user;
the second receiving module is used for receiving the invoicing information input by the second user through the long chain connection;
