It should be noted that the identification information may be a job number of the service broker, or may also be a micro signal, a micro blog number, and the like of the service broker, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In order to facilitate the insurance application system to effectively count the work performance of the service agent, the user who clicks the short link and completes insurance application is distributed to the service agent who issues the short link, and the service agent is convenient for the user to serve. In this embodiment, the short link shared or issued by each service broker carries the identity of the service broker. For example: the initials of the names of the business agents A are Lcs respectively, when the short-chain brevity codes of the agent products of the business agents A are generated, the short-chain brevity codes like 'Lcsxxxx' can be generated, and part of the short-chain brevity codes 'xxxx' can be generated by a Hash algorithm. The specific manner of generating the short link with the agent identification information may be determined according to actual situations, and this embodiment is not limited thereto.
Considering that word number of shared content is different for each channel of the short link shared by the service agent, in order to enable the finally generated short link to meet different service promotion channels, in this embodiment, the link generation module 2014 is further configured to obtain a long-chain ground address corresponding to the insurance content and personal information of the service agent; determining a service promotion channel corresponding to the service agent according to the personal information, and extracting the identity information of the service agent from the personal information; and generating the short link through a Hash algorithm according to the identity identification information and a link sharing rule corresponding to the service popularization channel.
It should be noted that the service promotion channel may be similar to: the system comprises an exchange platform or a website which can share and release information, such as WeChat friend circles, Xinlang microblogs, Baidu post bars and the like. The link sharing rule may be a word number limitation rule of the service promotion channel on content shared or released by the user, for example: the content of the microblog issuance is limited to 140 words.
A link association module 2015, configured to establish a correspondence between the long link address and the short link, and use the established correspondence as the mapping relationship.
After the short link is generated, a mapping relation between the long link address and the short link can be established at the insurance application equipment terminal in advance, so that the long link can be quickly searched through the short link.
In this embodiment, the insurance application system based on short links generates short links by obtaining a long-chain ground address corresponding to the insurance content and identification information of a service agent and by a hash algorithm according to the identification information and the long-chain address; and establishing a corresponding relation between the long link address and the short link, and taking the established corresponding relation as the mapping relation, so that the generated short link can be effectively prevented from repeating with other short links or colliding with a library, and the convenience of counting the manual work performance of the service agent is also improved.
Based on the first embodiment of the short-link-based insurance application system described above, a third embodiment of a short-link-based insurance application system is proposed.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating a third embodiment of the short-link-based insurance application system according to the present invention. In this embodiment, the insurance application system 201 based on short links further includes:
the link processing module 2016 is configured to obtain current personal information of the service agent every preset time period; detecting whether the current personal information contains first type information; when the current personal information contains the first type information, acquiring a short link corresponding to the service agent; the short links are modified and the modified short links are associated with the long links.
In an actual situation, a situation that a service agent leaves the job or a service attitude is not good and is complained by a user may occur; in addition, there may be a case where an individual user reports the short link, and the reported short link is killed by each service promotion channel, and the short link cannot be used any more, and at this time, the short link corresponding to the service agent needs to be processed (for example, modified or cancelled). In this embodiment, the link processing module 2016 acquires the current personal information of the service agent every preset time period. The specific value of the preset time period may be set according to actual conditions, for example: 15 days, 30 days, etc., where the current personal information mainly refers to work information of a service agent, and this embodiment does not limit this.
It should be noted that the first type information may be information representing historical working conditions of the service agent, such as violation, punishment, or reported, and in general, when the service agent is punished, or reported by the user due to a violation operation, the corresponding personal information of the service agent has a corresponding record, so that the link processing module 2016 may verify whether the current personal information of the service agent includes the first type information by detecting the personal information of the service agent.
When the link processing module 2016 detects that the current personal information of the service agent contains the first type information, the short link corresponding to the service agent is acquired according to the identity information of the service agent. And after the short link corresponding to the service agent is obtained, modifying the short link.
The present steps are described herein with reference to specific examples, such as: when the service agent A shares the short link "https:// m. pingan.com/Lcs0A3u.L" in the WeChat friend circle, the short link is reported by an individual user, so that the short link is sealed and killed by the WeChat platform, the service agent A cannot continue to use the short link to carry out service promotion in the WeChat friend circle, at the moment, the short link needs to be modified, and the specific modification mode can be as follows: the partial brevity code "0 A3 u" in the short chain-linked brevity code "Lcs 0A3 u" is modified into other character strings, for example: z2cX to obtain a modified short link "https:// m. After the short link is modified, the link processing module 2016 associates the modified short link with the original long link, and updates the mapping relationship established in advance according to the association result.
In this embodiment, the insurance application system based on short links acquires the current personal information of the service agent every preset time period; when the current personal information contains the first type information, acquiring a short link corresponding to the service agent; the short link is modified, the modified short link is associated with the long link, the product of the service agent can be effectively managed, and when the short link corresponding to the service agent needs to be modified, the short link is modified in time to ensure the service quality.
Further, the link processing module 2016 is further configured to detect whether the current personal information includes a second type of information; when the current personal information contains the second type information, the business agent is marked as a target agent; and acquiring a short link corresponding to the target agent, and logging out the short link.
It should be noted that the second type of information may be proof information similar to the business agent leaving, tuning away from the original position, and the like, which can represent that the business agent is not responsible for the business work of the related insurance product agent at the present time.
When the link processing module 2016 detects that the current personal information includes the second type of information, it may determine that the service agent is not responsible for insurance services, and at this time, the service agent may be marked as the target agent, so as to manage the work in which the service agent is responsible for in advance.
In a specific implementation, in order to ensure the healthy operation of the insurance product, the link processing module 2016 may log out or seal the short link corresponding to the target agent, so as to ensure the personal property and information security of the insurance user.
Further, in order to ensure the service quality, after the service agent is no longer responsible for the insurance service, the insurance users served by the agent (i.e. the target agent) in advance need to be redistributed to ensure the insurance experience of the insurance clients. Therefore, in this embodiment, the short-link-based insurance application system 201 may further include: a customer distribution module; the client distribution module is used for extracting corresponding client information from the personal information of the target agent; determining a customer to be distributed according to the customer information, and distributing the customer to be distributed to a candidate agent; and sending the short link corresponding to the candidate agent to the customer to be distributed. The client distribution module is also used for acquiring client evaluation information of each business agent (on-duty); calculating customer satisfaction corresponding to each business agent according to the customer evaluation information; and sequencing the customer satisfaction degrees in a sequence from high to low, and selecting a preset number of service agents as candidate agents according to a sequencing result.
The insurance application system based on the short link of the embodiment regularly acquires the current personal information of the service agent; whether preset type information exists in the current personal information is detected, different short link processing is carried out according to the detection result, the insurance business is guaranteed to be smoothly carried out, the service quality is improved, and the healthy operation of insurance products is guaranteed.
In addition, the present invention further provides a storage medium, where the storage medium stores an insurance application program based on short links, and the insurance application program based on short links implements the steps of the insurance application method based on short links described in the above embodiment when being executed by a processor.

Claims (8)
1. A short link based insurance application method, the method comprising:
acquiring a long-chain grounding address corresponding to insurance content and personal information of a service agent;
determining a service promotion channel corresponding to the service agent according to the personal information, and extracting the identity information of the service agent from the personal information;
generating a short link through a Hash algorithm according to the identity identification information and a link sharing rule corresponding to the service promotion channel, wherein the short link comprises a domain name and a short link brevity code, part of the short link brevity code in the short link brevity code is generated by the Hash algorithm, and the link sharing rule is a word number limiting rule of the service promotion channel for sharing or releasing content by a user;
establishing a corresponding relation between the long link address and the short link, and taking the established corresponding relation as a mapping relation;
responding to an application request generated by clicking the short link by a user, searching a long-chain grounding address corresponding to the short link in the mapping relation, and displaying insurance content corresponding to the long-chain grounding address;
responding to an insurance application order submitted by a user based on the insurance content, and encrypting insurance application information corresponding to the insurance application order, wherein the insurance application information comprises: effective information of insurance agents, agent channel information, agent product information and personal information of insurance users;
and when the payment completion information corresponding to the application order is received, storing the encrypted application information, and displaying prompt information of application success.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after the short link is generated by a hash algorithm according to the identity information and the link sharing rule corresponding to the service popularization channel, the method includes:
acquiring the current personal information of the service agent at intervals of a preset time period;
detecting whether the current personal information contains first type information;
when the current personal information contains the first type information, acquiring a short link corresponding to the service agent;
the short links are modified and the modified short links are associated with the long links.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after acquiring the current personal information of the service agent every a preset time period, the method further comprises:
detecting whether the current personal information contains second type information;
when the current personal information contains the second type information, the business agent is marked as a target agent;
and acquiring a short link corresponding to the target agent, and logging out the short link.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after marking the business agent as a target agent when the second type of information is included in the current personal information, the method further comprises:
extracting corresponding customer information from the personal information of the target agent;
determining a customer to be distributed according to the customer information, and distributing the customer to be distributed to a candidate agent;
and sending the short link corresponding to the candidate agent to the customer to be distributed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to said assigning a customer serviced by the target agent to a candidate agent based on the customer information, the method further comprises:
acquiring client evaluation information of each service agent;
calculating customer satisfaction corresponding to each business agent according to the customer evaluation information;
and sequencing the customer satisfaction degrees in a sequence from high to low, and selecting a preset number of service agents as candidate agents according to a sequencing result.
6. A short link based insurance application system, the system comprising:
the content display module is used for responding to an application request generated by clicking a short link by a user, searching a long-chain grounding address corresponding to the short link in a mapping relation, and displaying insurance content corresponding to the long-chain grounding address;
the information encryption module is used for responding to an application order submitted by a user based on the insurance content, encrypting application information corresponding to the application order, and the application information comprises: effective information of insurance agents, agent channel information, agent product information and personal information of insurance users;
the information prompt module is used for storing the encrypted insurance application information and displaying the prompt information of successful insurance application when the payment completion information corresponding to the insurance application order is received;
the link generation module is used for acquiring a long-chain grounding address corresponding to the insurance content and identification information of a service agent, and generating a short link through a Hash algorithm according to the identification information and the long-chain address, wherein the short link comprises a domain name and a short-chain brevity code, part of the short-chain brevity code in the short-chain brevity code is generated by the Hash algorithm, and the link sharing rule is a word number limitation rule of the service promotion channel for sharing or releasing content by a user;
the link association module is used for establishing a corresponding relation between the long link address and the short link and taking the established corresponding relation as the mapping relation;
the link generation module is also used for acquiring a long-chain grounding address corresponding to the insurance content and the personal information of the service agent;
the link generation module is also used for determining a service promotion channel corresponding to the service agent according to the personal information and extracting the identity information of the service agent from the personal information;
and the link generation module is further used for generating the short link through a hash algorithm according to the identity information and a link sharing rule corresponding to the service popularization channel.
7. An insurance application apparatus based on a short link, the apparatus comprising: a memory, a processor, and a short-link based insurance application stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the short-link based insurance application configured to implement the steps of the short-link based insurance application method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A storage medium having stored thereon a short-link based insurance application program that, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the short-link based insurance application method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
